This home is wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything needed, plus a waffle iron, blender... we LOVED the ping pong table and arcade game!! Since we stayed in winter, we couldn't use the kayaks... but that would have been fun, too :) The basement family room area was toasty warm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. A great stay close to Nashville!!

The host was so accommodating and very responsive. The property was amazing!!!! It’s located right on the river. It was absolutely beautiful, serene, and quiet. The location was perfect because it’s peaceful but only a short uber ride away from Broadway. Our group had the best experience and definitely recommend. If I visit Nashville again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Been to many houses on Airbnb and this one is by far the best place I’ve stayed very nice and clean

We really enjoyed our stay with Elle. It was a convenient location for our needs and Elle is a fantastic and friendly host. I appreciated her quick replies and excellent communication. She is a super host, and that made our stay even better.

We stayed for a month for medical reasons which had lots of up and downs with many changes to plans and Caleb was OUTSTANDING in our craziness! He was always available and many times even reached out to us to see if he could assist us in any way! Caleb is definitely the host that does the MOST! We couldn't have asked for a better host or better place to stay. It was so clean and organized and really felt like home! All the supplies we needed for cooking! Great neighborhood! Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Definitely 5 stars for Caleb and his home!

Felt right at home! No luck fishing in late March but our kids loved being right on the water. We all enjoyed the hot tub, hammock, and petal boat. Beds were very comfortable, loved the layout, plenty of linens, fans, fishing gear. Could get to grocery store without traffic and easy drive to Nashville without having to stay downtown. Best of both worlds! Janet responded within hours when Roku remote died. Whirlpool needs repair (buttons and most jets very soft at max) but kids had a blast!

This was our first experience staying at an Airbnb and we have nothing but great things to say. The house was clean and inviting, and the amenities were more than adequate. We slept really well on the bed and there was plenty of space to hang our clothes in the walk in closet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, plates, glasses, even wine glasses. The information center on the counter had informative guides. We can't say enough about the view from the upstairs living room and from both patios. We wanted to stay longer! We love Tennessee and hope to be back to the Cozy Cottage soon! Joe and Cindy Taylor

The property looked like the pictures. It was supplied with many more amenities than other Airbnb properties. Almost anything we could want was already supplied. They even had a pet station with supplies. We had a little hitch getting into the property, but were contacted immediately and it was promptly fixed. The property was beautiful, with lots of wildlife. The downstairs hvac system was very inconsistent, but we were able to make it work. The check-out instructions were very reasonable compared to other properties. Don & Dora supplied a very in-depth guidebook for the area. If we weren’t visiting locals already, it would have been very useful. Over-all, it was a very enjoyable trip in a very comfortable house.

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

A very special unique place! So nice to get out of the city to a beautiful country home. I would come back in a heartbeat. The screened porch was our favorite hangout. We made happy memories! Thank you Mimi for sharing this place with us.

Lauren and Jon were the most attentive, responsive, empathetic, and kind Hots I have ever experienced via AirBNB and I have stayed at quite a few properties. Their home was easy to find, very neat, clean, and aesthetically pleasing—everything you need to rest, relax, and unwind. Also, the location/area was very private, quiet, and close enough to any and all attractions without the hustle and bustle of the city. I will most definitely be returning. We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

Everything was wonderful. So glad my husband and I decided to stop here for a few days on our long roadtrip from Wisconsin to Florida for time to relax. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and quiet cabin in the woods with being just close enough to some really cute areas for lunch or dinner and other entertainment. The house was beautiful, they really did a fantastic job with the design. It was charming, spacious, and had great amenities. Highly recommend! Chanin and her husband were so generous and friendly, helping to make sure we had a great time. We certainly hope to make our way back soon.
