Sandra was quick to respond and really helpful with our check in and suggestions on where to eat The flat is beautifully decorated to such a high standard and had everything we would want and more A real home from home and so much more - thank you

We enjoyed our stay, ideal for our needs, with the location, easy to find parking, shops, restaurants and beach all very close. The place is a good size for families. Recommend this as a place to stay.

great transport links right next to the train station and bus stops. walkable distance from the town n sea front. convient stores near by and resturants 5 mins aways. perfect spot and stay thank you

Debi’s place was lovely, spacious, very clean and comfortable. There were clear instructions left to access the key box, wifi and tv. It was a great location near to the beach, local shops and restaurants and not too far from the train station. Would definitely recommend.

Was a great surprise and thoroughly enjoyed staying in Katie’s place for the short time we were here. Felt like home and all the little extras was greatly appreciated. Perfect for our family of 5. Location in centre of town was great too!

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

Lovely welcome from Agnes when we arrived and a nice chat when we left. Apartment is in a fantastic location in this wonderful town. So much to see and do! The building is beautiful, but being old means that the staircases are narrow and guests should be aware accessibility to the 2nd floor with suitcases is for the able bodied! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was very comfortable to stay there , like stay at my home. The free brunch was very impressive.

I’m incredibly grateful to have found this gem, especially during a time when I had to move out of my previous rental unexpectedly. Sam & Andy were so kind and flexible, offering me a long-term stay that made all the difference. The apartment itself has been perfect - peaceful, comfortable and exactly what I needed to feel settled and take care of myself during a slightly unsettling period. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I look forward to returning soon :) Highly recommended!

Paul was very proactive and friendly and his place was perfect. There’s an artistic vibe to the flat without it being cluttered - some fascinating ‘trinkets’ that must have stories behind them on the shelves! The garden is secure - perfect for my dog, and I loved lying in bed with a cup of tea in the morning listening to the birds. Not far from Hastings country park nature reserve for a good dog walk :)

Lovely bolthole for exploring central St Leonard's. Easy walk to station, sea and shops. Sits right on a grassy park, quiet and friendly for dog walkers. All amenities there for basic meals in the kitchen. Confirm the coffee and tea supplies when you arrive. it felt like what other guests leave is your starting point. There are also more coffee places in town than you could possibly sample in a weekend, so you may not even need your own! Clean home, comfortable sofa for some tele, good bed and pillows.

I don’t know where to start. From the minute I opened the door, the warmth and passion of this place hit me right away. Kat and Gary have literally done everything and more to ensure their guests want for nothing. The first thing that hit us was the cosy warmth of the apartment. It was the best greeting. The beautiful and tasteful atmosphere of the ENTIRE APARTMENT was a welcome treat. It was better than a home away from home. It was a haven of bliss. From The dog bowls, blankets, toys and treats, to the high spec cleanliness of the entire apartment, to the beautiful kitchen with everything anyone would need , to the lovely TV and cosy furniture . Then the bedroom. Wow , what a stylish room with such care to detail. The patio was yet another treat to discover. There were hidden cupboards containing books and dvds and board games. You wouldn’t miss anything in this apartment. I have never stayed at a place so considerate of their guests . I am amazed and truly grateful for the experienc

A fantastic weekend in Hastings at Lorna's place. Accommodation and facilities could not have been better and communication and help from Lorna was spot on. The apartment, the location and access to all that Hastings has to offer could not have been better. We'd love to come back

A fantastic apartment in a great location - beautifully and stylishly decorated, immaculately clean and with everything you could need, and some great mod cons like Bluetooth connection to a speaker system. Fabulous balcony with sea view, very quiet and lovely walks from the door - we walked along the cliffs through Fairlight to Hastings - about 3 hours - and got a taxi back. Warren was really kind and helpful, even arranging for some fizz to be put in the fridge for our arrival (it was my friend’s 60th birthday). Great place - highly recommended.

We stayed in Jon's place for a month and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen was well equipped to cook delicious meals, the living room was spacious with natural sunlight, the bed was super comfortable to sleep on and the hot water was powerful and had a good supply. Jon's place is close to Beachy Head and had trails at his door step. His accomodation is conveniently located with supermarkets and services close by. We hope to return to Jon's place, the next we are on Eastbourne.

We had a lovely stay and couldn't fault anything. The welcome was very friendly and the setting was stunning with the most amazing sea view. Great accommodation and we enjoyed talking to John about his sculpture and the history of the area. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was very comfortable. It was a great base to explore a fascinating part of the English coastline. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend wholeheartedly. We will definitely revisit.

Beautiful stay in Hastings. The apartment was so quaint, with a lovely balcony which is such a sun trap and great for a little morning yoga. Breakfast was such a bonus too. Thank you PollyAnna :)

The photos do not do Debbie’s place justice. A really special, beautiful home full of unique touches and with a breathtaking view. We felt really at home here, and Debbie was super friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to go back !

We had a great, comfortable stay, perfect for 4 people. All the essentials were provided, the flat was in a safe location and well decorated. The host was very responsive and friendly as well.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The only issue I had was the strange noise the shower made, the first time I used it I wondered what was going on, also as the noise calmed the water got cooler and one side if the shower door came off it's runner. It didn't impact my stay and is easily fixed.

No. 83 at St. Leonard’s on sea is a very lovely apartment in the London Rd/Kings Rd area of St. Leonard’s. I recently spent a 2 week stay there and had everything I needed for the stay. It’s a short 2-minute walk to the train station; I took the train daily to visit other towns in the area. Kings Rd has many shops, pubs, and restaurants. Just down the road from the apartment are several bakery’s and grocery stores for all your needs if you decide to eat in the apartment. The Old London pub is only 1 minute walk from the apartment was my favorite place for a daily afternoon pint. Fortes Pizzeria is a great place for Italian food and is a short walk to the corner of Warrior Square Gardens facing the sea. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for either short- or long-term stays. Chris and Sam have provided a great list of places to eat and visit in the area. The check in/out process was very smooth. I highly recommend staying at Chris and Sam's apartment.
