This house was a dream! We used it for a Board retreat and to scout locations for a conference in Ann Arbor, and it was walkable to almost everything we needed. Loved the character and charm of this historical home, and all the thoughtful and comfortable design choices the owners have made. The owner was super responsive when we had a smoke detector chirping and sent someone out right away, as well as providing our large group check-in/out flexibility since we were coming from all over. We can't wait to come again and bring some of our children next time, because this house is definitely a well-stocked oasis for young children too!

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway and Annie's Place was perfect! Holly and Kirk were extremely responsive and accommodating with any requests. The place was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable! The private, heated pool was such a treat to have available to us! We were welcomed with a basket of snacks along with a bottle of wine which was a welcoming touch. We purchased tickets for a show at the winery during our stay which was so convenient...the food and wine were so delicious! We will definitely be coming back!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The hot tub was perfect and the location was amazing. We were able to get to a State game and all over very easy. It was also a great house to just hang out and spend time with our friends. We loved the kitchen that had all the things you need. The bed sheets were soft and the couch and living space was very comfy. Thank you for such a great vacation!

We were brought into town for a family visits. We felt right at home. Thank you for the last minute accommodations. The home was lovely and comfortable

We stayed here for a conference we attended at the town over. WIlliam is a great host! While there were a couple of items that we asked William to take care of, he was super responsive and handled it immediately. You will not be disappointed with this property!

Peaceful neighborhood, clean and well-stocked accommodation with great communication. Would stay here again.

This was The Best Christmas Ever! Dominique is A Gem 💎! She had her house COMPLETELY Christmas Decorationed Out! Outside Lights, Inside lights, Holiday Decorations Everywhere, Even a Beautiful Natural Christmas Tree 🎄. All of My Family came to visit and there was enough room to relax and in the kitchen for everybody to help with Tamales!! Dominique, "Thank You "just aren't good enough words . This started a New Tradition for our Family and we are Already Planning Next year. (Do you take reservations a year in advance?😁) This was just The Perfect Vacation/Christmas. So Relaxing and Quiet. Katie's place is just lovely. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen super well equipped. It's a real campus with the house, an apartment and a wonderful summer camp inspired compound in the back with a bunkhouse and a fire pit. It would be a great place for a big family reunion in the summer. I had a lovely visit!

Was in Flint for 9 days. The location was easy access to highways, Miller Rd for restaurants. The house was comfortable, a warm cosy home away from home

Tidy and charming one bedroom. Air mattress for additional guest had us worried but it was the best air mattress I’ve ever seen. Very dog friendly with a fenced yard. Lovely 1.5 mi long loop nature trail just steps away. We had a great time and would go back!

The beds were extremely comfortable. We were doing some work in the local area for the week and this place worked out great. The interior is pretty small and closed in, but it is cozy. The driveway access is perfect. Would definitely use the facility again.

This is a very lovely home, and very well kept. I was visiting my daughter, so she stayed at the house some nights as well and she also loved the house. It was also nice being near the lake. The only thing I’d recommend is a printed check-out instructions/welcome packet type of thing since I had to pull my phone out a lot and click through the Airbnb app to try to find what I was looking for (wifi password, checkout instructions, etc). Otherwise like I said, the house is awesome and I couldn’t recommend it more

We had a wonderful time at the lake in this lovely pink house! We loved being right on the lake, waking up to the fog over the water. It was quiet and peaceful and the surroundings are beautiful - trees everywhere! The house itself is cozy and perfect for a family lake getaway. Plenty of space, comfy furniture, and an amazing sun room in the back with the fabulous view of the lake. About 25 minutes into Ann Arbor, but the drive itself is lovely, especially in summer and fall, and we liked being able to escape from town to our own private space at the end of every day. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a two-night stay in this comfortable home located in charming and quiet Chelsea. For four people, there was plenty of space to relax after our college tours in Ann Arbor and East Lansing. You can find a nice selection of restaurants and shopping within a five to ten minute walk.

The hosts are very friendly and responsive, and the house is wonderful! My husband and I have stayed here two times already, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

We held our Annual EMU friend reunion here so we would have a place to hang out after touring, going to a game, and visiting our old stomping grounds. Chris is a gracious host with a beautiful lake home. Unfortunately, 3 members of our group had medical issues which interfered with their being able to stay, which affected our cost, but we all said it was still worth dividing their portions up and paying the extra. The home is well appointed and stocked with wonderful kitchen amenities. We cooked 3 meals and had a great time in that kitchen. The sleeping spaces were very comfortable and the entire house was nice and clean. Thank you for all you do to make this Airbnb a home away from home!

We stayed here for a family holiday get together - lots of kids and grown ups. Everyone loved the place! It’s quite a big house and the way it’s set up, it never feels crowded even with a large group. Alayne has thought of everything. And it shows in how the place has these nice little touches all around that make your life easier - there’s blankets in every room, kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms are well stocked, every room has a TV! Most importantly, Alayne is an excellent host. She knows what she’s doing - she’s very responsive, answered our questions promptly, helped us with a couple of things through the trip, and had a sweet welcome basket set up for us. Everyone in the group was highly interested in booking this place again for another memorable family get together.

Mike’s place is great for hosting a family get together. It is spacious and well supplied. Mike was especially accommodating when our plans planned with a family urgency and snowy weather.

We had an amazing stay at Kevin’s place! The home was beautiful, clean and perfectly suited for our needs. We were especially grateful to be able to host our wedding dinner there, the atmosphere was warm and inviting making it a truly special experience. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and was incredibly accommodating. Communication was seamless and all the little thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. Thank you again for making our wedding day even more wonderful!

Marian is a great host and very easy to communicate with. Her place was ideal location for me while in town on work assignment. The space is comfortable and kitchen is well appointed. I had everything I needed. Highly recommend!!
