Nathan was incredible as a host. The place was awesome: amazing view and so homelike. The only minor struggle for us was the vast difference in the quite cold kitchen and one bedroom in which the heat didn't seem to work, versus the comfortably warm rest of the house. Still, considering the rest of the benefits of the home and the best communication with an AIRbnb host ever, it's easy to say that this is a 5 star experience!

the place was nice and the host was very helpful. when i arrived i had trouble trying to figure out the switches and wifi, the host was very helpful in this matter. i would recommened this place to everyone.

Teresa was in constant contact via text and promptly answered any questions we had! We felt very comfortable in her home! She also has a notebook with local information and instructions for various household electronics!

This was a very quiet and peaceful space. You have your own room and bathroom down a long hall from the front door. Your hosts go up the flight of stairs to their home from the same front door. I felt very safe and comfortable with this arrangement. The small, well stocked kitchen space was complete with a sink, mini frig and coffee maker. Parking was not a problem and the hosts were responsive. Honestly, this was a perfect place to stay!

After a small issue with the instructions to enter and getting a hold of the host, the rest of the stay was wonderful and the host was communicative. This was the cleanest and one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed! I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in the area and we more than likely will use it again if available next time!

Had a great stay. Ed was very helpful and gave us loads of suggestions for places to visit. Perfect place if you want to explore Downtown Lancaster. Great restaurants nearby. Right across the street from our favorite. The Belvedere. Thank you Ed.

Melinda’s place was great! Perfect location for doing things in and around Lancaster and easy to find. Accommodations were perfect, well equipped, maintained and clean! Kitchen was well stocked and we loved that you have a hot water pot. The back yard was nice as well. We hope to return again in the future.

we loved staying at this home the pictures don't do it justice. we had such a wonderful time. the hosts were wonderful, responding every time we needed them. we will be staying again.

This was our first trip to Lancaster and so happy we rented this house. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and large enough for our family of four. Its location to downtown is excellent as we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. At the end of the day we really enjoyed the backyard. Stacy is an excellent host, she was very communicative and provided all the details to make our trip easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this house.

One of the best AIRBNBs we've visited. Useful for visiting family in the area. Perfectly updated rowhome in desirable section of West Reading, walkable to shops and restaurants. Impeccably clean, well stocked, and quiet. Laundry on site and driveway for 2 vehicles. Hope to stay again.

Loved our stay! The location was convenient to Franklin & Marshall and walkable to lots of different places. We were always able to find parking on the street right out front. Communication was great and everything was just as we expected. The house is decorated so nicely - super clean and uncluttered. Plenty of seating for everyone and very comfortable furniture. The house had everything we needed or wanted. It was the perfect place to stay and we would definitely book again. Loved it!

Would definitely stay again if in the area. would recommend this place to anyone. Not only is the house adorable and cozy, the waterfall outside is stunning. Suzi is a great host, with the best directions, I have never been provided woth such detailed directions and it just made check in and the entire process seamless and so easy. It can be hard to find a place that allows pups, but this hidden gem does and you don't have to settle because it is lovely.

Great place in Hanover. We came to visit family for the holidays and it was perfect for my parents and I! Having laundry available was a huge plus!

The house was very easy to get into very clean. The location is great for an event at Franklin & Marshall. Street parking was easy the whole weekend. Bathrooms were stocked and very nice and clean.

Our group had a wonderful time staying at The River House! Having 7 people in the house was a little cramped (as to be expected), but it was still plenty comfortable for a few nights. Finding street parking was very easy, and we loved the neighborhood and its ease of accessibility. The house itself was great - it had lots of charm while still having lots of amenities, including tea, snacks, and lots of kitchen appliances. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stay here again!

Great location. Max was on to of writing us and send instructions. We will be staying here again. Only sort of issue was the driveway is kind of a hill and we almost could not get my husband car up in it but we found a way.
