William was awesome. We had to call in 2 more men for the job we were working on and he made it simple. Loved the stay across the board. If we work in the area again I can only hope William's place is available.

My birthday stay to be near our grandchildren was absolutely perfect ! The tranquil outdoor area near all the farm animals & rose garden was just what we needed! The grandkids visited and feed the goats while we sat around the fire pit! What an awesome experience .. totally peaceful! The guest house had everything we needed, just like home🩷We’d definitely recommend staying here. Just minutes away from restaurants & shopping . We especially enjoyed exploring all the beautiful nature at Raven Rock, just a few minutes away! What a peaceful stay & we can’t wait to visit again!!

This place is as advertised. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host are extremely responsive and will make sure you are completely taken care of day or night!

Lacy’s house was clean, and spacious. We had a great time cooking in the kitchen and enjoyed hanging out on the deck. There was a tv in all of the common spaces so we could watch March Madness anywhere we were. This is a great place to stay if you are in the Sanford area. It is remote enough to enjoy some peace and quiet but is only a couple of miles from downtown restaurants.

This was a fabulous place! Clean, lots of space, and plenty of items to keep you entertain. We were 3 different families and each family had its on space making it perfect for each of us to have our own place. The only think i will recommend to Jinger is to replace the pull out sofa as it can not be use as a bed. It is in bad shape and felt sorry for my brother who had no choice but to sleep on it. Let's just say that he was the only unhappy camper. Otherwise this is fabulous place and we will come reserve next time we are down in the area visiting family. Thank you Jinger for being on top of things.

Patti and Jennie were fantastic to work with. Very responsive, gave great instructions, they even put out a personalized welcome sign for our group. The house was the perfect set up for our group and everyone raved about the house and all of the unique and fun spaces. I highly recommend.

Stan’s place is fantastic! They have gone above and beyond to curate a setting that feels like home. Host was proactive, the pictures were spot on and amenities were thoughtfully set up to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely beautiful by the river in the cutest little wagon. Everything was even better than described. The bathrooms and wagon were so CLEAN. We had a small little operator error (my fault) with the mini split and Megan was super accommodating, understanding & responsive. We will definitely be back! There is a the best pizza place within walking distance! We just loved it!

Sue's Cozy Cabin was so amazing and relaxing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and even a gift under the tree. Sue was very responsive and asked multiple times if we needed anything. If you're ever in need of getting away from the hectic day to day life, Sue's cozy cabin is the perfect escape. Thank you Sue and your husband for being an amazing host. Me, my wife and 2 boys loved the 11 nights we stayed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Heron. The wagon had the perfect amount of room for my family of three. The beds were super comfy and kept nicely clean. The temperature control was perfect for the warmer day and cooler night. We enjoyed grilling with the provided Blackstone flat top propane grill while looking out at the river. They provided all the necessary grilling tools,oils and even disposable plates. We appreciate the hand sanitize readily available by the grill as well to keep everyone mindful of their hands while glamping. The bathrooms look small on the outside but have all the needed amenities to feel clean and refreshed including plush clean towels,shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We liked that the bathrooms even had their own temperature control to keep your restroom experience enjoyable while glamping. We highly recommend a family stay at The Cozy Heron.
