The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were perfect and clean. The location was great as it was so close to the beach. And finally, the host was lovely and accommodating.

Everything was great!! This was my second time and I definitely will be back again!!!

We had an awesome stay! The location was great. The pool/hot tub was just what we needed. The view was phenomenal. All the restaurants near were fun and delicious. The staff though...they were the best! So friendly and nice. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very nice older home a few blocks from the beach and half a block from the main street in Belmar. Tiffany was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating with my reservation for me and a larger group staying in the home.

My stay was great! They responded as quickly as they could when needed. They were so kind to us overall. I loved their place! It was huge, spacious and I felt right at home. I loved the games they had for us too, the Nintendo was so cool!! We did try to use the hot tub, but we didn’t see it. I definitely should have asked where it was but everything else was great! Thank you so much!

Excellent place. Really enjoyed staying at this spotless place with a nice pool, little movie theater, pool table, and other amenities right near our destination: Showboat Casino's new waterpark, which my 5-year old daughter loved. She saw some of a movie in the theater, and enjoyed using her wrist band to call for elevators and get into the room. The elevators are slow but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will be going back. Highly recommend.

Kurt & Beth were fantastic hosts! Easy communication and prompt responses with everything from general questions to suggestions for shopping/things to do around the area. They made sure we felt welcome and prepared for our visit and the place was exactly what we needed.

only spent time at house to sleep overnite but everthing was as described and looked like a really nice cozy place for an extended stay.

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

wow, i feel so lucky to have found kitty’s place down the shore ◡̈ this was my last stop on my cross country road trip and i couldn’t have asked for a better place to show off new jersey. love the vibes inside the home, feels so cozy and exciting at the same time and the location is so close to the beach! would definitely stay again in the future!

We absolutely loved this home! The views are fantastic - it's private and quiet. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Laura, the host from 109 G St., was very welcoming and graciously granted our request to bring our Labrador Retriever. The house is perfect for a dog owner with a fenced in yard. Our dog was clearly very comfortable and happy! The location also felt very safe and has a gorgeous water view of the Bay from upstairs. The house was quite clean and well organized with everything we needed within reach. Laura was kind and accommodating and responded promptly to all questions and concerns. This is a prime family location within walking-distance to the beautiful beach and boardwalk with easy access to stores and restaurants. The house is perfectly nestled in-between the Bay and the huge sandy beach just about a block away in both directions. It is a Gem.

Daisy's place is super spacious and great for big family and friend vacations. Daisy is super accommodating and responsive. I asked if I could bring my dog and she said 'Of course!' She responded fairly and quickly. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. Walk across the street and you are at a bay. Walk opposite direction 3 blocks and you'll be at the beach. Also, CVS is close by. It is a friendly town, and everyone greets each other. About 15 minutes to Atlantic City, super close, and easy to access. Definitely would recommend it!

Mary was a great host. She was very easy to communicate with. She gave clear instructions and check-in was easy. The condo was on the older side, but was perfect for us, my elderly parents, and young children. It was clean and well-stocked with bath towels, sheets, extra pillows, and cooking pans. Location was perfect- entrance right on the boardwalk, and parking under the building. Would definitely visit again!

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!

Just as described and shown in the photos! Our group of four families with young kids stayed at Brian’s place for spring break and we all enjoyed our stay. We really wanted to find a place with a heated swimming pool for our young kids to play in and Brian was incredibly accommodating in opening up the pool for us and making sure it was heated 2 days before our check in date so that the pool was up to temperature upon our arrival. We weren’t so lucky with the weather and the outside temperature was quite chilly, but the water was warm enough and our kids still had an absolute blast. The rest of the home was lovely, just as described. All of us had a very comfortable and fun stay. Brian was also very attentive and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed leading up to and during our stay. Would love to be back in the summer time!

Gayann’s place was great. She was extremely responsive from beginning to end. Everything was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was amazing and the home was beautiful.

Absolutely fantastic once again! Could not ask for a better location. The place is wonderful and the view is perfection. Will come back next year!

The main suggestion is to have a welcome binder or something to help the guest navigate the house. How to start the fireplace? Internet password? What is expected when leaving the house such as cleaning, empty garbage, strip bedding, wash towels, dishes etc.
