Place was great! View was absolutely breathtaking, large living space and kitchen and steps to the beach. Host was VERY responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay there again.

This appartement was great for our family. It was very close to the kikar. Nicolas was a great host, very helpful and had great instructions on how to use everything in the apt and how to get in. We were very happy with our stay.

אמנון היה תגובתי מהרגע הראשון, וארגן לנו כניסה מיידית מעכשיו לעכשיו שזה היה ממש חשוב לנו בדירה היה הכל מתוקתק, נקי, מזמין, עד רמה של קפסולות קפה , תבלינים, שמן זית, על הכל היתה מחשבה שיהיה לאורחים נוח ונעים, שירגישו כמו בבית. וכך הרגשנו. תודה רבה אמנון, שמחנו להתארח אצלך. ממליצים בחום על המקום <3

Nava exceeded our expectations. Responded immediately to every request, was proactive in offering clean towels and sheets, and was very understanding and accommodating with a late check out. The apartment was exactly like the pictures and had all the necessities we expected. Check in was easy and location was very convenient… walking distance to all shops, restaurants etc. Street parking was not an issue, always found a spot. I’d come back again without hesitation. Thank you Nava, you’re an A+ host!!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect, right on the seaside esplanade, a couple minutes walk to the beach. The host was very friendly. The parent's bedroom is large and offers privacy. The kid's bedroom is a little small but does the job. There was a comfortable couch that opens up if you need more sleeping options. The sea view is a dream. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and fun vacation.

We had the most amaizing holiday in Talis place! The house is situated in a beautiful quiet area, close to the most stunning beaches. The villa itself is spacious and has everything you need. The pool was the best!! big size in lovely garden. Talis husband was always available for questions at any time of day or night. Thank you Tali and Amos, a summer not to be forgotten!

היינו 4 משפחות ומאוד נהנינו -הוילה מאובזרת באופן מלא. תקשורת: התקשורת עם שרה ואסתר היתה מעולה-מיד ענו לכל שאלה לפני שהגענו ובכל שאלה תוך כדי . מטבח: המטבח כשר, יש מדיח כלים ויש את כל הכלים שצריך בהפרדה בשרי וחלבי , יש מקרר ענקי לכל מה שצריך . ויש שולחן אוכל ענקי נפתח שהספיק לכולנו . חדרי שינה: התפזרנו ב4 חדרי שינה שהתאימו לכל משפחה בדיוק כפי שהופיע באתר, יש מזגן מעולה בכל החדרים . סלון:מרווח וגדול המון מקומות ישיבה בספה כללי: מיזוג אויר מעולה בכל הבית ,יש המון חניה נוחה בכניסה לבית וממש ליד,יש פסנתר ,בובות,מגלשה קטנה, כדור ..וחצר מציוננת לאכול ולשחק . לסיכום !סה"כ תמורה מעולה למחיר. חסר: רשתות נגד יתושים ,היה חסר קצת מקומות איחסון לציוד האישי בחדרי השינה ,אפשר לסדר יותר את הבית

Moshe came and took us on a tour of the villa on our early arrival. He was great and the place looks like an old style villa. We loved it.

This was really the perfect weekend getaway for our family. We were three couples and one single adult and one infant and the homeless spacious and clean and perfectly located right on the beach. It was really comfortable and perfect, everything was great. Make sure you know to park in the correct assigned space, because there is an above ground and a below ground space with the same number. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, attractive high-rise unit in convenient location. It worked well for our family of 5. The unit has all the modern amenities you would want. Very spacious and amazing light-filled kitchen with all windows on two sides. The beach is about a 15-minute walk down a nice path. Good high-end commercial center with lots of food options 1 block away. Amitay was good with communication.

Right on the beach and very nice building with a pool. Host is very responsive and friendly. She put a lot of effort into her directions and answered a lot of questions about the area. Would return!!

הדירה יפה ודי מרווחת, מתאימה למשפחה של 5-6 אנשים. הנוף שנשקף מהחלונות מהמם ביופיו, בדיוק כמו בתמונות. הדירה ממוקמת בבניין ששוכן ממש על קו החוף ולמי שאוהב ים זה יתרון אדיר. אנחנו בילינו כמעט כל יום מספר שעות בחוף המוסדר שנמצא ממש מתחת וזה היה כיף אדיר. כמו כן יש טיילת יפה שמתחילה ממש קרוב לבניין ונחמד לטייל בה. על אף הקרבה לחוף ולטיילת, הדירה מאד שקטה. בדירה מטבח קטן עם כיריים גז ותנור אפייה וניתן לבשל. כמו כן, מול הדירה יש סופר קטן וזה מאד נוח, אם צריך השלמות של מצרכים. עד כאן היה מושלם. החסרון היחיד מבחינתנו היה העובדה שהמזגנים בחדרי השינה לא עבדו כהלכה (אחד לא ממש קירר והשני השפריץ מים), נדרש לתקן. לעומתם המזגן המרכזי בסלון עבד מצוין והשתמשנו בעיקר בו לקירור הבית. לקחת בחשבון שהמארחים אינם זמינים למענה לפניות בשבת, אם צריך משהו כדאי לתפוס אותם לפני כניסת שבת. תודה מוריס ויצחק, נהננו מאד מהחופשה שלנו.

We stayed at Joel's place from July 31 – Sept. 3, 2023. Before we arrived, we had some questions. We contacted the host (Joel) and he responded immediately with all the information we needed. When we arrived the place was very clean. We were 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) and the place accommodated us very comfortably. It had everything you needed. The view from the balcony is amazing. It faces the sea and you get an unobstructed view. We spent many a mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the sea. There were a couple of minor issues when we were there but they were attended to immediately by the hosts and did not cause us any inconvenience. On a couple of occasions, the hosts came around with wine and cake including a very tasty apple pie baked by Joel. The hosts are very nice people who did everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience all around and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

התארחנו משפחה עם 3 ילדים ותינוק , היה דירה מאוד נוחה , גדולה . יש הרבה גני שעשועים באיזור וקרובה לים. שחר קיבל אותנו יפה מאוד והיה תמיד זמין לכל בקשה. ממליץ מאוד

I really appreciate the help and hospitality from Dan, and his father. They helped when it was important, in a responsive way. The accommodation suited me just as I needed it. It is close to the beach and the local transport. I could use the kitchen, and there are several shops. The neighborhood is safe, with the walking paths nearby.
