Our group had a fantastic time at Isabeau and Shaun’s. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was perfect for two couples giving us all our own private space with king size beds and ensuites. The kitchen was amazing and the large island is an added bonus. The living room was perfect for relaxing and had plenty of space for the four of us. We had some weather systems move in while there and the hosts reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a week in Nashville. We would definitely return! Thank you so much Isabeau and Shaun!

This was a great apartment. The decor, pool, etc felt very Nashville. You can’t beat being right next to so many recording studios, and the building is close enough to walk to many entertainment options, but far enough away to still be peaceful when it’s time to relax. I recommend this apartment!

Every inch of this place is adorable! They even have heart shaped plates and pink forks! Loved the vanity for a group of girls to get ready all together! Safe building - secure lock on front door lobby. Great Gym - 15 min walk down 1st street to broadway. Clean and so cute!

Overall we had a great stay at this spot for our friend's bachelorette weekend. A perfect spot for that - so much fun decor for pictures and a great location! Less than 10 mins to broadway. Unfortunately the AC was not working when we arrived, however Dorinda responded immediately and within 12 hours (the following day) a tech came to fix it. The remainder of the trip we had no issues with that! Another thing - we were glad we were in contact with a decoration company that was going in beforehand to decorate for our bride, because getting into the unit wasn't super clear. We had the correct address, but the spot is located in a condominium/apartment type location - and we did not know the section or unit number. Otherwise, our stay went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

Melanie was a great host. Very responsive and condo was clean and thoughtfully stocked with necessities and extras. And was a great location - easily walkable to Broadway.

We had an amazing girls’ trip to Nashville and this place was perfect! The home was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. It’s located in a safe area, just a short distance from downtown, but in a peaceful neighborhood which made it the best of both worlds. A few minutes walk away, we discovered a street with adorable shops and great restaurants. Our host was fantastic – very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Nashville!

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and the decor was super cute. The location was perfect for walking to the gulch and a short 10 min Uber ride to broadway. Linda was always quick with responding so if you ever needed anything, you would be able to easily get in touch with her. I did notice that you had to type in the door code to the actual condo twice to get it to unlock so just a heads up if you’re staying here. I would one thousand percent recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville!!

This place was exactly as pictured! The space was everything we needed and more. We had 6 girls staying here and there were plenty of towels for all, the kitchen was stocked with dishes. It was the perfect size for us so we weren’t all running into each other. The neighborhood was quiet and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway so we could relax at the end of every night. Highly recommend this place!

Easy to park (convenient parking deck with elevator) comfy couch and bed decent view of city from the balcony. Actual working washer and dryer was a plus

This is our second time staying with Stacie. She is an awesome host and her place is great. She is very thoughtful and provides many extras to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Everything downtown on Broadway is within easy walking distance. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We hosted a bachelorette party here and had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions throughout the weekend. The building was clean and well-kept, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to Broadway Street. We had a fun and memorable time. Highly recommend!

We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our girls getaway weekend! The location is ideal (close to everything) and the hosts took advantage of every inch of space. It is decorated with a fun retro ’70s style with a bonus of extremely comfortable beds and wonderful lounging area. The hosts answered our many questions promptly. Great location and alternative to paying the crazy hotel prices near Broadway. A lot of great things walking distance from unit. Bed was super comfortable and shower had good water pressure (that’s an important one for me!). Carrie was a great host. Clear instructions, friendly, responsive, and check in/out was very easy.

This was a great location to be able to walk downtown. Inexpensive Uber rides to get back at night. Met our needs, giving us a place to rest and relax when not out on Broadway exploring.

Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Great spot, just a short walk or Uber ride to Broadway. The views of the river were an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Liz was prompt and thorough in her responses and instructions, making check-in and check-out seamless. This was greatly appreciated navigating a hectic wedding weekend. Would definitely stay again!
