This is a beautiful, peaceful place. We loved our stay last year so much that it was our first thought for our getaway this year too! We didn’t want to leave. The house is lovely with so many wonderful things provided including a little bowl of welcome snacks. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck looking at the lake and listening to the sounds of nature.. Great kitchen with lots provided for cooking. We especially loved the fire pit and swim spa. The owner is lovely, helpful and responsive.

WENT FOR A FAMILY CELEBRATION FOR THANKSGIVING WEEKEND. THE HOUSE WAS INCREDIBLY STUNNING, GREAT ENTERTAINMENT AREAS, PLENTY OF SEATING, BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE END OF NOVEMBER, WE STILL WERE ABLE TO USE ALL THE OUTSIDE AMENITIES, THE OUTDOOR BAR, SEATING AREA, FIRE PIT, THE HEAT LAMPS WERE PERFECT & UNEXPECTED. THE OUTDOOR AREA WAS AS AMAZING AS INSIDE. THE HOUSE WAS BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED, WOULD HAVE TO SAY PERFECTION! CANNOT WAIT TO GO STAY AGAIN. THANK YOU TO NATHANIA, YOU'RE COMMUNICATION WITH US WAS QUICK & GREATLY APPRECIATED! LOVED EVERY MINUTE!

Charming apartment with breathtaking view!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

We had an excellent stay at Carol's place very comfortable. love the kitchen greatfor cooking!! plenty of supplies on hand was very helpful. neighborhoods very quiet at night. Carol is also very helpful in Booking us another night in one of her other homes in a pinch.

Muna is an awesome host. She is super responsive and always gives us good advise. We had a long stay and the place is very warm, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent location with everything you need, we had a wonderful stay and family vacation at her place. Thank you once again Muna, we look forward to come back again!

We really appreciate the effort to make this home family friendly. Toys and books are both difficult to travel with, and this place has more kid toys and books than any Airbnb I’ve stayed at previously. It really made traveling with kids a lot easier!

I reached out to Carol after we had been in a horrible Air B&B situation in a near by town.. She accommodated us on the very day we needed to check in. Her place is stunning! And very charming. The views are to die for. We had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend her place. Also, snacks and essentials were left for us and plenty of coffee! I will never forget the beautiful view sitting in the family room overlooking lake.

Windy Top Cottage ~ A Romantic "European" Getaway

The care taken by Ken & Dawn in furnishing & making the space cozy is stellar. The cottage is gorgeously decorated which many personalized touches for comfort. It was dreamy showing up with all the beautiful lamps on, the fire place lit & the bed warmers turned on & toasty. Ken & Dawn truly know how to make someone feel special & cared for. We highly recommend a stay here.

Very Private Country Home, Minutes from Hartford

This home was was the perfect place to call home during our stay. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable with the most amazing back yard and enclosed patio. Great place to enjoy coffee, tea and conversation. The piano was a treat as we had musicians with us. Here for a family reunion with just about everyone born and raised in Manchester before jetting off to different parts of the globe, it provided a central place to visit, relax and connect. The highline trail is a hop skip and a jump away! Beautiful area to explore. Virginia was a fabulous host. You feel love here.

We had an amazing stay here. Such a beautiful home, and so peaceful. It’s very cozy, so we all felt right at home. Spacious, more than enough room for our group of 4. There were games, streaming apps on the tv, plenty to do, though we spent much of the time outside taking in the nature. You can hardly even see the neighboring homes. It’s wonderful. I loved staying here, and absolutely would again. Thank you Angela and Nico!

We loved staying here ! The house is so adorable, easy parking, well maintained and clean. The house has everything you need to cook, hangout, work, and enjoy a few quiet moments. It is also close to some restaurants and a small food mart. When I first got to the house, I ran into a little issue with the smart lock not accepting the code and the Michael was super responsive!!! He made sure to let me in right away from his phone and then we were able to make sure the code worked for the rest of my stay. He also checked in thru my trip to make sure I was finding everything I needed at the house and if I needed any local suggestions, let him know, he’d be happy to help. Great host and a great house! Definitely will be staying here again when I’m in CT.

Nadine’s place is a great location, lots of food options and a great roastery/brewery nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was spotless. We felt at home and it was a great place to use as home base for our adventures!
