Came with my family to spend some quality time together, enjoyed every minute of it. Loved how stocked the kitchen was for every and any meal we wanted to make, the hot tub was awesome , we made s’mores with the fire pit and watched movies in the theater room. The amount of rooms and beds was perfect for us. The hosts were very responsive and kind, and any concerns were immediately handled. If we’re in the area again I’d definitely stay here again!

My family loved the house! It's lovely with large rooms! Great kitchen and dining area! We loved the porch and property! So thankful to be able to take our dog too!

The Summerhouse was just as described and looked just like the pictures. Its a sweet older home and we found it very comfortable! Angela is a wonderful Host and she went above and beyond in her communications and the extras in the house. We got in late and were very grateful for the Milk in the fridge as well as some muffins and waffles. The coffee bar was great and had all we needed. We were able to start our morning off ready to go. The kitchen is wonderfully filled with all you need to prepare meals. We spent two weeks there and it became a 2nd home. Angela even dropped off some amazing chocolate chip cookies for us too. I would highly recommend staying here. The location is ideal and the views are wonderful!

We were two families of two each. The space worked very well for us. Right before we went to bed, we found another room that was behind closed "closet" doors. I don't believe it is pictured, but it's like another very large living room with a second television. This worked perfectly for the teenager who was with us. He had his own separate space; if he didn't, it may have been a little cramped for the four of us. The space is a bit oddly laid out, but Bubbles' description is accurate. We had a very pleasant stay, and Bubbles is very kind. She even leaves fresh fruit, muffins and snacks. All were greatly appreciated!

Rosemary's Nest is awesome! The view off the front porch is a different movie every night. Old Rag, White Oak Canyon and the Skyline Drive are about 40 minutes away, Culpeper is 16 miles away. I suppose we were a little different type of guests, as we stayed ~six months. I was there to recover from a full hip replacement and the steep-ish driveway was perfect for physical therapy. Rosemary and Joe became like family, kept an eye out for us and they invited us upstairs for many delicious dinners and a Civil War quiz. If I have to get my other hip done in the next year or so, we certainly will be returning!

I'm so impressed with this quaint stay! The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. By far the most adorable place we've stayed in yet! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I stayed at Kerry’s place for a weekend getaway and we had a wonderful time! The apartment is spacious and well appointed. We loved that it felt cozy and warm on a very chilly weekend. It’s perfectly located above the great coffee shop Before & After and is right on the main drag of Sperryville. Parking behind the apartment is super easy, and the apartment is just a few minutes by foot from RPK, The Corner Store, and Francis (cocktail bar). Kerry was super helpful and responsive and we loved our stay here!

Lawrence was great! His place was very nice. We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable! If the opportunity arises, we will definitely come back. Thank you, Lawrence, for everything! The breakfast items were wonderful!

Stayed at Mj's place for two weeks while awaiting the arrival of a grandbaby - which turned into three weeks, as baby arrivals are apt to do. This loft was delightful in every way and just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, modern, airy, with beautiful views and the delightful sounds of a babbling river wafting in through the windows. The shower is a dream! We didn't lack for anything - plentiful supplies, along with a responsive host. The kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, hotplate, and Keurig, along with all the cutlery and cookware needed for those. Breakfast was included by stopping in at the quaint and cozy Sugar & Bean Cafe. The loft is just across from a park with walking trails, and the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The loft will be our go-to choice when we're back to visit the kids - if it isn't already booked! Definitely a treasure to find and worth all five stars.

We loved our Christmas holiday stay. It was so easy to come and go and not trouble Bianca and her husband, due to the well lighted, private entrance. Like all other reviewers, we were so very pleased with the extra touches she provided: croissants, wine, snacks, breakfast foods of cereal/oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit. There were helpful signs throughout to let us know exactly how the facility should be treated. The furnniture was comfortable and the kitchen just right for our needs. I was appreciative of the nice hot water for shower and great water pressure. So relaxing. Most of all was Bianca herself, always offering to help (she even helped me load luggage into my car at the end of our stay). A very gracious and giving host. We recommend this accommodation for anyone desiring a comfortable suite and extra T.L.C.

This is in a beautiful location, on country roads. Very clean, quiet and just what I needed. Georgi is a super host. Very helpful with local recommendations and did not tire of my many questions!

VERY friendly owner who will communicate quickly and fully. I'm an introvert and they were very kind about the hours I spent locked in the room. There is a diner at the bottom of the hill that is very "down home" but makes a perfect breakfast any time of day for $6.50. I didn't bring a car and walked to all edges of the town. There any many churches, restaurants, coffee shops, etc all within a 20 minute casual sidewalk walk. The internet in the home is fast. Bathroom was wonderfully clean and the house was very quiet at night. The AC is in the room and you can control it. Backyard and sun room are a nice place to switch up during a work day. Owner made breakfast every morning until I mentioned I needed to explore the town.

What a dream of a place this is, we wish we were staying a week instead of a day. The breakfast was warming and delicious. I cannot explain the decor and setup , except to say- the room was like it came from HGTV and the whole place had all the bells and whistles

Wow! This is a stunningly lovely place! Our experience here was perfect. And the breakfast was exquisite. The morning/breakfast server (Electra) was super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We will most certainly stay here again.

This was our second stay with Linda and Putter and we expect more in the future! Highlights for us are the incredible breakfasts, the big bathtub, and the exceptional warmth and hospitality of our hosts. They went the extra mile to make our trip special and we really appreciated it. Everything was comfortable and clean and we had a great view of the stars at night from the balcony. As far as location goes, it's about 30 minutes to an hour to most of the popular hiking destinations on Skyline Drive. We also liked Shenandoah River State Park for a change of pace during peak bluebell season. Linda's food really is the best we've had in the area but we enjoyed West Main Market's sandwiches and beer garden after day on the trails.

Everything was perfect, as described, private and comfortable. Scott was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We stayed in room #3. It was nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy and we slept great. Fresh flowers were in our room when we got in which was a nice touch. Our room had 2 robes in the closet along with plenty of hangars. Room also had a dresser. No TV is in the bedroom (which we did not miss) but there was a TV in the main house which could be used. The B&B is located within 20 minutes of downtown CVille, Monticello, hiking and our favorite, Snugglebutts Farm. The owners are very nice and knowledgeable about the area. There are a lot of things to look at inside the home which they have a vast knowledge of the history of the items. The breakfast was simple but fantastic. Granola, yogurt, fresh berries, croissants and/or muffins. The coffee was great. They also had a selection of Teas.
