Every thing was great .Exactly what we expected we stayed 10 days and the location was perfect. Pub serves great food corner store next corner. Bed warm and mattress great . Close to everything restaurants pubs beach David and Toni Australia 🇦🇺

A great retreat on the edge of the town centre. Wonderful location close to many independent shops and restaurants/cafes. You don't get many better hosts than Jane, either - welcoming, warm, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We were spending a couple of family days for the annual bonfire celebrations and Jane made the whole event that much better with her local knowledge and help. This home has a rustic traditional 'cottage' feel with a balcony and seating where you can sit and chill. I think you'll like it. We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Such a peaceful and magical place, one of my favourite places to have stayed in ever and the hosts and accommodation were great.

This was a return visit to this lovely house. The house is bright, clean, well equipped, and not cluttered at all. The kitchen is bright and has everything you'd need. Old Town is a lovely area of Eastbourne. We are a family of four, the bedroom set up is perfect for us. There are nice playgrounds in Gildredge Park and the nearby recreation ground (i forget the name). Recommended :)

Jeannie’s rental was an excellent choice! The place was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed. Jeannie was very accommodating, even lending us a vacuum and clothes iron when needed. The other people staying at the accommodation were friendly and helpful, especially Barry, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and groceries like Sainsbury’s and Londis, plus a quick bus ride to the town center. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche! Jon hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit! Danke nochmal! Ein Parkplatz war meistens direkt vorm Haus frei bzw. in der Straße. Zu Fuß kommt man gut an den Strand und auch die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Zimmeraufteilung! Waschmaschine vorhanden! Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

We had a really lovely weekend at Stephanie’s place - it was perfect for a wholesome, relaxing weekend on the coast. Stephanie was an amazing host, so responsive and accommodating. She even gave us a later check out time so we could enjoy the lovely weather!

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

This house had everything to ensure a comfortable stay with an extremely well equipped kitchen, all the essentials provided and a very generous welcome pack. Our teenage grandson loved the TV room and we loved the location , just minutes from the old town shops. The garage was a bonus which thankfully (just!) accommodated our Golf car. Communication with Gilly and Rachel was excellent, check in / out was easy and flexible. If only all Airbnbs could be like this -highly recommended!

Joanne's pretty cottage is comfortable and inviting, being well fitted out and cosy. It's in easy reach of pubs, restaurants and shops, and public transport to/from Brighton is easy. In addition to the amenities listed, there is the added convenience of a downstairs lavatory. Joanne was very helpful, responding promptly to all my enquiries. All in all, an excellent host for a great stay.

Notre séjour était incroyable - un vrai paradis pour les enfants, une maison soignée agréable comme à la maison, j'ai même pu profité des livres de cuisine vegan ! nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable, nous espérons revenir !

Fantastic stay, Bill and Emma are fantastic hosts. Easy communication and very helpful. Beautiful house, very clean and everything we needed. Clean fresh towels and bedding. Tolieties in both bathrooms. Location is just want we wanted, short walk to the pantiles shops and restaurants / coffee shops plus also exploring Kent. Lovely little touches such the movie treat box made it extra special. Highly recommended

very central, appr 5-10 mins from town centre. On the edge of a slightly busy road. An extra draught excluder would have been helpful but other than that, no major issues.

Hastings a plusieurs facettes et la maison de Tom et Liv est le lieu idéal pour les découvrir. La maison est chaleureuse, bien décorée, spacieuse, on s y sent bien. La terrasse en escalier est agréable pour prendre un verre et en face il y a un merveilleux parc pour jouer ou courir. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Tom et Liv mais ils avaient tout parfaitement préparé pour que l'on soit bien accueilli. Merci à toute la famille et aux chats qui ont contribué à la réussite de ces vacances.

A perfect place to stay in the centre of town. Amazing hosts with great communication. Place was easy to find and truly spotless. Would highly recommend.

We had a great few days at Dales place, we were a large group of friends coming together with a small children and it was ideal, the kitchen diner is the kind of kitchen you dream of for your own home. The place is pristine with beautiful furnishings in every room. The bedrooms are all large and very comfortable. Location is great if you’re visiting St Leonard’s or Hastings and want to be just outside the mix. Dale was great and very attentive. Couldn’t recommend more.

Ricky and Tina made me very welcome from the onset. They went above and beyond as AirBnB hosts even though I was only staying there overnight . The bedroom was clean, cozy and bed very comfortable. They recommended and took me to the local friendly pub. Ricky even offered to pick up a friend who was staying a distance away in Kingston village to the railway station the next day. Well recommended and if I need to go to Lewes again they would be my 1st choice 😎

Accommodation was clean, spacious and matched the description. Communication was excellent throughout with clear instructions on how to get there and how to get into the property. There was space for both cars and being in the outskirts of town, by the harbourside meant it was very peaceful. Lovely for a family break

Really super ,stylish and comfortable house. Thank you so much for a super stay, we really enjoyed being so close to the beautiful bustling Pantiles, which were really sparkling with Christmas lights, but lovely and quiet in Cumberland Mews. We were very grateful for the parking space just outside. Natalie was really helpful and responsive which was so helpful. Thank you so much. We managed to cook Christmas Dinnervery easily.

Just the most wonderfully eclectic and bonkers house, like an incredible National Trust period property but with a coziness and a collection of wonderful art and items from around the world. Every single corner had something new to see. And while we could never have used two kitchens and three living rooms, how insanely great and well-equipped a house. One of the next places we’ve ever stayed and 100% will be back. Perfect 42nd birthday and hen do spot.
