Comfortable, full of character and style. A very comfortable base in a great location - easily walkable to old Hastings and its amenities as well as Hastings and the shopping centre/train station. Great local recommendations and very clear instructions. A perfect base.

What a lovely bolthole by the sea! The space was immaculate and far larger than the photos lead you to believe. We really enjoying our stay.

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

Perfect location right opposite the beach. A few miles from Dungeness, close to Camber and Rye. Plenty of room for kids, teens, adults and dogs! Brilliantly equipped kitchen - pretty much anything you could need. We laughed that there wasn’t a pestle and mortar and then found one! Felt very homely. There was an issue with the shower and Jo responded super quickly and had an emergency plumber out on NYE to fix it. All in all a great place, highly recommended. Thanks Jo for an awesome NY stay. And thanks for super generous welcome hamper.

Our stay at Rachel’s place was absolutely wonderful! From the start, Rachel was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, making everything seamless and stress-free. The home itself is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, but the real magic lies in the living room. This spacious and flexible area offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the sea and beach. The layout is perfect—window-side seating for those who want to soak in the scenery up close, and a comfortable couch set back for a more relaxed experience. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of the living room is breathtaking. Just a 90-second walk away, the beach awaits with its gentle waves rolling over rippling stones, creating a soothing, rhythmic soundtrack. The location is also fantastic—just a short stroll to nearby cafés and amenities, and within easy driving distance of some of the area's most amazing sights. Overall, this was a perfect coastal retreat, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.

Staying at Judes beautiful house has been 5*. The zen like feel of the house is extremely prevalent and calming. Outstanding facilities and the pool is just the most incredible feature. Amazingly comfortable bed and linens. The whole ambience of the place is out of this world. we wish we could have spent a week at this fabulous Airbnb. Thankyou Jude for allowing us to stay at our new favourite place.

We had an amazing time at Claire’s place. The chalet was very cosy and extremely clean. Everything is within walking distance. The host is welcoming and really responsive. The children loved the area and all the activities that are around. We would definitely want to go there again.

We loved this caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed for our family weekend away. The beach is just a few steps away and we enjoyed a walk to the harbour. Even spotted a seal in the sea. The site was very quiet and peaceful and is tucked right away from the main road. Jenny was a very responsive host who answered all our questions immediately. The minute we walked in it felt welcoming and homely, there were great added extras like board games which the kids loved, towels and extra bedding and blankets to curl up on the couch with. This is a prime location not only on site right next to the arcade and shops, but not where you get disturbed with noise, but also amazing location to travel to all the sight seeing opportunities in the local area. Everything was was really easy to get to and ensured we had an amazing time exploring without worrying about extra travel. Both hosts were fantastic with responding and being contactable and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great value for money place to stay in a great location! 2 night stay - couldn’t recommend highly enough. The location is not only beautiful but perfectly placed too. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean & somewhere you’d be proud to call home. The bed is one of the comfiest we have ever slept in & Carla was so helpful with local recommendations. We will 100% be returning.

Definitely one of our favourite Airbnbs we have stayed in. The house was stunning and spotlessly clean. The views were amazing. There are lots of lovely walks from the property. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and listening to the waves was so relaxing. There are plenty of shops and takeaways close by. It was also only a short drive into Brighton or you could walk as our teenagers decided to do one day! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I hope to visit again in the future 😍

We had a wonderful stay at Janet’s place. Great location on the Hythe seafront with amazing views of the sea from the bedroom and living room. The house had everything we needed for our five night stay, with a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and spacious living spaces. The dedicated parking was a bonus.

This property was perfect for our visit to the area. A brilliant public football pitch to play with my kids located just across the road with the beach 2 minutes away through the back gate. This was a last minute booking whilst visiting family but will definitely use again to bring the family in the summer! Thank you for letting us use such a great home.

This was a great place to stay. So close to lovely restaurants, galleries, music venues. The flat is just lovely. Everything you need, and spotlessly clean. We were a bit cold the first late afternoon, but a quick message and were immediately reassured the heating was just coming on and it soon warmed up. the heating in the bedrooms could be manually turned up. Would go back in a heartbeat x

Nice house with a very well equipped kitchen (the best we've had in the Eastbourne area). Also very comfortable beds and loads of space. The layout of the house means that the dining room is one floor above the kitchen (although there is an outdoor dining table right behind the kitchen if the weather is warm and dry enough) which is a bit strange, but we mostly ate out so this wasn't a big issue for us (Thai Marina in Sovereign harbour is highly recommended as is Raipur in Pevensey Bay). If you have the windows open at night there is occasional noise from people walking past - it seems to echo a lot - but again that didn't bother us. The only other issue is that the water pressure isn't great, so despite having 3 showers in the house only one can ever be used at a time. However, the house really was very nice and is now at the top of my list for a return trip to Eastbourne (we go 2 or 3 times a year for my other half to go scuba diving)
