Kellie and her family did a fantastic job renovating this Orderville home into a tranquil and cozy getaway for National Park visitors. Nestled beneath the beautiful red rocks and a backyard of horses and cows, the property was a picturesque homestead between our hiking trips. We were traveling with an infant and Kellie went above and beyond to provide family friendly amenities, such as a pack and play, noise machine, high chair and kids toilet seat. We were impressed with the detailed host guide and appreciated the local recommendations. This is a top notch accommodation and you will be glad you stayed here!

This was my family’s first trip to Utah, it was the last leg of the trip spending days visiting different National Parks and in the mountains for snowy adventures. This place was the absolute perfect end to a long week of travel. It was cozy, with all the comforts of home as well as special treats of star gazing in hammocks, enjoying a fire pit and bocce ball. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The linens and blankets were better than any hotel. There was every little thing/need met. So many towels!! Laundry soap, dish soap, wine openers, extra blankets, games, dvds… all the little things! The host was super responsive and helpful. The location made it easy for us to go to either Zion or Bryce, which was our plan to leave the last day to whichever we preferred. As a family, we tend to only travel and stay in short term rentals and this is one of the most comfortable ever. The location was convenient, and the only down side is because it was off season. Absolutely recommend!

Since the only option for TV was live (antenna),Google TV. or signing into your own streaming. Which would have been fine but the Wi-Fi is so bad the shows kept freezing & you get a message “we’ll be right back” 5-8 minutes later & it came back. You were at a whole different place or it switched movie/channel. The locking doors needed to get in & out need to be rehung or at least adjusted. Wiggling & Jiggling did not work. The outside walkway lights did not work (which she said would be taken care of when I informed her) The striker on the fire pit needs replacing this would make it useable on first try, not finicky. The house itself is beautiful loved the kitchen & you can’t beat the views.

We had everything we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated that they allowed us to bring our small dogs. It was close to things and easy to find. Hosts were responsive. We would stay here again.

An exceptional and attentive host, always available to answer any questions. They personally helped with ideas for activities in the area and finding EV charging stations for my rental. The cozy tiny house is thoughtfully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need. It’s perfectly located between Bryce and Zion National Parks. In my 4 years of using Airbnb, this is the best host I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. We will definitely be returning next year!

The place was absolutely amazing and had a bunch of charm! It was a perfect location for our family to stay while visiting Kanab and the local area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This home was amazing, and the host Tyler was awesome. Communication was great, everything was as expected and advertised. Nice quiet home in a quiet community. Great to come back and relax after numerous soccer games. Close to stores and restaurants, and within close driving distance of a few National Parks. Plenty of things to do and ways to keep the family involved.

Great place, and a fair price! So nicely decorated, it felt just like home. Loved the food at the restaurant too. Only downside was yhe shower water went cold every 30 seconds.. maybe other units were using water? Otherwise, I loved it and would totally recommend it.

Really nice basement apartment for a couple nights between Bryce and Zion. I wish we had realized exactly how rural it was, we would've stocked up better before arriving. The place was warm, clean, and as described. I'd stay again if doing the trip over!

Absolutely loved this place. Great location. Super cozy, and clean. Shuttle comes right to the lodge. Betty was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Will definitely be booking this place again!

This place is such a gem! The hosts thought of everything! We felt so at home. Even though it is attached to a residence, there is so much privacy. The amenities are amazing, the backyard was spectacular, and the coffee selection was so fun. I could go on and on, if you are debating let me be the first to tell you - BOOK THIS! One of the best air bnbs i’ve been in, will be back next time I come to the area.

Beautiful location and easy access to Zion Natural Park and local restaurants. Very comfortable bed and linens. We could have used more places to put clothes etc as there wasn’t a closet or dresser but we were able to spread out in the main living area without much of a problem. The host was responsive and it was a peaceful spot to come back to after a day in the park.

Loved everything about the cabin, super cozy and had a good family time, would for sure rent again.

It was such a blessing to stay in Lisha’s beautiful home. Absolutely stunning and by far the most peaceful vacation I’ve ever taken. Will definitely be back in the future!

We had an increadilbe time. DeAnn was a superhost. She recommended walks and the directions were clear. The house was so cozy and comfortable. She had everything in the cupboards for making dinners or breakfast. DeAnn has put me in trust with Airbnb in America. In Australia i have stopped using Airbnb because the hosts dont do anything for you. They dont even leave tea or coffee - JUST Nothing (as bare as they can). Not even flexible and many places are not clean. But in America and Europe they treat you better than Hotels. I highly recommend DeAnn's place for a beautiful relaxing country escape. If your a Hiker this is the ultimate place.

Hands down my favorite airbnb stay! A true GEM! The cabin itself is amazing. Location was top notch and we needed nothing! I could not recommend this place more. The trail head that is minutes from the porch is literally breathtaking in some spots, highly recommend that hike closer to sunset. I would love to stay here again! Our hosts were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Do yourself a favor and dont come to Zion unless you stay here!

The perfect cabin ! Lots of space & FULLY stocked . I brought kitchen stuff from home but was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need & more . Hosts so friendly & helpful . Beautiful stay .

Our stay at Mountain Life Property was lovely. Our hosts were responsive, and the cabin was spotless. The air bnb was perfect, and exactly as pictured in the listing. Prior to our arrival, there was 22 inches of snow, but our hosts plowed the driveway, so we had easy parking. The cabin was stocked with everything imaginable. There were even extra towels to use for the hot tub that we took full advantage of. The spa deck was attached to an additional indoor space that we used to change our clothes after getting out of the hot tub. Overall, our hosts were lovely and the cabin was perfect. We will be back !

we spent a week using this as our home base while checking out Zion, Grand Staircase, and Bryce Canyon and couldn’t have been happier with coming home to relax after those long days. we had two minor snow storms, each about 2-4 inches total, which added to the joy that of the stay (hard to top some mountain snow). so quiet and peaceful, would definitely stay again! general heads up for the area; it was about 10-20 degrees colder than surrounding areas due to its location/altitude, so if you’re traveling in the winter be prepared. the cabin kept heat well so we were never cold indoors, but make sure you have the right car and clothes.
