Our week-long stay was wonderful. The cottage is super comfortable and just like home, and the location is peaceful and beautiful. Kris was very responsive to any questions we had, but we had complete privacy. We would love to stay there again.

Home is beautifully restored. Included was the history of the house which seemed to be a nice touch to the stay. Wendy was great with communication. The heated bathroom floors were great and price was perfect! Will stay again when visiting the area!

Stephanie is an amazing hostess. I have stayed in 2 of her houses now and they are both top-notch. She is thoughtful and very easy to work with. The house is very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that feels safe, but it is a quick hop to the main roads. The off street parking is easy to access. I always enjoy my stays with Stephanie and would highlyrecommend this house..

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse! The layout was perfect for us, with the game room on the other side of the house offering a fun space to unwind. The large kitchen island and well-equipped butler's pantry made Christmas cookie baking a breeze! We loved starting our mornings by watching the sunrise and relaxing in the hot tub right out front. Evenings were made extra special with quick s'mores around the fire pit. The Christmas tree added a festive touch, making our holiday stay feel extra cozy. The peaceful and scenic surroundings were the icing on the cake. We couldn’t have asked for a more serene and beautiful location. We hope to return and celebrate more holidays here in the future. Our group stayed in both apartments (A & B). Both units have been recently renovated with comfortable furniture, great kitchen, nice linens and mattresses. Unit B has 3 bedrooms, but only 1 bath; 4 of us managed, but it was rather tight. Josie, a great hostess, had to clean bathtub upon our arrival, which she did in minutes after being contacted. Unit A has 3 bedrooms but 2 baths and is much larger. A minor issue was the presence of a few bugs...nothing serious, just a bit annoying. All in all, we enjoyed our 4 nights there and would definitely recommend A and secondly B for staying in Norfolk.

This is the second time our group has stayed at this place-- it is the perfect location with plenty of space to comfortably house everyone. Elizabeth is a caring and responsive host, and we greatly appreciate her hosting us again!! Highly recommend staying here.
