The perfect apartment for a few days in Hastings/St Leonards. Wonderful sea view and minutes from all the main amenities of St Leonards (shops, bars, restaurants). Great value and ideal location.

Comfortable, full of character and style. A very comfortable base in a great location - easily walkable to old Hastings and its amenities as well as Hastings and the shopping centre/train station. Great local recommendations and very clear instructions. A perfect base.

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

Perfect location right opposite the beach. A few miles from Dungeness, close to Camber and Rye. Plenty of room for kids, teens, adults and dogs! Brilliantly equipped kitchen - pretty much anything you could need. We laughed that there wasn’t a pestle and mortar and then found one! Felt very homely. There was an issue with the shower and Jo responded super quickly and had an emergency plumber out on NYE to fix it. All in all a great place, highly recommended. Thanks Jo for an awesome NY stay. And thanks for super generous welcome hamper.

Cosy warm cottage to stay in. Super comfy beds furnished with historic touches. Cook in the kitchen OR Best pub food around the corner & a walk away from every cuisine you could want including 1st class coffee. We felt very welcome & loved our week at Tom Thumbs Cottage. Thank you Abraham & Joseph for your kindness leading up to our holiday and during our stay. Thanks also for all the wonderful information you provided to us. Do yourself a favour & don’t miss the award winning gelato around the corner from the cottage, excellent!

We had a brilliant stay in Jillian’s caravan. The caravan itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Jillian and Geoff were also extremely generous, giving us lots of lovely fresh fruit and drinks for our stay. The caravan site was great and there was lots to do in the local area. We will definitely return!

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

We had an amazing time at Claire’s place. The chalet was very cosy and extremely clean. Everything is within walking distance. The host is welcoming and really responsive. The children loved the area and all the activities that are around. We would definitely want to go there again.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

We had a lovely relaxing stay in the apartment which was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. There are great views across the rooftops and out to sea and all of the wonderful things that Hastings Old Town has to offer are on the doorstep.

the accommodation is amazing - the home is built to a high standard around the disused railway carriage and right on top of the shingle beach, with spectacular views over to the sea. Very very comfortable, clean and there was everything we needed. Beds very very comfortable. The home is really beautiful and so cleverly designed.

An excellent find. Beautiful house that exactly matches the description. Shellie was great at communicating and answering any questions. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Easy access to Brighton and surrounding areas giving lots of options for things to do. Wish we’d stayed longer.

Our hostess Jo was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The view of the sea was incredible, and the house was clean and very charming with it’s different levels and details. There was also a great selection of movies and books, and the TV was perfect for relaxing. The only thing to note is that the stairs are quite steep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend staying at The Dunes Lodge. The house was beautiful, lovely decor, and great views overlooking the dunes and easy access to the beach. The house was well equipped we particularly loved the pool table! We were super lucky with the weather and were able to make use of the stunning garden and balcony! Whenever we had a query, responses and communication were always prompt and timely. Hosts were even kind enough to let us check out later on our final day. 100% recommend! Thank you ☺️

We needed to book very last minute due to unforeseen cancellation of another property on the afternoon of arrival. We had a quick response and an effortless check in at short notice. The house is lovely and we were at home immediately. Great location and felt very friendly and safe there. Beds also VERY comfortable. Will return again!

2 night stay - couldn’t recommend highly enough. The location is not only beautiful but perfectly placed too. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean & somewhere you’d be proud to call home. The bed is one of the comfiest we have ever slept in & Carla was so helpful with local recommendations. We will 100% be returning.
