We stayed at this property the weekend of our wedding and it was perfect! The house and surrounding area were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It was clean and stocked well with supplies. All the amenities listed were present and functioned well. Jeanne was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and made us feel right at home! We couldn't recommend this Airbnb more and can’t wait to visit again!

Oh my heavens......this place is magical. Truly the most beautiful views. We explored the area but truly you wouldn't have to ever leave. The hot tub at night under the stars might just have been my fav. Coffee while watching the sunrise over the mountains a close second. Please, book this home. You will not forget it. Cheers!

Tina & Todd are great hosts! They're both extremely nice and friendly! The house is beautiful and feels like home. They have two super friendly dogs who did great with us and our 2 year old and four month old. Barlow and Babe are the best! We are already planning our next trip to Gettysburg and our next stay with Tina & Todd!

Perfect location for a women’s wellness retreat! The ladies are already asking when we can come back. Plenty of spaces big and small to facilitate us, both as a group as well as individuals looking to relax and recharge. Having two kitchens was nice for feeding such a big group, and the heated saltwater pool was the cherry on top!

Best Airbnb I have been to so far. A hidden gem for a great price!! Definitely want to return in the summer!

House was perfect for a large group and very clean when we arrived. There were all the necessary pans, pots, silverware, etc. for cooking for meals in the house. The host (Amber) was quick to communicate and adjust to audibles/questions from our end. Great stay for a large group. Would highly recommend.

One of the coolest places I’ve stayed so far! Waterfront activities, ATV trails, and much more, all on the property so you don’t have to worry about getting your group together to go out and do things. Ken was also an amazing host - very responsive, gave lots of suggestions and directions for things to do in the area along with the plethora of cool activities he’s created on the property. Couldn’t have asked for a better get away for me and some friends

We really enjoyed our time here and wished we could have stayed longer! The house was spacious and had beautiful mountain views. Our kids loved the large yard and game room. It was quiet and peaceful, yet only a quick drive to get groceries. The drive to Shenandoah was only 15-20 min too.

The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Communication with host was very helpful land location was perfect for our needs.

I took my wife for a quick birthday getaway on a snowy january weekend. We love berkley springs as we only live 45 mins away., but i wanted a secluded place to spend the weekend just outside of Berkeley. What a great spot, we plan to return this summer w the kiddos and take advantage of the stream and water below the house. Cant wait super excited to come back. Thanks kristen for your flexibility. We loved Claudine’s home. We live in an old home ourselves and know that old homes are such a labor of love and it’s obvious Claudine takes great pride in her home. Claudine was an excellent host, she also provided us with updates as a big storm was coming in. The home was very close to the historical district, and Shepherd University. There was a lot of space for our family to spread out in. We will definitely be back. Thank you Claudine!

Great house for a weekend getaway! The river, fire pits, and open spaces made for a relaxing weekend for our group of friends. Highly recommend.

The schoolhouse was absolutely beautiful in a private and beautiful location. We sat out on the patio in the morning and it was so peaceful to drink our coffee. The place had everything we needed for a nice peaceful weekend away from our work lives. They made check in and out extremely easy with very detailed instructions. As well as it was an extremely easy place to find right off the road. The place looked just like the pictures.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

It’s a very cute house, we really enjoyed our stay. We had no cell service but there is WiFi so it all worked out great! It’s the woods so there are some bugs inside but nothing too bad. It’s a great place, easy to get to as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

Chau was very gracious to host our family at a difficult time - a death in the family. The space was more than adequate for our needs and was clean and inviting. Guests should note that there are a few oddities with a couple of the bedrooms. First, one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms has a 'window' that is open to the kitchen area below and only covered by permanently closed shutters. It is definitely not soundproof. The other is the room that 'shares a bathroom with the master'. It indeed shares that room because it is directly off of the master bathroom with no other access. Other than that, it was an amazing stay in a very large home on a very large lot. Thanks, Chau!

Jacqueline and Nate were more than accommodating during our spring getaway. We encountered a flat tire traversing the WV mountains and needed to stay another night to have it fixed. Jacqueline was quick to respond and was able to grant us another night, which maybe we just truly needed :) would recommend place to any families with small children. Absolutely beautiful !

Connie's Rock Cottage was amazing! much thought was put into this cottage. Firewood and fire starter for the wood stove on chilly nights, robes we used for getting to and from the private hot tub just steps outside the back door,map of entire 550 acres of land including the wonderful paved walkway which meanders through the property. This was the mosr exceptionally prepared kitchen we have seen in out travels. Tons of utensils, a full set of potsand pans, dish towels, trivets, cutting boards and cooking sheets! We love to cook together when we travel and this kitchen was big enough for 2! We got some amazing pictures all over the farm. The lack of light pollution allowed us to enjoy the stars and Pink Full Moon in all their glory! We will be back to enjoy this cottage again!

Maryann's space was everything we needed for our stay during the inauguration weekend. we had 4 adults and 1 teen and it was perfect for all of us. it was clean, uncluttered, everyone had their own space and we were able to prepare meals with no issue. ample linens were provided, along with paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap and dishwasher pods. Being close to both east and west falls church metro made it easy to get downtown. We will absolutely stay at Maryann's place the next time we come to DC.
