Great stay for our first trip to Nashville! easy to locate and walkable but in a quiet area of town. location was clean and had all the things needed for a few days stay!

It was so peaceful, sitting on the porch was so relaxing. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Patty was friendly and very welcoming. She invited us up to her porch, we laughed and had a great visit. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Ron & Susan’s. It was about a 20 minute walk to attractions downtown. The area was very quiet and safe and a comfortable place to lay our heads after busy days of exploring. Thank you!

The location was great, walkable yet not in the center of all the action. The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked.

Ron and Susan‘s place was perfect for our group of four! It was exactly as listed. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location close to downtown it was easy to get into the Airbnb when we arrive and all the instructions were clear. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed with 3 other girls for girls trip. We arrived before check in and was recommended a spot to visit for food that would hold our luggage —great food and start to our trip. Check in was easy except we couldn’t figure out how to change the door code to custom so we just saved the 10 digit code in a phone note to access. Easy couple block walk to Broadway and Printers Alley. Starbucks across the road and Walgreens was nice to get snacks and beverages at. Comfy living area that was good for the four of us to sit and chat while in the apartment. Friendly workers manning the Woolworth theater—two shows on weekends if you’re interested—thunder from down under and shiners. Frothy monkey a couple doors down for good coffee.

The perfect place for a TN vacation. You get your own peace and quiet that feels like your secluded piece of heaven but the ease and quick access to town in minutes. The house has everything you need to entertain kids of all ages so mom and dad can enjoy a drink on the patio with amazing views. We could not have had a better experience. Clean, well kept, packed with amenities.

If Emily's place is available, don't look elsewhere, book right away! 10 stars! Our stay was amazing! It is adorable and so homey. The bedrooms were so quaint and the beds were very comfortable! The loft area was so cute and we wanted to stay up there but since there were just 3 of us, we decided to stay in the downstair bedrooms but if you have children or a larger party, the loft is just so cute! Emily really put so much thought into everything down to the plugs for your charging. We had so many outlets for charging our phones, etc. All of the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled, switches were labeled, etc. which was so helpful! She has a great kitchen with a great frig so you can bring in all your own drinks, and snacks. She even has a great washer and dryer! Emily was an amazing host! I am from California and we were visiting during tornado season. We got a tornado warning, I called Emily at night and she answered right away and was so reassuring and answered all ?s

Marc is an excellent host. Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. There was more than enough room for our whole family, and we truly appreciated how well equipped the home was – Marc had everything we needed and more! High marks for this great space and host.

We were a group of 6 and had a great time staying at Matt’s. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There were ample linens, cups, plates, and cutlery. Our group did plan on going to broadway, but unexpectedly ended up spending a lot of time around our airbnb and it was great. We were walking distance from some really great places like attaboy, up down, and more. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend at Adrienne's place. It is large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for our party of 4 to spread out and relax. We walked to a fabulous wine shop, coffee, and dining. It is a quick Lyft ride to Broadway and all the tourist attractions. Highly recommend!!

The house was beautiful with nice amenities. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this house to anyone. ❤️

We spent a week in their beautiful home and it was outstanding! If I had only one thing to suggest to make it better is if they had some cleaning supplies( mainly for the kitchen) As well as more dish towels and some dish cloths. Thank you Tyler and Josh for a wonderful stay!

Great stay for a bachelorette Nashville getaway its close to everything ubers are fast and always near. The house is very comfortable and cozy.

Loved our stay at this cozy and comfortable gem. Clean, beautifully decorated, with very nice linens and towels. When we discovered a slight problem, the issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Close to Broadway, shopping, and lots of good food and drinks. Will definitely book this place again!

There was some tape and decorations still hanging from the ceiling fan from the people before us but overall it was clean and a great place to stay!

It was a great location, close to the downtown area. We liked that a gate went all the way around the whole condo complex and you need the access code to get in. We felt very safe. The condo was really clean and organized. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to other Nashville travelers.
