Great and safe place ! Exactly what you need in Pretoria

This was our second stay at Jacquie's place. The townhouse's location is ideal if you like privacy and peace. Inside everything is neat, and everything you need is there, including coffee maker and air fryer. The air-conditioner is sufficient to cool the whole unit and an evaporative cooler is available when needed. Everything was in place and easy to find. There were clear instructions to use everything, including the generator. I would definitely recommend it, even for longer stays. Thanks again Jacquie for making everything so easy and comfortable.

I booked this place for my birthday weekend with friends. The place was beautiful and even better than the pictures. We had an amazing time and the care takers really took their time to help us with no hesitation. 100/10 I would definitely recommend this place. Even the host extended our check out time which helped us pack and leave nothing behind.

Issue with the gate at check-in, my number was not programmed and had to contact host. He did respond very quickly. Geyser was off (no power interruption as the initial welcome note said, which would cause this) and so my guest (who did not receive the instructions) showered cold. I switched the geyser on and then there were no issues, however, the host could sort this out as a) not every guest in the party will receive the instructions and b) this could be checked before you check in each time if this is an issue (which it seems to be). Other than this the place was great, would stay there again.

Lotta really is a superhost! Great communication, thoughtful and very accommodating! Her place is in a great location and has everything you need, including lots of thoughtful little details. They even helped with the washing, which is a big deal for me! Highly recommended!

Tidy spot, just what I needed

I really enjoyed my stay. The privacy of the place made it a perfect retreat, and I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Anne was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making everything seamless and hassle-free. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and well-organised, I would definitely visit again.

I had a great stay!

Belinda is an absolute amazing host and went an extra ten miles to make sure my stay went perfect. She helped make the stay even more lovely for me over V-day weekend and made me feel right at home. Furthermore, the facilities are even better than the already great photos, highly recommend and will definitely return soon.

I felt right at home! The place has everything you need, from the very basics to a washing machine/coffee machine. A lot of thought and care has gone into the place and it was well appreciated. Marie-Louise was very responsive, easy to talk to and attentive toward anything I needed. It was amazing to stay in a place with solar power, especially since there was a massive outage at the time of my stay. I really felt cared for! Would happily stay there again 😊
