Absolutely spectacular home! From the moment we walked through the front door, we felt a warm embrace! The holiday decor was festive, the furnishings were so beautiful and inviting, and numerous other special touches throughout the home made it a first class stay! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay and will be coming back when we are in the area! She is a very considerate and proactive host, making sure our needs were met! A beautiful, simple space!!!

This house was beautiful. There were a few furniture updates since the pictures were taken, but all good changes. There were a few things that the renter should know - but they aren’t bad, just for preparation: The driveway is slightly past the house, it was easy to find but in the dark, it could be a little difficult. Bring laundry soap if you think you may need to do a load of wash, it is not provided. Lastly, there is no DVD player. I realize they are pretty much obsolete and streaming is available at the house, but if you’re a bit old school, go ahead and bring one. We did have one small issue with the shower drain not draining fast enough. The host responded right away and sent someone over to take care of it same day. They had the home beautifully decorated for Christmas and it was a fantastic place to spend the holidays with my family.

Home was very clean and updated, with lots of room for all of us. Enjoyed your Christmas Tree, our family came together for a holiday get away. The large kitchen had several cooking items, new appliances and a dinning table for a large family. We traveled from Indiana and Tennessee, good half way point. Will definitely book again. The house we stayed in was amazing! The house was clean and full of amenities that made our stay comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us to gather and have quiet time if we needed. Our contact, Andrew, was very responsive when we had a question and was pleasant on the phone.

I just completed a seven month stay in Dan's loft apartment. It was a great experience. The photos and descriptions were accurate. Dan was easy to communicate with and he was very responsive to any issues. He was unfailingly helpful. The apartment is on the third floor with a steep flight of stairs at the top, so anyone with physical challenges or cardio challenges should take that into consideration. I'm 69 and in fair shape, so I had no problems with the stairs. Overall, it was an excellent time and I would recommend it for a stay in Cynthiana.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Josh’s home is beautiful and the country setting is very peaceful with stunning sunrises and sunsets, friendly animals! You will not be disappointed staying here-simply gorgeous! Listing is accurate to what the house offers and looks like.
