We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and we would have no hesitation in coming back again.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Spring farm. The house is really well-suited for a multi-generational family holiday. It's comfortable, spacious, very well-equipped and has an indoor swimming pool and a snooker table. The beds were really comfortable with lovely bed linen and it was great to have plenty of bathrooms for a large group. It is set in peaceful and lovely countryside. There is a pub in the village of Waldron within easy walking distance and another, the Blackboys, within a short drive that served a great Sunday lunch and looked after us very well. The house is in an area with plenty of great places to visit: we had fun at High Rocks (near Tunbridge Wells) and Bodiam Castle. Sophie always responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and we would very happily stay again.

What a beautiful home!! The house is spacious, very clean and delightfully well equipped. The thought and care down to the little details makes this a unique and very special place stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be looking to come back again next year! Thank you very much!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

If you’re a creature of comfort, and enjoy relaxing in peaceful surroundings, then this is the perfect place. Set far from the main road on a farm, we felt in an oasis of serenity. The cottage was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were ready for us and easily accessible, there were fresh hens eggs and marmalade left for us by Jane, and a small jar of fish food for the wildlife in the adjacent stream. The bathroom was stocked with essentials and towels, and the bed was extremely comfortable with weighted blankets. The large bedroom windows let in a huge amount of light as well as providing a lovely view. As well as the plethora of board games and jigsaws in the cottage, the games room out front had a ping-pong / pool table and other activities. Jane was very helpful and checked we had everything that we needed, we were made to feel well taken care of. With plenty of things to do and nature around us in every direction, we’ll definitely be repeat visitors.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

A lovely, clean, peaceful getaway for our young family – had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen for proper home-cooked meals, comfy lounges for both adults and kids, and a PlayStation with PSVR and loads of games (even tempted the grown-ups!). But the highlight was the pool – the photos do not do it justice, with floats, toys, and a deep end up to 2m. Private access connected to the house meant early morning or even midnight swims! Super thoughtful setup for families – travel cot, change mat, stair gates, and safety locks where needed. Communication was excellent, with fast replies and helpful updates like roadworks info. Best of all, our eldest finally learnt to swim here – something we’ve not managed to do back home. Would definitely return if they'll have us. One of our best Airbnb stays yet – thank you!

A great weekend away, lots of recommendations provided which were extremely helpful. Everything was clean and as described and overall a lovely stay in a very peaceful location. Would definitely recommend! Only worth noting a microwave is not provided which is no problem just something to consider if planning to cook.

Just like the photos, Sandra’s house is clean, modern and has everything you need. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to the supermarket, shops and restaurants. Sandra is very quick to respond and very friendly. I’ve already booked to come back next week and I’ll be sure to make it my regular stay every time I return to Eastbourne

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Tracy and Mark’s place in St Leonards on Sea is absolutely lovely. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable – we all felt right at home straight away. The garden is a real bonus too – a sunny spot perfect for eating or relaxing with a cup of tea or glass of wine. There were loads of interesting books and board games, if only we'd had more time! Our hosts were very kind, helpful and responsive. St Leonards itself is a great spot for a short break. It’s right on the sea, with a really creative and laid-back vibe. There are loads of great places to eat and drink, and plenty of art and interesting shops to explore. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again, Tracy and Mark!

We had a fabulous stay at Barefoot. The house was terrific - great set up inside, extremely clean and comfortable and with all we needed (and more) for a perfect few days at the beach. The location is amazing - literally right on the beach, nestled amongst beautiful dunes which the kids adored. And being able to step right onto the sand was glorious. Mark was extremely helpful with all we needed and also local recommendations - communication always v quick and easy. Thoroughly recommend staying at Barefoot! We are sure to be back!

A good position near to shops and restaurants etc. Very quiet area although lots of houses close by. Access ok although on tiny side road. Rooms were large and well furnished. A lot of stairs although they are quite easy but this is not a good place for people with substantial mobility issues. One of our party has a very arthritic hip and coped ok provided she used her visits upstairs wisely! A caretaker appeared and dealt with some minor issues well.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect to celebrate a friends 30th. The kitchen was perfect for the private chef we hired

I cannot rate this stay highly enough. The house was gorgeous, exactly as advertised. It had a very warm and relaxed feeling, with a brilliant layout and created a sense of adventure in discovering all the rooms. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, cheerfully helping us if there was any need. I would very much like to return! Thankyou again

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

We had a fantastic weekend away! The place exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos. Spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable, it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The surroundings were breathtaking, with stunning views and incredible wildlife—we even spotted baby deer and foxes running through the fields, which made the experience even more special. Our host was excellent—very responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, it was reasonably priced. We couldn’t have asked for more!

We loved our stay at Roni’s Oast House. We were made to feel welcome and had everything we needed in the house. When a taxi let us down, Martin came to the rescue. Roni even left us some party supplies. Couldn’t have asked for anything better, thank you for having us.

Amazing home, would definitely stay again. clean tidy and perfect. 30 second walk to the nearest sand dune, or 2 minute walk to the main car park/straight onto the beach. local bars/pubs and shops. very near Rye town. Highly recommended

Isabella is really friendly and helpful. Her place is absolutely stunning and very peaceful. She was so kind I decided to extend! I had everything I needed and she was always on hand to help if ever I needed information. The little touches my son really appreciated like the toy figures left and the tent in the sitting room Also the tales and music was great too! A very easy place to find and looks exactly like the photos if not even better. Thank you 😊
