Carolyn was incredibly informative and kept in touch every day with helpful updates. Although there was a minor tornado scare (which, of course, had nothing to do with Carolyn), I felt safe throughout my stay. I would definitely stay at Carolyn’s place again. The home was quiet and very walkable to nearby restaurants and bars. I especially recommend Another Broken Egg Cafe for breakfast!

I love staying with Urban Nashville! Our apartment was on the second floor and we had a great view of the gultch out of the huge windows! Beds were comfy and blankets were soft. You will need to time your showers if you have multiple guests, but that’s didn’t seem to be an issue at all for us. We were walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and places in the gultch as well many coffee shops to try. We saw a concert on music row and it was only a 6 minute drive! I would definitely stay here again next time I make a trip to Nashville!

Excellent stay! Very close and walkable to the strip with tons of bars and restaurants in the area. Very spacious, more than enough room for 4 people. Rooftop was a huge plus, was nice to enjoy a good whiskey and cigar without leaving the home. Place was very clean with basic essentials included, and there is a Walgreens directly across the street if you need anything else. Would absolutely stay here again!

The carriage house location in East Nashville was perfect for me: one person. I wanted to use the time to take in local acoustic music (much close by) and play music myself. East Nashville is funky and fun. The neighborhood is safe and close to anything you would want, including downtown Nashville. The room is attractive and inviting. There isn't a stove, but you can microwave or use a toaster oven if you want to eat in. Bathroom is small but fine. Generally, I would say this is a modest place, good value. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was too soft for me, so consider that if you want a firmer bed. County music decor perfect for the location!

Place was exactly as advertised….very short walk to broadway…..April was super helpful with all questions we had….would DEFINITELY stay here again if i find myself in Nashville again!!!

We love exploring Franklin and the surrounding area! The flat is located in a fantastic location for walking to restaurants and coffee shops. It’s clean, eclectic, comfortable and cozy. We have stayed here multiple times and would recommend to friends and family. Enjoy!

Linda and Skip are the most exceptional hosts! My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay. Their home is beautifully decorated, clean, and truly has everything you might need. We especially loved the projector for our rainy day in. Germantown is beautiful and was a central location to anywhere we wanted to go around nashville! As a group of young girls traveling, one of the most important features was that we felt very safe here! It was one of the best Airbnb stays i’ve had, I would give this place 6 stars if i could. Thank you for the amazing stay!

What an excellent spot! The location was the perfect distance from the East Side downtown and 5 points- close enough to walk comfortably but far enough that the neighborhood was quiet and calm, free of city chatter. The apartment itself was somehow both peaceful and lively. There’s some fun decor, a great AC unit and a comfy bed and lounging area. What more can you ask for?? You can just tell from the energy in there that it has a history of joy and harmony inside that place. Plus Greg is really a wonderful host, an easygoing musician and a true blue Nash representative. You can easily spend a while shootin the spit if you like, or not if you’d rather keep to yourself. I hope to return some time, highly recommend

This was the perfect location if you want to be in the thick of the Broadway/Printers Alley action! It was conveniently located 2 or 3 blocks from both! It was very safe and I would definitely book here again. The host was very responsive. We requested an early check-in which she was able to accommodate. She also gave a good spot for breakfast while we waited. The apartment is exactly as described in terms of rooms and beds etc. It was spotless. To note: others had issues with the hot water being scarce and the televisions not working. I experienced both of those as well. We had to alternate times for showers to all get hot water, so I hope they will look into that. The host gave me instructions for programming the remotes to make the tvs work, but they didn’t work. I didn’t come to Nashville to watch tv so it wasn’t the end of the world. There are no dressers so nowhere to unpack and only a few hangers, so I bought a pack of 10 and left them for others. All in all, a great stay!

Samira was an amazing host. She always responded within 5 minutes and gave us so many great recommendations!! I would for sure stay here again. It was my first time in Nashville and it was the perfect experience😊

Loft with a really great location, very near Broadway!

Great find in the city! Easy parking, easy entry, quick walk to Broadway, coffee, restaurants. Just the right size for our group of six. Spacious and clean bathrooms. Swanky style and classy building. Two bathrooms is a must for large parties, appreciated the room to breathe. Would stay again!

I can’t say enough good things about Rebecca and Tony’s place. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. It is in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. The apartment is extremely clean, very cozy and tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfortable and was so nice to sleep in after a very long day of driving. We only stayed one night but we are already planning on coming back again for a longer stay the next time we are in the Nashville area. Check-in and check-out were very easy and Rebecca went out of her way to make us feel welcome by leaving us Tennessee-made treats, a snack basket and bottled water in the fridge as well as a fully stocked coffee station. Easily one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. Thank you again Rebecca and Tony!

It was the cutest studio and perfect for the weekend. I had some trouble with the August home app to unlock the doors but got an immediate response and help to get in quickly.
