Perfect weekend getaway! There are many great hikes and touristy things to do nearby. It was a nice place to unplug and relax!

Our second visit to this lovely place. Within hours (minutes?!?) we felt the serenity and peace envelope us. The studio has everything you might need and we love the paintings. The local area is fun to explore if you love to antique/thrift. And of course the Blue Ridge Mountains are a beautiful setting. We loved having Louie go with us on our walks! The owners and Alex are very responsive should a need arise. Thank you for sharing Firnew with us! We will be back with the grandkids in early summer.

Highly recommend this home for your Wintergreen stay. First, the hosts were extremely proactive in sending detailed information from check-in instructions to suggestions on local activities. The host was responsive within minutes with any questions we had. The house is very well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was perfect for 3 couples in our party, not many homes have 3 master suites. The house has 2 family rooms which added great additional space. The location is convenient to the Wintergreen lodge, not ski in/ski out but an easy drive down to the resort, seriously just a few minutes. I highly recommend waking up early to enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the big window on the main level, can't beat the views. Everyone in our party was extremely happy with our stay.

Lovely, well-equipped, spacious home in an idyllic location. The multi-level layout was perfect for two families- great common areas for gathering while also affording separate space and privacy.

I love staying here. The view and the renovated barns are top notch Peter and Helen have been wonderful to stay with. Make sure you ask for the homemade goat milk soap.

The home is very nice beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. i like that there are no tv's in the room only the family area which focuses on togetherness and allows couples to become more engaging with each other and it encourages more intimacy in the bedrooms amongst each other. We found that this home encourages individuals to be more expressive and engaging while soaking in the beautiful mountain view and breath taking sunrises and sunsets. hopefully we will be able to enjoy the hot tube next time we visit. you will definitely love this home. This is great for couples, families, girls nights, male retreats and more! the place was super clean. I have OCD and cleanliness and decor is a top priority. Thank you again for sharing your home!

The house is amazing! The space is beautiful, clean, and luxurious. It is probably the nicest airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The location is peaceful and has great hiking spots and wineries close by. This was a perfect spot for a getaway weekend with a group of friends!

We had a big group stay for the weekend and we all had a blast! The house is amazing, lots of space for all those people. Great floor layout and activities. Beautiful home and beautiful area! The hosts are very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process.

We enjoyed our stay for 16 Moms on a weekend away on a girls trip. The house had everything we needed and provided lots of spaces for people to spread out or to gather. Lea was extremely communicative and prior to the trip answering our questions and granted us a late checkout at our request. She quickly responded with a maintenance person for a minor issue we had.

Great accommodations for group trips. There are a number of in home activities; games, karaoke, hot tub, etc readily available. Proximity to Massanutten slopes was the selling point for our group of beginner skiers NOT interested in ski in/ski out options.

This was a beautifully decorated and clean home where my friends and I found rest and connection. We will definitely come back.

Had a lovely stay in Massanutten. Steve’s place has tons of options for the kids and adults to enjoy on a rainy spring day. It’s also very close to Massanutten to enjoy all there is to offer in the resort.
