Had a great stay. Booked 2 of nissim's flats including this one (3 min walking distance from each other) for 2 toddlers and 5 grown ups. The apartments were super clean and comfy. Had everything you would need for your stay. Nissim even provided us with milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine. The compound has play grounds for kids, 2 heated swimming pools close by and open for guests and a small supermarket. The kids had plenty to do during our stay.

The view from the balcony is unreal. We spent hours just sitting outside watching the sunset over the ocean. The location is perfect for beach lovers, and Nikita was such a kind and helpful host, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

A great place in the old north of Tel Aviv walkable anywhere , clean quiet and well maintained. It is my second time stating here while visiting TLV

השהות שלנו בדירה הייתה פשוט מושלמת! הדירה ברמה גבוהה מאוד – נקייה בצורה יוצאת דופן, מרוהטת ומאובזרת עד הפרט האחרון, ניכר שחשבו כאן על כל מה שצריך בשביל להרגיש בבית (ואפילו יותר!). המיקום פשוט מעולה – נוח, מרכזי ושקט בו-זמנית. מכון הכושר, המתחם המשותף והתחושה הכללית - כמו בניו יורק. ולא פחות חשוב – בעל הדירה היה מקסים, זמין, אדיב ודאג שהכול יתנהל על הצד הטוב ביותר. היה לנו ממש קשה לעזוב... ממליצים בחום ונשמח לחזור שוב בעתיד!

אירחנו שלושה אורחים מאירופה לאירוע משפחתי שהתקיים בפורים. בחרנו אתהדירה של קרלוס מתוך מגוון נכסים באיזור קיסריה/זיכרון. לאורחים שלנו היו חשובים מספר פרמטרים כאשר החשובים בהם היו: ניקיון, זמינות ושקט. לגבי הניקיון: הדירה נקייה ומסודרת וממש לא צריך כלום כדי להרגיש שהנכס מושקע. לגבי הזמינות: קרלוס היה שם תמיד לכל שאלה ונתן מענה מהיר כשנדרש. לגבי השקט: האורחים שהגיעו מערים סואנות חזרו לביתם מסוחררים מציוצי ציפורים והשקט במתחם (שהוא סגור ועם שמירה 24/7). תודה רבה!

After many previous trips to Tel Aviv, we have found this place to which we want to return to. The studio is well appointed, comfortable and quiet. The outside patio and garden adds additional space for enjoying the outside. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful. This will be our future home away from home. We were highly satisfied.

מעל ומעבר , קיבלנו יחס מעולה מקירל בכל שעה לכל דבר שביקשנו , נשארנו אחרי הצק אוט, רוחב לב ולבביות , נחזור שוב ונמליץ

I truly couldnt have asked for anything better. Marc's apartment was gorgeous with an amazing living room and deck which we got to enjoy. The location couldn't be more perfect, in the heart of the super cool Neve Tsedek neighborhood, and very close to the beach and shuk, and also to jaffa. The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed. Also super fast wifi, a laundry machine and amazing kitchen. Marc was so thoughtful and accommodating. One of my favorite airbnb's ive stayed at.

חד משמעית חוויית הארביאנבי הכי טובה שהייתה לנו אי פעם! עדי הייתה רגישה לצרכים שלנו ואילו הוסיפה פריטים לצורך שיפור התנאים שלנו והצרכים שלנו. הוילה שלה הייתה פשוט יפיפייה ומעוצבת באופן כל כך מדוייק ונקי. היה פשוט מושלם !

Stayed for 5 nights as a family of 6. Plenty of space inside and out. Kids enjoyed the xbox in the rustic outhouse and the large garden brought nature to our doorstep. Great location for lots of family friendly activities including wonderful beaches and hikes. House was clean and the hosts were very responsive even when abroad.

We had a great time at Simona’s villa. The house really looks like the pictures and the amenities are up to standard. Simona was very responsive and eager to help make our stay as pleasant as possible. I have already recommended her to my friends and family!

We were a party of five - three adults and two teens. Victoria's home was perfect for us! It was well stocked and everything was super clean. The kids loved the foosball table. And the pool was the absolute highlight! We are hoping to return next summer!

וילה מקסימה, ניכר שעוצבה לפרטי פרטים. התחתנו בחדרה ולכן המיקום היה טוב עבורנו, השתמשנו בוילה לצורך התארגנות ושינה לאחר החתונה.

החוויה הייתה מדהימה. ראשית דניאל נתן את כל המידע הרלוונטי ואף מעבר לכך, הציע מעצמו דברים שימושיים עבורנו. הבניין נקי מטופל ושמור, הדירה עצמה מרוהטת בצורה מושלמת, הכל מסודר, הכל היה נעים ומזמין. פשוט לא רצינו לעזוב!! ממליץ בחום!

it was a great vacation , the location and the house are extremely the best we can look for. Everting were perfect! For sure . if we'll come again , once we'll go to vacation in TLV again!!
