I had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Rachel’s. It was walkable to my event I was attending which worked out perfect. The listing is amazing and very comfortable with all the essential needs for your stay. Side note; access is in a dimly lit alley way. As a solo traveling female, I did feel a bit nervous entering/exiting in the dark. This may not be a concern for males or couples, just an FYI.

Cozy and clean! The space had everything you needed and Katie, Ben and Victoria were excellent hosts and super accommodating. It’s a short drive downtown and in a peaceful neighborhood.

Molly’s place is truly a gem, you can immediately tell that the hosts care about their guests and the space. Everything was clean and comfortable, the bed was super cozy! Great amenities and communication, might be the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend. 5/5 Stars.

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for 3 nights and we were so pleased! We are night shifters and hopped on a plane right after work so we were exhausted. Heather was very accommodating and was nice enough to let us check in early for a much needed nap (on that glorious mattress). The location is great; less than a 30 minute drive from both downtown nashville and franklin, and about a mile away from the famous loveless cafe. The cottage itself was charming and cozy and had all the amenities you would need. Definitely recommend taking a bath if you get a chance-the water gets so hot which is perfect! The room darkening shades were very effective and the heater/AC kick in real quick. We didn’t communicate with Heather much because everything was great and we didn’t run into any issues, but she was very responsive during the check in process and we knew she was a text away. We hope to come back to enjoy the beautiful property again!

Amazing value! I’m surprised at the rate being comparably low to other options in the Nashville area especially when it’s a nicer spot than most! Definitely recommend

The place to stay when visiting Nashville. Hosts are the best. A mile from 12 South downtown shops restaurants. You can walk thru the beautiful park to get there. Central location to get to downtown Broadway (15 min drive), to the Gulch (10-15 min drive) and to/from Franklin.(20-30min). The loft sits behind the hosts house. It was beautifully decorated and lots of amenities provided. We felt right at home.

Great little place to stay, right by 12 South on a quiet residential street yet all of the bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

I had the most pleasant stay at Brock‘s Airbnb. It was calm, peaceful, relaxing, which is exactly what I needed. Initially, I was planning on staying the weekend however I extended my trip from three days to nine days and Brock was very accommodating and and kind throughout the whole process. The bed was so incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were amazing which made it very easy for me to sleep when that has not been the case elsewhere. The bathroom was spotless, super cute, had a great area for you to put out your things if needed. Otherwise, looking out over the backyard was so incredibly peaceful and being able to walk for breakfast burritos and coffee was just delightful. 10 for 10 would stay here again and refer all my friends and family when coming to town to stay with Brock.

Our stay at A Stone’s Through could not have been better. Liz was welcoming, helpful, and a friendly face throughout our stay. The cottage is perfectly situated in town, and a retreat to come back to. Would recommend to anyone visiting Franklin!

Host was very kind and responsive. The driveway was super steep and I was nervous my little car wouldn’t get up it but it went up just fine (when I didn’t get nervous and stop 🤦‍♀️). Never had a problem with the WiFi. The place and surroundings are beautiful. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. I look forward to coming back again.

We loved staying here for a long weekend. It was the perfect location - walkable to both 12 South and Hillsboro. The home and garden are peaceful and provided everything we were looking for. Thanks!

Candice was a great host and the property was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and the AirBnB was within walking distance to some great breakfast spots and Shelby Park. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend both Candice and the property to anyone interested!

All Airbnb stays should be as comfortable as last weekends Nashville stay @ Collin’s. The cottage was cozy, clean and stylish. The bedding was soft and linens were warm (i’ve ordered my own identical set of throw blankets they had). Finding the Airbnb couldn’t have been easier- simple pushbutton padlocks made for a quick entrance and exit. The neighborhood had several coffeehouses and restaurants, in addition to at dozens of cool cocktail bars and music lounges. Just what a Nashville trip should be. One of the best experiences; we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the Carriage House! Perfect size for two of us, cozy, charming, and clean! Great location, we loved walking to restaurants on 12 South and found a great running route! Will definitely stay again!

Our stay was so wonderful! Katherine was extra communicative to make sure we had all the info needed! Our daughter Lucy especially loved it and was a big fan of their sweet dog. It was also walkable to so many things which was nice with kids to not have to drive a ton. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend trip. Everything was exactly as it was pictured or mentioned. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The shower was amazing, hot and perfect pressure. This place exceeded my expectations. The host was very responsive and friendly! 10/10 recommend!

We loved our stay at Jon’s place! Nestled in a cute, historic neighborhood, the peace and quiet following the bustle of downtown was exactly what we needed. While convenient to downtown, we loved exploring the great food and cocktails of East Nashville and then coming back to all the comforts of home. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the decor was perfectly chosen and the little touches to make sure we had everything we might need were greatly appreciated. Jon is a great host - very responsive and flexible. We look forward to coming back next time we’re in town.

My mother, sister and I had a wonderful stay, Christianne was kind enough to bring over a flashlight for us when the power went out in the neighborhood due to weather. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was in the perfect location for me to visit my daughter at Belmont. Host was prompt with responses to my questions and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!

My husband and myself definitely enjoyed our stay at Jason’s place. We were made to feel special with the personal sign wishing us a happy anniversary. This place is as described! Definitely a beauty and very peaceful! We will definitely look Jason’s place up again the next time we are wanting a getaway in this area.

We were delayed in arriving due to heavy rain on our drive. No problems getting there a little later. this is our second time staying here and is a very nice accommodation. We have family near by and we're able to walk to visit them. We felt safe at all time of day in the neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable and lovely place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The space was very thoughtfully furnished and stocked with all you could possibly need! I really appreciated the attention to detail. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to some adorable local shops, restaurants, and bars, and it was just a short Uber ride to downtown.

Kirk’s place was a great place for my husband and I to stay for the few days before meeting up with our friends! It was very clean, had lots of great accommodations (steamer, iron, washcloths, USB plugs on bed sides, quality toilet paper, WiFi and work space, full length mirror) I would come back another time for sure!
