Happy is a wonderful host. Friendly and responsive. The unit is clean and beautiful. It has EVERYTHING you need for your stay. Underground, safe parking and walking distances from restaurants and the SUNBET Arena. We had a wonderful stay, thank you, Happy!

I really enjoyed my stay. The privacy of the place made it a perfect retreat, and I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Anne was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making everything seamless and hassle-free. Beautiful and clean space. Peaceful area we even ended up extending our stay. Beautiful garden and kitchen had all utensils needed for self catering. Perfect wifi, everything was just great. Cleaning equipments were there. Highly recommended.

The best place we have ever stayed at, including 5 star hotels. Will always make use of 15 Troy Street when visiting Pta in future. You can not compare it with other accommodation that we had and paid more for during our stay in Pta. Thank you Ilze and Willem for going the extra mile!

The private bedroom, open space with a large couch in front of a large screen TV with unlimited Wi-Fi, the dining table nestled by the window which is perfect for sipping morning coffee a late night dinner. Her responsiveness was unparalleled—she checked in (without intruding) to ensure I had everything I needed. Her warmth and genuine care made me feel like a cherished guest, not just a visitor.
