Hatillo : locations de vacances avec terrasse

The condo is in a great location, just across from a beach and easily walkable to downtown. The place was exactly as described. It's spacious and had everything we needed. A minor repair was needed, and Amark responded immediately and had someone out to resolve it in less than 24 hours! We really enjoyed our stay.

Excelente AirBnb. Cuando llegamos tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente pero rápidamente Armindo vino a socorrernos. Son tremendos anfitriones el y Carmen! El apartamento nos encantó. Todo limpiecito, organizado. Tremenda ubicación. Se los recomiendo a ojo cerrado. Yo de hecho ya es mi lugar Favorito para quedarnos cuando regresemos a Puerto Rico y visitemos Arecibo. Gracias Carmen y Armindo por todas sus atenciones.

The hospitality Jorge and Brenda showed us is the same hospitality I’ve experienced at 5-star hotels and resorts. They were super communicative, responsive and helpful. Beyond that, the house had everything we needed for a great family vacation, including beach chairs, snorkel gear, more than enough towels and even a cooler and umbrellas. It was all in the small details, they thought of everything and it showed. We were in town visiting family but in the days we had nothing to do, going to the beach nearby fully equipped turned our trip into a resort vacation. 10/10 highly recommend.

You couldn’t be any closer to the ocean unless you were in it. The view is spectacular and the balcony is where you’ll spend most of your time. The hammocks in the large yard are nice too. It’s easy to get to and find, looks even better than the pictures, and has a fully stocked kitchen. It’s beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. Nearby are local food spots - lots of stops for pinchos, tacos, Guayabo’s nearby, and my favorite Red Flamboyan in Rincon is only about 15 mins away. If you walk down the dead end street, there’s a path to the right that leads to what is essentially a private beach. You’ll be one of the only people there at all times. The house is about 30 mins from Crash Boat and Punta Boriquen, both beautiful beaches. The property offers umbrellas and beach chairs as well. I can’t recommend this property enough!!! It’s halfway

Sarah was a great host and very attentive. We had a great stay at the Blue Villa Resort. It was cozy and clean as advertised. The beaches were beautiful in Barceloneta and the next town over in Manati. The visit to the Arecibo lighthouse was special. We highly recommend the Blue Villa Resort.

Cozy, clean, modern apt located on the ground floor at the back of the house. Lots of amenities - full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, hose in front of the house and backyard, as well as a clothesline. All the shutters have screens if you want to let light and fresh air in. The bathroom, located in the bedroom, is spacious and has great pressure and hot water. The AC is in the bedroom, but was able to cool the entire apt because it’s small, but for the most part the ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom made it cool enough throughout the day when I was working remotely for a month. The internet was good, only a few times my video conference would cut out, but that was rare. Streaming movies/shows was fine. Maria’s a very gracious host. I would stay again. You won't find many that is this clean and modern in the area at a reasonable price.

Highly enjoyed this Airbnb!! It is private, clean and quiet with beautiful vegetation around. The apartment is larger in person and we loved the pool, the large TV and the amazing bathroom. Highly recommend to others and will definitely come back when we're in PR again!

We had an excellent week in Gabriel’s Airbnb. It is the perfect place for an extended family or group. We enjoyed it so much we ended up canceling some of our plans so we could stay in the back yard, playing basketball and enjoying the pool. Gabriel was extremely responsive and kind, the beds were comfortable and the Airbnb very well stocked. We had everything we needed for a perfect week in PR. We look forward to returning again soon!

Everything was clean, comfortable and loved the area. It was convenient to restaurants. shopping, beaches, etc. Everything else about the house was excellent. The host was very quick to respond if I had any questions. Would love to stay there again!

What an incredible find! This beach house exceeded all our expectations. The house itself is beautifully designed, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect. We can't wait to come back!

My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) had a great time. The place was clean and spacious and well equipped. There were so many thoughtful touches. The laundry room had plenty of detergent. There was sun screen, several thick beach towels, bug spray, a lantern, water shoes, fishing poles, beach chairs, pool toys, Bluetooth speaker, games like Uno cards, shampoo/conditioner etc. There is plenty of water stocked in the fridge. Plenty of spices are there so check before buying unlike we did! It looks like the photos. The back has such an amazing view and is peaceful. Only 1 of the 4 terrace lights was working, but it was enough light for us. The pool was a little cold, but was a good relief from the hot sun. We grilled on the gas grill that was available. The area felt safe and private. There is a public beach and restaurants nearby. You can pull your car into the gate so it is safe as well.

This house is absolutely beautiful! Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a huge bonus for days you just want to stay home and relax. It is 3 minutes from the airport which is a huge plus! Supermarket, gas station, restaurants, etc are all within a minute or 2 from the house. The host was super friendly and responsive! Whatever we needed, they were always available. I definitely recommend this Airbnb and will stay again in the near future for sure!

This is my second time staying at one of Brian’s Airbnbs! Everything was so clean and immaculate. This location is moments to everything. I will definitely be returning and honestly, I’m excited to try another one of Brian’s properties.

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

Had an amazing stay! The condominium is really lovely and filled w very friendly people. Brayla is an amazing host, the apartment was so clean and had everything I could have needed for my stay. Definitely going to be returning whenever I return to PR!

We loved this place! Just steps from the ocean, and so cool to be outside the whole time at this place. It had everything that was needed and it’s just so cool to see the stars at night and hear the waves from the beach. Would come back in a heartbeat.

I got this place for my husband’s birthday and it was everything he was looking for: peaceful, by the beach, amazing views and sunsets to relax. Javier was great, very responsive and courteous. The place is cozy, it felt bigger than what we expected, lots of space for a couple. It was close to the “downtown” Rincón where you can find markets, stores and restaurants. The view is spectacular! A great place to relax and enjoy beautiful Puerto Rico, we couldn’t ask for a better place. We are already planning for another trip soon. Thank you Javier!

This was our third time to the island and we loved our stay. Great location, friendly neighbors. We had an issue with the shower but it was fixed right away. I felt like the cleaning could have been a little better as well as more utensils in the kitchen. Overall a very nice location and stay. Highly recommend.
