We stayed here for a weekend while visiting our daughter at Fairfield University. The location was perfect! The house was beautiful- it reminded me of a modernized cottage. Everything was spotless - made you feel instantly at home! We will absolutely be back! We tried for upcoming parents weekend in October 2025 and she's already sold out!! Definitely book - you won't be disappointed!

The Farm House was adorable! The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean! Great history of the home and farm too! Rescued and restored and saved the land from condos! ❤️

Marcia’s place was spotless and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, from essentials to small touches that made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended for a hassle free and enjoyable experience.

A very clean, spacious and well equipped and presented property with easy walking to every facility. Particularly liked white bed linen and towels which gives confidence of cleanliness. The property is well proportioned and in an ideal location for walking to the shops, restaurants and the massive park at the top of the slope. Travis was always responsive and helpful.

Ritestay was a great place. We didn’t spend much time there because we were there to see our daughter. Would be perfect in the summer!!

My family was in town for a funeral, and we were able to book Victoria's home and save versus booking multiple hotel rooms. The location is minutes of I-95, so the home gave us a nice, central home base with a kitchen to get to everything and feed the kiddos between events. While we weren't looking for a beach trip - we were able to walk to the local beach and enjoy it with our young kids for a few hours over the weekend. The home was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for us. Communicating with Victoria was very easy, and check in/out was a piece of cake as there is a lock box on the house. If I need to bring the family back to the Stamford area, we'll definitely want to stay at Victoria's home again! Thanks!

This was a great escape after a small flood in our house left us with no water for a few days during Thanksgiving weekend. The host is super responsive and helpful, the interior of the house is updated and the views are great! Thank you again, Ada! One thing to note for people with ambulatory issues is that there's quite a few stairs to reach the entrance.

the hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the windows provided plenty of natural light and showcased the beautiful lake just outside. would love to come back in the summer to enjoy some more outdoor activities nearby :)

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

Gaby’s place was clean and comfortable! She is very kind and it was exactly what we needed for the week. Her check in instructions and directions were thorough and the home is in a beautiful area. Already have our next stay booked :)

I would highly recommend this place, Tracy was very helpful. She gave us clear instructions. She had the place prepared for us. She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

Awesome and very spacious place to stay with family and/or friends!! Just about 8 minutes from Mountain Creek where we had as our group’s main destination. Douglas was extremely helpful and responsive before and during the stay. He was very comprehensive with our situation and flexible regarding specific requests. We are already planning another stay in the same place. Strongly recommend

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

Jim and I love staying at Johnna's Air B&B. This is our 2nd stay and we will be reserving for June and July in the next day or two. We are extremely comfortable there. It does feel like home.

We had a great stay with our 1 year old and two dogs while looking for homes in the area. The hosts have very detailed instructions and local recommendations and were happy to message about more tailored recommendations as well. I had inquired about a later checkout because of our daughter’s nap schedule and the hosts were flexible and accommodating. Everything is very thoughtful in their home, and we especially appreciated the comfortable beds, linens, bath products and (life changing?) Toto toilets! We visited in the dead of winter, and I’m sure it’s even more beautiful when it’s warmer and greener. One note if you have littles or new walkers - there are a couple of concrete steps in the living spaces on the first floor, so we had to keep a very close eye on our 1 year old. Not a ding at all, just a note if you’re booking with little ones.

We were absolutely delighted with this house. Lisa is an amazing host—always very attentive and with excellent communication. She is kind, cheerful, and that truly reflects in her home. Her house is simply beautiful, filled with wonderful details. There are all kinds of different mugs in the kitchen, collected from various places. Masks from all over the world. The house is colorful and full of life. The steam room and sauna worked perfectly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back soon—because I won’t be choosing any other house

Cozy, charming house checks all the boxes. We felt very comfortable and appreciated all the things available to us like paper products, spices, coffee, tea, air fryer, microwave, duralogs for the fireplace, linens, shampoo/conditioner and washing machine/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect stay. I felt at home and the grounds are beautiful. The location is a perfect getaway but close to a lovely small town. The owners are great, kind, and so thoughtful. I appreciate them and everything they've done to make my stay better. It was a last minute holiday getaway and I'm so grateful they saved the day. Thank you so much! Rio was a really friendly and helpful host and his cottage was very cute in a lovely area surrounded by trees and great walks and hikes. We made s'mores over the fire pit, enjoyed the quiet, and explored a few towns nearby. Great weekend!

My daughter and I had a very peaceful short break in Milford; the house was cozy and warm; the beds were really comfortable. And it was a lovely quiet neighborhood. We appreciated being able to walk to the beach; and had fun exploring Connecticut.

We stayed there during the Christmas holidays to spend time with our son, who moved there recently. It was a nice visit and even though this place was a tad bit small but perfect for what we needed. Our daughter had a room for herself but still within the same space with us, like a 2 bedroom suite. Better than staying at a hotel. Our only complaint is that the climate control system could be improved. It was very warm at 72°C even though it was set by the host to 68°F.
