Sue was so warm and friendly and made sure we were comfortable on arrival, explained everything that was needed.

I needed a quiet location where I could have some assistance when needed and to be able to come and go when I needed to. There was always someone there to help if I needed it and my daughter and I felt we could relax when we needed to do that too.

Perfect for my daughter and I on a one night stay for uni pick up. Cosy, clean, comfortable, warm and in beautiful surroundings. Had a drink and some food at The Ram and bought some plants from a cute little stall along the lane. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Penny x

Perfect for a short break with my mum....we both loved the place and the fact that it was so well situated with loads to do within a short drive. Claire was friendly and always very responsive to any questions. All on a level, which was great for my mum. Lovely decor....we liked the art, especially the album covers on the wall. Beautiful to have the sun flooding the whole place when we returned late afternoon...a bit chilly still in the April eve to fully appreciate the beautiful terrace outside, but we did sit out a little and enjoy the garden. Thoughtful touches such as milk and lovely bathroom/shower products. We have already recommended to someone else and may well be back!

We loved the place. We felt like we were at home. The house itself has got that welcoming feeling that when you’re inside you just wanna stay indoor. It was warm and cozy. We loved the scenery outside as well.

It’s not often that you find exactly what your looking for, but this time we were lucky. Vivienne made our stay absolutely amazing, warm, friendly, lovely countryside and above all she cares….. about her guests, the environment and that you just have the most relaxing time. The stable was spotlessly clean, stocked with everything we needed and made us and our dogs very welcome. We would return in a heartbeat, just perfect THANKYOU!

Had a fantastic stay at Robin’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. Robin is a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and made my trip even better. Highly recommend!

Amy’s place is beautiful and comfortable. We came down with our dog and our one year old and the house had absolutely everything we needed, Cot, high chair, dog bowls etc. it really made our weekend away very easy and relaxing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

James was a fantastic host, greeted us on the first day and left us to it. Super friendly and made us feel right at home. The place itself is beautiful and comfortable with lovely surroundings. Definitely recommend for a short getaway!

We had a lovely weekend at Bev’s place. There’s a footpath right across the road and we had a lovely walk through neighbouring farms and fruit orchards. Bev and team were very accommodating particularly as we booked at very short notice! We had a really relaxing time. Thank you :)

Great place to stay for a little peaceful getaway with lots of greenery, peaceful surroundings, and the place itself was really nice with everything you’d need. The hosts are really nice and friendly, and equally give you your privacy. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had such a great stay at The Annex. The photos on here do not really give it justice. It is such a beautiful, well thought out space with everything that you might need. I particularly liked the touches of nice hand soaps, shampoo etc. It was spotlessly clean and felt like a home from home right away. The location of the house is peaceful and private. Lewes is a lovely town with some great cafes, shops and parks. We would definitely stay again if returning to the area.

Claire was really helpful and responsive throughout, the Potting Shed was really easy to find following her instructions. The accomodation was clean and cosy, with Claire kind enough to leave tea, prosecco and a couple of packs of biscuits to make our welcome even nicer! The weather was great so we sat outside by the fire all evening with wood that had been provided, the whole place was perfect - we will be back in the summer!

We have just returned from another fabulous stay at Debbie's place in rural Kent, this is our second visit in the past six months. The accommodation was once again outstanding and is still the best AIRBNB that we have stayed in. The place was spotlessly clean and really well equipped, with a real feeling of luxury in both the furniture and decorations. The location is brilliant, very peaceful with beautiful surroundings, the garden area is huge, which added to the sense of space, tranquillity and privacy. Once again, the welcome pack, including bread, milk, jam, home-made lemon curd, cereal, water, biscuits, was really appreciated and also extremely useful after our long drive from Yorkshire. Debbie and Lou are perfect hosts and they seemed to have thought of everything, for us to enjoy a perfect stay, the recommendations for local places to visit and eat were great. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This is a lovely little place to stay if you wanna get away from the hustle and bustle but still be close to Hastings town centre and the beach. Really peaceful and spacious. I spent 5 days here whilst working remotely and really enjoyed it. Lots of lovely coffee shops, restaurants etc all within a 10 min walk - just be mindful the walk back is uphill! Mae was responsive and the place had everything I needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Avril’s place is homely, true to its description and offers a serene and relaxing getaway (it definitely did for us who have to deal with the chaotic city life). Loved the decor and the personal touches. Woke up to the sound of birds chirping away and the view from the living room is soothing. Avril is a lovely host, very proactive and polite.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful home set in a stunning location! Neil and Jenny went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even kindly providing us with additional cooking equipment when needed. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had an amazing stay at Sonia and Steve’s beautiful barn. Set in a peaceful location, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The barn was spotless, and we were welcomed with lovely touches like fresh bread, butter, milk, and marmalade, along with coffee and tea. Sonia and Steve were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We visited with our dogs and loved that we could go on stunning walks right from the barn, no need to drive anywhere. Evenings were spent playing games while listening to the fire crackling in the wood-burning stove, which made for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We also took a trip to Smarden and stopped by the local shop, where we found everything we needed, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway.

Zara is an amazing host, who I couldn’t recommend more highly. The property was really tidy and very comfortable - if you’re looking for a place in the Rolvenden area, this is the place to stay

Het was een heerlijk verblijf bij Emma, met een fijne ontvangst in een prachtig huis. Ook onze hond Binky werd met open armen ontvangen. Emma stond altijd klaar om alle mogelijke vragen te beantwoorden. We komen zeker terug als we nog eens in de buurt zijn.

The Pump House Annexe cottage is the perfect place to stay to get away from everything. The location is nicely quiet and secluded, the views are fabulous, and the cottage itself is wonderful. The nearby towns are easily accessed by car. Tina was the perfect host and had thought of everything you might need for a beautifully relaxing stay. The cream tea was a lovely way to welcome us, along with the other essentials provided by Tina. I cannot recommend the Pump House highly enough. We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you so much, Tina 🙏🏻🙂

What an ideal weekend for a lovely get away! I treated my partner and our kids to this for Mother’s Day and it was such a treat. The surrounding is beautiful. We woke up to deer walking across the surroundings and lovely peaceful noises around us. Anna and her partner were great and communicated very well… they made us feel very much at ease! I’d recommend this for families… our little one was blown away at the selection of toys in the lounge and bedroom! He was a very happy little chappy!!

What a beautiful retreat from the world! Shawn was a perfect host from start to finish and we couldn’t have enjoyed our time here more. The place is stunning and Shawn was both on hand to help but also incredibly respectful of our privacy, and helpful in organising canoeing for my boys despite it being out of season. The cheeky bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch for a tired mum after the drive down from London. A wonderful stay thank you
