We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house! The host was fantastic very responsive and understanding, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The house itself was warm, comfortable, and felt like home. Our family absolutely loved it! It was kept to a high standard, spotless, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for such a great stay

This house is wonderful. We have stayed in many places in Rye and this is one of the best. Its location is perfect very close to the centre of Rye with all the restaurants on your doorstep. The house itself is great, beds are really comfy, the showers / bathrooms lovely with loads of hot water and the whole house has a very homely feel. It is also directly opposite a playground and park which is perfect for the kids. The hosts also left us a basket of treats when we arrived. Very kind indeed. We had a great stay! Thanks for having us!

Wow!! Myself, my husband, 9 year old son and 2 miniature dachunds have just arrived home from staying 3 nights in this amazing luxury lodge, it is very spacious, very clean, a lot bigger than the pics look, it feels quite private being on the end directly opposite the lake, and honestly really is the best spot on the park! Very peaceful and relaxing watching people fish, the ducks and the view was just beautiful. The owners are also lovely and very good at communicating! The price was more than reasonable and we will defo be back! Thank you!!!

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. We had a great time at this unique place and loved being surrounded by nature and wildlife. The accomodation itself was cosy and had everything we needed and we loved being able to dip in the lake and use the hot tub. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for the hospitality and wine!

Old Smock Windmill is a wonderful place to stay. The windmill has been beautifully and tastefully restored, maintaining character and charm whilst having everything needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is private and peaceful and has wonderful views across the countryside and stunning sunsets you can watch from indoors or out on the staging. Clare was very helpful checking in with us before we arrived and providing us with a lovely welcome basket or freshly baked bread, eggs, milk, butter and apples. We loved it and would definitely visit again! Thank you :-)

Loveley spotlessly clean house within walking distant to many great resturants shops and local attractions that Hastings/StLeonards has to offer. John was a good communicator and we felt right at home in his lovely cottage.

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

We’ve had a super, sunny stay at Ice Cream Cottage. It’s a charming, welcoming space, with everything we needed for a weekend by the sea. Lots of thought has gone into making guests staying at the cottage feel comfortable. The location was perfect to explore Seaford and enjoy how close the cottage is to the sea. Laura was so helpful with local recommendations, and quick to respond. We hope to be back soon!
