We were all very comfortable.

Very quant home and was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful surroundings and quiet. We will definitely be back during warmer weather to check out the trails.

I stay in a lot of AirBnB properties. What a nice gesture to get in late in the evening, kids in tow, and open the refrigerator to find fresh milk for the morning, some bagels, some fruit, coffee and some bottles of water. The house doesn’t have that sterile “everything came out of Home Goods” look to it; it actually felt like being at your Aunt and Uncle’s house for the weekend. Very clean, no complaints whatsoever. Good location, 10 minutes from UVA. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommended.

The setting of the home was breathtaking!!! The mountain was beautiful and the open patio was perfect to see the moon and stars at night! We were thinking there was too little light on the patio when we arrived but we know now it’s intentional. The home was spacious and had everything we could have needed. Hot tub was amazing and we can’t wait to return to Lost City!!

It’s a very cute house, we really enjoyed our stay. We had no cell service but there is WiFi so it all worked out great! It’s the woods so there are some bugs inside but nothing too bad. It’s a great place, easy to get to as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

This 1855 house is a history lover’s dream. It’s the perfect size for a couple or 2-3 friends traveling together. Walking to the shops and restaurants takes only 10 minutes or so. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure is great. The stairs to the second bedroom are quite steep so be forewarned.

We had such a wonderful time at Cassidy's place. Felt right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable and spacious. The jacuzzi was definitely worthwhile. Close to the restaurants, convenience stores, caverns and the skyline. Loved it here and hoped to come back.

The property is beautiful and has everything you could need! Pictures and descriptions match the house. Host was very friendly and provided clear instructions for checkin/checkout. The river is crystal clear and the garage is a huge addition for cold/rainy days.

We really enjoyed Maya's place! She was so sweet and gave us a beautiful valentine's gift basket and ballon. I cannot wait to return to her beautiful home again! Thank you Maya for everything!

Loved this quaint Airbnb so much. It was clean, well stocked and our host was very easy to communicate with. Gave amazing instructions so everything was a breeze. Wonderful location, close to everything yet quiet and safe. Would definitely return and recommend!

Great location on the downtown mall. Host was accommodating, helpful, & instructions were clear. Beautiful windows and architecturally interesting apartment. Fireplace created ambience & warmth; much appreciated during January's frigid temps. Note that it's a walk up apartment. Secure and comfy accommodations. Hope to return!

We had a great stay at Tara and Mark's place. The location was convenient to downtown and we enjoyed being so close to the Rivanna trail for running and walking. The downstairs apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip.

The apartment was spacious and nicely appointed with everything needed for a short getaway. Susan communicated timely information and instructions for checkin and checkout. A very pleasant place to stay when visiting Staunton.

This place was the perfect getaway!

2nd time staying at Debbie's, "A place in town" In Woodstock, An even tho it was almost 3 years since the last stay everything is still the same, Love the couch very comfortable! the queen bed a little to firm for me, But my husband didn't mind it. I just want to point out that I don't think we could find too many nicer hosts than Debbie! we enjoyed our stay and number one the price is always right!! Debbie please keep that price right for the future next time we come down aswell, it's hard to find things that are affordable on Airbnb especially near Page county near our family, ain't nothing better than having your own bed and living room after a long day with relatives!! 😂, we also enjoyed the electric fireplace it's very pretty, the only thing I would suggest is maybe some blinds at the window beside the back door. thanks Debbie for the stay.

My 5 sisters and I decided to do a winter trip this year and chose Massanutten ski resort. The house is about a 10 minute drive. House was exactly as described with plenty of space for all of us even when we needed some alone time away from each other, the house is big enough to do so! There was a plumbing issue on a Friday which was a little stressful, but Darwin was able to get someone out quick to get it taken care of. He was very quick to respond and even took the time to call to make sure he got accurate details of the issue. Will definitely keep his homes in mind if ever back in the area!

John's place was where we based family for our wedding at a local Vineyard. The place is located well in Somerset with access to many local vineyards. We went into Charlottesville for dinner one night, and if you have a car the distance isn't a problem. The place is super clean and the kitchen is great for making a meals with friends and family. Will be back for weekend getaway some time.

What an incredible stay! The home was spotlessly clean—truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was pristine, which made it feel so welcoming and comfortable. It was also beautifully and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere throughout. The outdoor space was just as impressive—peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the fenced-in hot tub area, which made it easy to unwind while our dogs stayed safe nearby. And the sauna was such a cool and unexpected bonus! The location is secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close to wineries, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We had the most relaxing weekend with family and friends—this place is a true gem. We can’t wait to return!

If you’re considering this Airbnb definitely just book it you won’t regret it! I was going to write a pros and cons list but to be completely honest there isn’t a single con at this bnb This bnb is in a nice location there’s a lot of hidden gems in the area and has a lot of out door activities that you can do solo or with family and friends the house it self is STUNNING the inside was very clean and well equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need the kitchen was well stocked for what ever you’re cooking including baking supplies and some seasonings the living room has so many games it actually feels like you’re in a arcade outside also has everything you could think of as well the hot tub was a perfect addition it was clean and spacious the beds are so comfortable my husband and I felt right at home we had a beautiful stay two nights was not enough and will be returning with family can’t wait to book again by the way the host is responsive and very friendly

We had a fantastic stay here! House was clean, kitchen was well stocked, host was super friendly and of course the pool was a big hit for our kids! For us, this was the perfect combination of secluded location, accessibility to Shenandoah Park, and the kid-friendly extras. Highly recommend!
