One of the best Air BNB experiences we’ve had! Directly by the beach, big space and very clean. Located near great restaurants, bars, stores for food to keep in the home, etc. Arenas responded immediately when we had questions and gave us local recs. Would definitely come back!

wonderful experience! Jose's place is spacious, clean and in a great, safe location. very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. it is highly recommended! Jose was also kind enough to allow a late check out due to our flight being late at night. no complains, very happy with the stay and experience!

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was not only clean and comfortable but also super aesthetic—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was unbeatable, right in the middle of everything, with great food spots and nightlife just steps away. Hernán’s place is comfortable and roomy, and equipped with basically all the amenities you would need. The apartment is located in a lively area in Viejo San Juan, so that bars, restaurants, shops, and even parks are all easily walkable. If you’re looking to explore this area of the city, I highly recommend staying here!

Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

Had a great stay in Bernardo and Natalie's place in Old San Juan -- the apartment was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect! Would recommend.

This was my first time using an Air BnB and it was perfect. Great location, loved listening to the coqui and roosters in the morning. Easily accessible to so many different places we went to.

Overall great spot especially if you plan on renting a car during your stay. Everything is very close while still have privacy and a peaceful location. Also it was very helpful to have beach equipment like a cooler and chairs available with the Airbnb.

The location of this Airbnb was incredible! 10 min walk to the beach & also several restaurants and bars. We had a great time and would return.

This is my second time staying at Amy's Airbnb and honestly it was once again a pleasure to stay in such a great location, the place looks exactly like the pictures, clean and makes you feel like home. Will always recommend this Airbnb to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Rico and having an authentic Puerto Rican experience. It's located in a great area where everything is near by, great restaurants surrounding the area and in a walkable distance. Amy is a great host, always responsive and really helpful, she gives the best local recommendations and helpful tips

I've stayed in other Airbnb and Alex's place has been THE BEST! The property is as advertised or better. The house is very comfortable, very tastefully decorated, very well supplied, VERY CLEAN, private and quiet. It is very close to good restaurants and the beach. Alex is a GREAT HOST! He was very responsive and accommodating. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as my family and I did.

The apartment was very comfortable, cute, spotless, and had everything we needed. The outdoor amenities included a sparkling pool, wonderful hot tub, pool table, patio, and grill situated in beautiful, peaceful and private surroundings with views of the mountains in the distance. The host was kind, helpful, and always responsive.

Jhensen was an amazing host! Very responsive when needed. He checked up on us the entire time to ask if everything was good or if anything was needed. He recommended a lot of places and made me feel great staying there. The area isn’t in a tourist area so it gives you the “locals” feels. With bars and restaurants surrounding the area and music playing, Puerto Rico was amazing and I will be coming back and renting another home from Jhensen!

The apartment was as described. Beautiful view of the water and walking distance to park/beach. The only downside is the location doesn't have much to do or restaurants or access to stores for essentials that is walking distance.

I recently spent 4 nights at John's place for a birthday trip. The views from the balcony are truly breathtaking. We had everything we needed within a walking distance. Some uber drivers seemed to have trouble finding the pick up spot but overall that was only a minor inconvenience. Yolanda was super friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend.

Loved this place !! From the decor to the comfortability and the attention , everything was so perfect ! We were greeted so well that it made you feel right at home ! Would definitely stay here again !!

Absolutely beautiful location right on the lagoon! Coffee on the balcony during sunrise was amazing. I was in town for the Ironman event and the location could not have been any better. I was literally right next to everything. We didn’t need to rent a car because of the location. Would definitely stay again.
