Donna provides an excellent accommodation service. The unit was pristine clean and super well equipped. It is a real home away from home. Donna was v responsive to my last minute booking and later extension of stay. The little extras made all the difference. Donna is a considerate and generous host.

Cass’s place was perfect for us and we were extremely happy and comfortable with the amount of space we had! The bed was lovely and comfy too. Highly recommend staying here right across the road from one of the best beaches in Australia!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, offering great recommendations for local spots and checking in to make sure all was well. The property itself was stunning! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I could have asked for. The space was both cosy and stylish, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a fantastic host and a lovely property. Will definitely return!

This place is so well equipped you basically walk in with a bag of clothes and start making memories. The location right on the water couldn’t be better but with the added kayak and SUPs for use it really topped off a perfect holiday for us. Waking up to the view from the balcony each morning was heaven. Just short walk to town (or a paddle down the inlet depending on the tide). Thanks so much for having us. We hope to come back one day. It wasn’t long enough!

Alan's place is absolutely delightful. The location is serene, and only 150metres from a beach that is excellent for furry friend exercising. The unit itself is beautiful and modern, delightfully decorated, with a fantastic vege garden out the back. Helen leaves treats and snacks that are absolutely irresistable. But Alan and Helen are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended

Lovely villa in beautiful, tropical and quiet surrounds. Close to the pool and beach access. Villa was equiped with everything I needed and more. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

Excellent communication from owners . Cute and cosy and clean. Quality fittings, fixtures and manchester. No cooking facilities but microwave oven and plenty of cutlery and assorted drinkware. Plenty of powerpoints and some with USB outlets. No Netflix but wifi available. A shame building site up the road has put up wire fencing around backyard, but still a nice outlook and lovely birds around including a beautiful black cockatoo. Lovely table/chair setting area and huge swimming pool in lovely garden setting. Handy to all shops via a short drive and the gorgeous beaches . Old Trial Bay Gaol just up the road. Dallas and Jackie happy to help in any way without being intrusive. Definitely a quiet peaceful stay for a couple or single person and i would certainly return.

Whilst we only visited for a long weekend, the unit and location had all you need for a longer term stay. The onsite pool and beach access was great, plus we enjoyed that Sapphire Beach was only a short drive away. Such a gem of a spot was only made better by the thoughtful hosts. You were responsive and friendly, gave great instructions, and seem like lovely people. Thanks for having us in your home.

We had a great weekend stay at Flynns Beach. Vicki's apartment was perfect. The surroundings are tropical and relaxing. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Close by is a nice local pub should you feel like an easy meal.

The villa was exactly what we needed for a peaceful and quiet weekend away. It was spacious, modern and clean. Brett & Jess were very helpful and even offered us a late checkout which was really appreciated. Recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Lat 31 Guest House. It is a beautiful home with comfortable furniture. All the appliances are high end. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your meals. The view of the ocean is a dream. You can walk to the endless beach in 2 minutes. There is a wonderful lap pool with a waterfall wall, it like a fountain. Anne and Rob are kind and generous in their quick responses to our needs. The home is tastefully decorated with little clutter. There are endless coastal hikes, rainforests, national parks and fabulous beaches close by. Also excellent food shops a short drive away. We would be happy to stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed—it was so well-stocked, we felt right at home. The location was unbeatable, with breathtaking beachfront views that made every morning and evening extra special. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Communication was fast and easy, and the host was so friendly and helpful throughout. I can not describe how lovely this place and the hosts are! amazing house with amazing views. Anissa and Andrew were a joy to deal with. very accommodating to our requests. We will absolutely be back! this is our new getaway destination! Bonny Hills is a charming little town but with Port only 20kms away has access to all the shops you need, can't recommend enough!

Place was great, had everything we needed for a family holiday. Very special sitting on that deck watching the waves roll in. Quick access down to the beach for a surf or a fish. Thanks again.

Our family of four adults had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house was fresh, clean, and tidy, with comfy beds that made us feel right at home. All the necessary facilities were available, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What stood out the most was the peaceful and quiet location. We loved waking up early to catch the sunrise, taking long walks on the beach, and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Dining on the deck with the refreshing seabreeze was a highlight of our evenings. We’d definitely love to return and make more memories here!

We just finished a 4 night stay at this place and it was lovely. There is a simplicity to low tech and low overhead living which is what this is about. Leave the windows open and live among the space. This is a summer haven. Close to the beach and countryside. The beach is a 2 mins drive up the drivewayt and across the road. The town is 10 mins away. That distance is perfect because the town is nuts. There are people everywhere. Each time I got back to the property I felt releived to be away from the crowds again. Gudrun and her partner are absolutely lovely people and impeccable hosts. They were super helpful and you can see that this place will just keep getting better. Thx

We had a lovely stay. The home is exactly as pictured and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped, featuring a coffee machine, milk frother, and a selection of coffee capsules to get you started. The location is excellent, within walking distance of a stunning beach with shallow waters, ideal for young children despite the waves. It is also conveniently close to Coffs Harbour, with easy access to attractions like the Big Banana and TreeTops Adventure Park. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Although we were initially concerned about the lack of air conditioning on a warm day, the evening breeze cooled the house quickly. The bright and spacious upstairs living area was perfect for relaxing, and our children enjoyed watching SpongeBob on Netflix. Angus was a fantastic host, always quick to respond. We had a wonderful time and made great family memories. Thank you for hosting us!

This was a beautiful home in fabulous location, very quiet street. The house was big, plenty of storage, great outdoor seating area & everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. The location was great - 2 minute walk & we were on the beach. Brad was a great communicator & provided a comprehensive guide for us. We really enjoyed our stay.
