What a spot! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Adriano's cottage! We were looking for a spot on Lake Superior, a short drive from Sault Ste Marie, to enjoy sunsets and bonfires - this was perfect. The cottage itself is super cozy, and is extremely well-equipped. I was grateful to find a hair dryer, as I had forgotten mine, and the discovery of serving trays, allowed us to do up snack buffets. Check-in could not have been easier, and we appreciate Adriano's communication leading up to our arrival. The views out of the huge living room and kitchen windows are amazing, but once you walk down to the water's edge, you will be in awe! The sunsets!! The large fire pit is nestled along the shore, steps away from the crystal clear water! Bring water shoes as the beach area is rocky, but totally accessible. The wind on two days, had the lake resembling the Caribbean - so beautiful! We absolutely recommend booking a stay here - you will feel immediately at home! Enjoy!

Leo was a great host and was very responsive and helpful. His place was beautiful, that's undeniable. Having a beach right out the back and still being a short drive from many other lakes, trails, boat launches and more is perfect. I would definitely recommend Leo's place and will be staying again when I am back in the area. Great host, great spot!

Great little cabin, communicative host and clear description of what we were getting. Loved being disconnected for a peaceful stay.

Awesome location, and awesome property! The home is well stocked and actually has good cutlery so you can actually prepare decent meals here! So many air bnbs lack that, but not this one! Most basics for cooking were also stocked and there were afew condiments in the fridge. The sauna is top notch, and probably my favorite part of the trip.

GREAT is an understatement! Breathtaking views of the St. Mary's River and I'd think a photographer, wildlife enthusiast, or artist would really really love to be back there. I'd like to come back with just 1 other person or a couple and really relax and enjoy the place. We were road running alot for our hobbies and barely felt like we got to enjoy it like we should have. The setting is beyond serene, freighters passing by, nice beach with wildlife and walking, birds, and tranquility.

We have never been that far north and the views were breath taking. Far enough out of the City to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to go and watch the hounds play. The cottage is small and quaint with a deck you don’t want to leave. We will hopefully be back.

We had a great stay at the cabin, such a beautiful place to stay at. Jay and Christina have been great hosts, super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the experience!

We loved every single minute ❣️❣️❣️ It was our son’s first camping experience & he loved it!! Outhouse was the cleanest one I’ve ever seen. Thank you for hosting us! Hope to return in the summer when we can swim!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the view and the hosts left out lots of little extras like breakfast for the first morning, coffee, tea, eggs, milk, as well as a little for the evening like wine, beer and homemade brownies, so delicious! They were also very responsive Will definitely recommend them to others and come back

Breathtaking views for a lovely winter getaway! Plentiful surroundings for snowshoeing along the lake, through the wooded yard and enjoying deer sightings. Hugh was always responsive and friendly.

This place was homey and comforable. The view of the water was breathtaking!!!

Cabin in the Cedars was exceptional. Comfortable and cozy. We loved watching the freighters and a couple tugboats go by. It was perfect for my good friend and I to hang out and catch up. So quiet! We slept very well in the comfortable beds and we had everything we needed in the kitchen! We explored all of the island and the cabin was a great starting and ending point. We already are planning to return in the spring/summer

My wife and I booked this rental for a 30th Wedding Anniversary getaway and to see the fall colors. This is a great house in a great location. It is very well stocked with everything one would need. Our favorite part of the house was the breezeway with the table where we would eat and had a great view of Whitefish Bay while doing so. There was even a pair of binoculars there to see the freighters out in the bay. We made several day trips during the week visiting many State Parks and looked forward to returning to grill our supper. We had an issue related to a storm that came through early in our stay. After contacting Brooke, she made arrangements to get a repair made and it happened promptly. Brooke kept in contact with us to make sure everything was fixed. She is a great host of this wonderful property. We had a delightful time during our stay and hated to leave when the week was done. We highly recommend this great property that has a great host. Robin was the best! She had wonderful recommendations for hikes, snowshoeing, and places to eat. The cozy cabin was stocked with everything you could want for a comfortable get-away - the wood fire stove was our favorite. We were even greeted with candies upon our arrival and baked goods upon departure! We will most certainly be back and will recommend her place to family and friends. It was the perfect snowy mini-vacation for my husband and me!
