We had a great weekend with family! The home was spacious enough to have our own space and accommodated all of us! Great views of the lake and great outdoor seating to enjoy it!

Just a couple steps to the water with a beautiful dock and porch.You’ll see deer almost every morning and night!! Had kayaks and utensils in the house. Great neighbors very peaceful and quiet overall 10/10 experience would recommend again!!

the place was great Dan and Megan were really responsive since I book the property 3 month ahead of my stay, this a relaxing enviroment and greate place to stay with a big family, kids enjoy teh water activities like kayaking and paddle board in the middle of winter (kids ha) my wife and I got to disconect from the world and did ton of BBQ and smors

Everything was perfect! So beautiful and peaceful. I didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend. Very convenient location to town (Hartwell or Anderson) and very close to Wendell’s if you are there for a concert like we were! It was amazing! ❤️

Wonderful stay. It was very quiet. The location was perfect. Condo was clean and comfortable. I asked for a last minute change and Dorian was very gracious with accommodating me. I will stay there again!

Five Stars – A Perfect Lakeside Getaway for the family! Team Vaughn had an amazing stay at Hickory Hideaway at the Lake! The home is cozy, peaceful, and very well maintained—everything you could want for a relaxing retreat. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful, the kids loved the private pool, we spent hours fishing from the dock, and we even took the row boat out for a spin! Ultimately, we thoroughly enjoyed soaking it all in and making wonderful family memories! Ms. Ellen was a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful, providing lots of helpful information that made our stay even better. You can really tell she puts care into every detail. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and scenic escape⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place to stay and close to Clemson! We were able to walk to the downtown area and felt very safe.

it was a cute peaceful place away from what we are use to. lisa was super friendly and amazing.

Jason was very proactive and responsive. Location is removed but still extremely close to all of Seneca’s offerings. Had fun at the pool.

Very clean and decorated nicely. All the connivances of home. Close to everything. Quiet and plenty of parking. Definitely will rent again. Also thank you for the refund of one night when we found out we could get back k in our home. Very accommodating.

This house was perfect for our Father’s Day getaway! We had several adults and kids and we all fit comfortably in the space. We spent our days taking the boat out on secluded spots of Lake Hartwell and loved spending nights out on the beautiful porch watching the sunset over the lake. Mike does a great job of making you feel at home at Barefoot Bay with amenities that really go the extra mile. We loved our time and will definitely be back in the future!

We had a great time staying at Lake Hartwell even though it was winter. The Lillypad Cottage was a very comfortable and quiet retreat.

Cute house with great views! Loved waking up and seeing the lake right outside the windows. It’s tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the town, very peaceful getaway location.

This place was perfect for my husband’s birthday!, we loved that we could bring the dogs and having a fenced in yard was great! The dock and lake access was amazing! We were very comfortable and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this lakeside gem. There is space for everyone to spread out and gather together. Our family cooks/bakes and the kitchen is well-equipped. The host was super helpful and responded quickly to questions our group posed. This is the first time a host has ever read my profile, noticed my sensitivity to scents, and mentioned it in communications. Lovely!

The house was amazing. Very spacious and the view of the lake was gorgeous! It was very peaceful and great for a large group. It was the perfect place for our annual family trip! The hosts were super responsive and flexible when we asked to check out later. I would highly recommend! I have already told my girlfriends about this place and hope to plan a girls' trip back here in the future.

Anna's place was clean, spacious, and practical. Very comfortable beds, and wonderful sheets! Really liked the openness of living and kitchen area. The kayaks were a Big hit, and the view of the lake from the deck was Beautiful!

Beautiful scenery in a nice quiet cove on Lake Hartwell. A short drive to stores near Anderson. The home was clean and had everything we needed and in working order. The beds and seating were extreme comfortable. The porch is wonderful with a lot of room and great views. We really enjoyed the large dock. Can’t think of anything we would change and would love to return. Patrick was very responsive and accommodating.
