This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

Steven hat auf Fragen sofort geantwortet was sehr hilfreich war. Dass er uns persönlich den Schlüssel übergeben hat war besonders nett. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und absolut empfehlenswert. Lediglich das Treppenhaus sollte überarbeitet werden. Empfehlung: Pizzeria Flotes neben der Wohnung.

Our stay was perfect. We slept so well as the bed was so very comfortable and big. Although we didn’t meet our hosts they were at hand to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Very kind and thoughtful hosts with everything you would ever need for your stay supplied. We will definitely book again! Thank you both

OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING SO CLEAN YOU WELCOMED WITH A REALLY NICE SMILE OF AIR FRAGRANCE THE WHOLE PLACE WAS SPOTLESS EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED FROM POTS AND PANS AIR toaster TEA AND COFFEE WAS PROVIDED AND VERY WARM AND COZY THE BED WAS COMFY WE ARRIVED LATE AT NIGHT AND JULIE LEFT THE OUT SIDE LIGHTS ON SO WE COULD FIND IT EASY IN THE DARK the beach was just on the other side of the road so great for the dogs. Julie was very responsive to her messages would not hesitate to stay here again gorgeous place and extremely good host.

Our stay at this house Hastings was pleasant.The host was friendly and gave us all the info we needed and the location was great for exploring the old town and nearby attractions.Overall nice spot and I really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place 😊

The flat was perfect for our family visit! We used to live in Uckfield and moved 15 years ago. This location was literally within walking distance of our family and friends, as well as loads of restaurants! The flat is beautiful and full of natural light! We traveled with our two teenage boys and this worked perfectly as they each had their own rooms so that they could take time to chill. The hosts have truly thought of everything here... not only is there a full kitchen, but they supply dishes, glasses, mugs and cooking materials! We wanted for nothing during the stay! There were even multiple games available, as well as a list of recommendations for the area! We will happily recommend to all of our friends and will most certainly be back!!

We had a lovely 2 night break at John's seaside flat. The flat is small but perfectly formed with everything we needed and lots of thoughtful touches eg blankets and bowls for the dog, seat pads for the beach seating. The flat is really beautifully finished and very comfortable with a very nice enclosed private garden. We were lucky to see a spitfire flying overhead both days and had great walks along the beach and to pevensey castle. Lots of beautiful coastal and downs walks are close by. It is a half hour walk roughly into the village for restaurants and pubs. John was very friendly and helpful with info on the flat and the local area. Its a very peaceful location and we had a very nice relaxing stay. Many thanks John for making us very welcome.

Unfortunately a bird had got into the house when we arrived! Not the hosts’ fault at all and Geoff and Suzie were extremely quick and helpful at sorting the whole thing out. This was the second time we went to Geoff’s place and would certainly still visit again.

Second time staying at Sam and Nicks. Very happy. We had a problem with the front door on contacting them we had a really quick response, they attended the property and problem fixed promptly. Communication and everything about the trip has been excellent.

A lovely spacious space to enjoy a peaceful weekend with friends/family. Everything was really clean and Barry was extremely helpful. He allowed us for an early check in and late checkout. In a walking distance from bus stops and main road. Loved our stay here and definitely plan to be back!

We had a very comfortable stay at April cottage. All three bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The rooms were warm upstairs which is great for winter. A little fresher downstairs but we weren't uncomfortable. The sofa is amazingly comfortable. We only stayed a night but we commented we would have been very comfortable if we had stayed for longer. The kitchen has everything you could wish for ! Stylish decor throughout Walkable to the beach

What a fabulous place. Just disappointed we were only there for one night. Sandra was quick to respond and really helpful with our check in and suggestions on where to eat The flat is beautifully decorated to such a high standard and had everything we would want and more A real home from home and so much more - thank you

Dans place was easy to access and within a 10 minute walk of the beach and New Town. We found a lovely Italian La Cucini within 5 mins walk away well worth booking. The Old Town was around a 20 mins walk away always worth a visit. Dans place was very clean and tidy with lots of nice touches food in the freezer, milk, tea etc which we were welcome to use. What was most impressive was Dans availability when we had an issue. We were in Hastings to run a half marathon that was cancelled and Dan was not only on hand to help us with regard to alternative arrangements but extremely flexible regarding our stay. His instant responses to my text messages was well above anything I have yet to experience and I couldn’t recommend him more. It was a weekend of adventure and we will be back. Thanks Dan

The Bothy is a nice spacious flat. Everything one needs for self-catering is there. It is clean and comfortable. The garden is a sun trap for morning breakfasts. It would be lovely in to come back in the summer!

I’m incredibly grateful to have found this gem, especially during a time when I had to move out of my previous rental unexpectedly. Sam & Andy were so kind and flexible, offering me a long-term stay that made all the difference. The apartment itself has been perfect - peaceful, comfortable and exactly what I needed to feel settled and take care of myself during a slightly unsettling period. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I look forward to returning soon :) Highly recommended!

The outside of the building was not enticing however inside the apartment was immaculate and beautifully maintained, making for really comfortable stay. The apartment was really well equipped so you don't need to bring anything else. The highlight was the stunning views over the seas from the picture window and the location was perfect for easy access to the beach and Old Hasting.

Fantastic night away, we was great by Alison who was extremely kind. Waiting for us was bottle of wine and immaculate accommodation. Our daughter was fascinated by the robot lawn mower who she proudly named Barry, only later to be told its real name was Borris. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay within the area.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location right on the beach with lots of great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The apartment itself was so clean and the way the space has been used is fantastic also lots of lovely touches to make you feel welcome including toys and a blanket for the dog. Would definitely recommend

We loved our long weekend at this very well equipped apartment on the top floor of a recently converted building right by the beach at Pett Level. It has a fantastic view of the sea from both inside and outside on the terrace. Comfortable arm chairs allow you to just watch the sea all day or sit/sunbathe on the terrace. Everything inside is new and it is tastefully decorated. Comfy beds. Amazing moon and stars at night and country walks from just across the road. There is a small cafe between the house and the sea which sells tasty treats. And a tiny church right next door. Warren was very helpful. Would recommend.
