Great location with beautiful beach access right down the street! The house is decorated beautifully, would definitely stay here again! Side note, there’s constructions next door so it can be a bit noisy at times but it didn’t bother us too much as we were constantly out exploring!

This place was amazing, has everything you need right in the house, exceptionally clean and safe neighborhood, response time was quick and helpful, definitely would love to return. Pictures don’t do it any justice, much better in person and close to everything

This is a great house in a lovely residential neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. Highlights: House is generously stocked with all the little things you need, from welcome coffee to laundry detergent to a fridge with soda and beer. We were on a guys weekend with 4 guys and we appreciated that all the rooms were essentially identical. No fighting over who gets the master suite! When I messaged her, Francheska had great recommendations about where to go nearby. She pointed us to Numero Uno Beach House which became our go-to spot for beach lounging. We weren’t worried about security, but if you are, don’t be. The neighborhood feels very safe and is fully gated, with only one road in and out and a guard at the gate. If anything, we would have preferred less of a locked-in feel. Have fun!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable. It was spacious and truly a masterpiece in design. The host was amazing from start to finish; his communication was outstanding, and he was exceptionally kind. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Had a great stay Calix was very responsive and helpful when needed. Location was great 15 to 20 mins from everything. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Armando’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location—close to everything we needed. The pool and grill area were a highlight, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our stay. Armando was a great host, responsive and welcoming, ensuring everything was just right. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing time! Jose truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable from start to finish. He wasn’t just a great host, he felt like a genuine guide for the whole experience. He gave us awesome suggestions for places to go and things to do, and they all turned out to be fantastic. The rental company Jose suggested was totally worth it, clean, comfortable, and customized to my needs again from start to finish. Jose really took the time to make sure everything was just right. And when I accidentally left my luggage behind, he didn’t hesitate to Uber it to me and communicated with me. That kind of thoughtfulness put me COMPLETELY at ease. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be referring others too. Thank you, Jose!

What an excellent experience! We appreciated all the amenities that were left for us. Alex and his co-hosts were very responsive and caring. Check in was perfect. Air conditioning was nice and cold in all rooms and the house was amazingly clean. The pool area gives you that resort feeling and the recreation room came in handy on a rainy day. The home is in a great location and is close to supermarkets, restaurants and the airport. This was my first Airbnb stay and it was wonderful one. Thank you all very much for hosting us !!!

We are from Louisville KY. This was our spring break trip with our 4 kids. We love to find homes that are close to our own with space and design. The home was everything. When we come back to PR we are definitely going to reach out and see if this home is available. The Home was exactly like the pictures. The front porch was my Photo Booth for the week, it was everything. The kids felt at home. They provided towel and wash cloths and also had towel for the beach. The outside toy area was great for my 11 year son. The Led Lights was the best for my 13 year old she took all kinds of pics. If you are Traveling to PR and use this location please take care of it bc we plan to revisit it. Ladies they also have a huge mirror in the house perfect for your mirror pics. Thank you again for a wonderful stay . This is a 10/10 for me Mr & Mrs Peterson

Belisa was a wonderful host, she answered any questions we had within minutes. She provided us with fantastic amenities that we didn’t even think of to ask. If you’re thinking of going anywhere else I would say stop now and book her Airbnb it’s perfect for accommodating large groups even with smaller groups I’m certain they would love it. Christopher’s place was great ! From the extra toiletries, towels and fully stocked kitchen it was amazing all you can ask for ! The location was ideal and very easy to float around to all different parts near San Juan and Condado areas. Very private, clean and a great host ! Definitely will be returning back to this house !
