This spot is really perfect for a group of 5-6 people - we were 5 plus a dog - it’s an incredible location, with a parking space - garage was a LITTLE tight - best for a compact car (we have an SUV) so that’s the only thing to be aware of. But it’s a luxury to have an always available parking spot ON Commercial street. Kitchen was very well stocked, the view is absolutely incredible - and the space is private and clean and nicely decorated - will book again!

The perfect place to stay during our trip to Hyannis! The cottage was so lovely, felt right at home with everything we could’ve needed during our stay. The little village was so quiet and relaxing with everything that downtown has to offer just minutes away. The hosts were very thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable during our entire stay. We would love to come back for another visit and stay here again!

The photos and description do not do this place justice. From the moment we walked in we felt gently hugged by every detail. Beautifully designed, restful shapes and colors, local art everywhere, wood and glass and stained glass--not too much, just enough visual interest. The fireplace was wonderful--it generates heat and it was well below freezing most of the time we were there! The kitchen is terrific: lots of counter space, great appliances, serviceable spice rack, three kinds of balsamic, a candle to light at the table, standard size washer dryer. Quiet and lovely, watching the tide come and go, wildlife everywhere, quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed and two full-size couches for stretching out. We love the lower cape but it was hard to leave this space--we were so happy just to stay in. Thanks so much for the best AirBNB we've ever enjoyed!

Christen’s apartment was perfect! Plenty of space, very comfortable, and right in the center of town. We would highly recommend!

Lovely, quiet, spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to beaches, good dining, hiking, playground, and centrally located near several downtown areas. Host is so friendly and responsive. Would love to stay here again.

Great stay! Walkable to many shops and restaurants and ferry ports. Host responded very quickly and had everything you could need in the apartment. Would definitely recommend!

You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

I stayed in John and Debby's apartment above their garage, which made me feel like Fonzie. The apartment was very nice and clean and looked even better than the photos. Debby was very accommodating and allowed me to borrow an iron. Their place is also only 1/2 mile away from downtown Duxbury, so it was very convenient. Thank you, John and Debby, for a great stay.

Private and serene is spot on! Adam and Ben are incredible hosts, very responsive to questions/needs, and their rental has everything you need. The rental itself is very cute and spacious, and was very clean upon arrival. We had the best week closing out summer vacation with our kids and pups. Looking forward to returning!

My husband, 2 yo son and I had a wonderful stay at Erin's beautiful home! It was quiet, clean, spacious with wonderful natural light. It was a perfect location in Plymouth, close to great restauraunts, breweries and the ocean! Erin was incredibly helpful - making sure we had everything needed for our toddler, helping adjusting check in/out with his nap time and giving us very helpful suggestions. We look forward to staying here again and would recommend her home to any one coming to Plymouth!

Thaddia’s place was probably the most nicely appointed place we have stayed. Everything you could need was there in very tastefully decorated surroundings. The apartment might not be ideal for someone with mobility issues, but the two flights of stairs were not problematic for us (healthy 62 and 70 year olds). Parking was easy and next to the stairs going up to the apartment. There was a wonderful peaceful covered landing on the second floor. Thaddia was a wonderful host, with vey clear directions including pictures. She turned on the outside lights on our first evening when we came back after dark after dinner in nearby Provincetown.

Gina’s rental was exactly what my friends and I were looking for this weekend for our quick stay. Conveniently located. Immaculately clean. Wonderfully furnished with all you would need for your stay. Gina was so responsive and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for a better host! We are already planning on booking with her again when we return next year. Yes, it’s just that good. I’m even contemplating renting it for a solo trip because I found Gina’s place just perfect for my standards and needs. Do not hesitate to book one of her places for yourself!

Great sized place for our stay and exactly as the listing described. Clean and well organized. Kristen was friendly, helpful, and we felt very comfortable. Outdoor shower is a huge plus! We are looking forward to staying again!

Perfect peaceful stay as always, Mary was very helpful and provided extra care with us as my husband had an ankle injury and on crutches. Mary was kind enough to help with my bags and provide accommodations to make the trip easier for us. Clean and bright studio with easy access to all surrounding beaches and ponds.

We had a lovely stay - the hot tub was a definite highlight! Tara was super responsive and communicative and the space was super cozy. Would definitely book again.

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

Bill was extremely responsive! He made sure the hot tub was ready to go for us, the night before arrived. The house is beautiful with an open floor plan and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of clean linen in the bathrooms. The location was perfect! Conveniently located right on Main St. and walking distance to the waterfront. The view from the rooftop deck was beautiful with the ocean and the clock tower lit up at night. The hot tub easily accommodated 3 couples and was a nice relaxing way to wrap up a day of walking, shopping and eating. We can't wait to book our trip for next year!!

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

This was our 3rd year returning to Kensington Gardens and our 2nd time being hosted by George. This was our best experience due to the updated unit and consistency of the community. Amazing location and amenities :)

Randall’s amazing home feels more like a house than a condo. The living room has vaulted ceilings, there is a large dining room and bedrooms are on opposite ends which is great for privacy. It feels bigger than the pictures. It’s in a gorgeous part of town and is basically less than half a block off commercial and an easy walk to the boat slip for tea. The furnishings are perfect, the view from the top floor overlooking the pool is awesome and the water pressure is spot on. Also, a great price and value. This one is easy to recommend :)

Jenny and Ania were wonderful hosts. We appreciated the proactive communication and check ins making sure all was well. They were very sweet and thoughtful, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. The place was spotless. My husband and I had a short stay but it was such a nice getaway in a beautiful location of the Cape. Even though it was chilly, the view from the balcony was probably my favorite. I am looking forward to staying with Jenny and Ania again and/or checking out their additional listings. Great hosts make these getaways such worthwhile. We thank you Jenny and Ania.
