Nick went out of his way to communicate when power went out from large thunderstorms. He was very responsive, friendly, and caring.

This locationin the Indianapolis metro area is truly a one-of-a-kind location being on a lake this was a major game changer for us since we were able to meditate and practice yoga down by the water while watching cranes fly over us. The swimming also was extremely refreshing. The property itself is 5 Stars and extremely thought out decoratively!

my boss and I travel alot for work. we come out here once a month to see how our new employees are doing. we stay in hotels mostly and we get burnt out on packing up everyday or every other day. Anita's home was very lovely, felt right at home, and it was very peaceful during our stay. one of the best stays I've had out here. thank you for hosting us traveling girls!

Enjoyed our short weekend stay! Cute small town feel right outside of Indy. Plenty of restaurants and places to get a drink just blocks away. would be about 10 minute walk. Everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. Although, we did not use the kitchen except for coffee. Took advantage of the comfortable outdoor seating on front porch. Would stay here again if in the area. Kind and clear communication from hosts but we didn't need a thing!

Kelli was very easy to communicate. The home was very clean and comfortable. We were able to find every thing easily.

The home is lovely and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. I wish we had more time to enjoy the peaceful back yard. It was beautiful! When I had a question Brenda responded quickly. If you need a place to stay in Pendleton, I highly recommend.

We stayed here for a month and had a wonderful experience! The host was incredibly friendly, responsible, and easy to communicate with. During our stay over Christmas, they even set up a Christmas tree in the room, which added such a festive touch! There were a few heavy snowfalls while we were there, and the host took great care to clear the snow from the front door and the path to the parking area promptly. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!

Would stay here again in a minute. Very "comfy". Lots of niceties. Plenty of K-cups provided. There were snacks and candy too. I ran out of toothpaste and found a brand new little tube in the vanity. WiFi and HVAC work great. Good water pressure in shower. No dishwasher however, but the double sink makes it easy to do by hand.
