Colleen’s place is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had no issues and she was very communicative leading up to our stay to make it easy.

Amazing spot! We were traveling in for a seminar and it was the perfect place. The dogs had a wonderful time in the back yard and they even provided dog beds and treats for them. It was quiet and just what we needed for the weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—easy to catch an Uber back and forth into the city, but also surrounded by great food options that stay open late. The hot tub was a fantastic touch, especially in the winter, and we can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer! The host was super helpful and friendly, always responding quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Angela was phenomenal. She went all out to check up on me and make sure everything I needed was catered for. Her place is beautiful and very organized. I will definitely book her again. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!

Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

We really enjoyed our stay at Ya & Diego's home. It was even nicer than it looked in the pictures and the location was perfect. We were able to get downtown within 8 minutes, Harbor Point was only approximately 10 - 12 minutes, and the new Whole Foods market was 1/2 mile away, so it was very convenient. Diego was extremely responsive before, during, and after our trip. We look forward to visiting again this summer to enjoy the yard and pool which will make the stay even nicer!

This house has a river view which I liked the most. Because the land is so big, I feel I am in a forest next to a river with quiet and private environment. The owner is great and responded in no time. I will refer to my friends.

The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

Appreciated Gregory being friendly and thorough, meeting us in person, giving us a tour of the place upon arrival, and the charm factor of this house. The kitchen was very well stocked and usable, there was a lot of community space and a lot of bedrooms and beds, so it was great for our purpose.

We needed a place for my family while I underwent surgery at a nearby hospital, and this home was perfect. My wife and kids felt completely at home. There were plenty of beds, easy parking, and all the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. The host was very responsive, making our stay smooth and stress-free. Despite the cold and snow during our stay in NY, the house stayed warm and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We had no issues with heating, parking, or anything else. Check-in and check-out were effortless, and we stayed for over a week with a great overall experience. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Joanne 🙏🙂

A beautiful home right by the beach. Kitchen is useful and everything was spotless. Loaded with cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Towels are graciously placed in the drawers of the bathrooms and everything was supplied as said. If you can get past that everyone needs to share their ID, this is a recommended place for groups or families that want to be by the beach for a getaway.

We had the most amazing stay! The house was perfect and very clean and spacious. The hosts were VERY ACCOMMODATING and kind and worked with us in a late check out and early arrival. We were here for NYFW and Will definitely be returning in September! You need to book this place!

This is an amazing beach house airbnb I would recommend to anyone and & absolutely I would recommend his beach house to anyone. The beach house is great, it has everything you need and very kid friendly. This is my first destination when it comes to air bnb. Geet truly does work with you if you have questions about anything. We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. It's life changing! Thank you Jennifer for letting us share your home.

Robert’s home was just sd described and provided what you need for a comfortable visit. It is very close to the beach which is lovely.

The neighborhood was peaceful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our host, “Face,” was outstanding—always available, responsive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.
