chocolocos place was amazing! it was in a really good location, across from a super market! his place was so comfy and cozy! we really enjoyed ourselves! it was such a great time! would love to stay here again in the future! Definitely book. you will not regret it! He went out of his way to treat my boyfriend and I like family! Such great vibes!

My family needed a place to stay in San Juan for our summer vacation. Troy's place had everything we needed--covered secure parking, washer and dryer, multiple bathrooms, and most importantly, a location in the lowest-crime area in the San Juan area. There was plenty of room for the four of us (our kids are 22 and 20, so four adults), and the powerful air conditioning kept us nice and cool despite the sweltering weather.

Clean place and safe location. Exactly like the pictures. Very quiet área & informative hosts.

Had a lovely stay at this unit. Equipped with solar panels so I never had to worry about losing power and you are 10-15 minutes away from everything in the metro area. Groceries, bars, restaurants, parks, shopping centers and even a hospital all within walking distance. Hosts were extremely kind and responsive if you have any questions. The garden is beautiful and you even have local parrots you can enjoy nearby. 10 out of 10, would do it again!

Great place to stay in San Juan-the apartment was clean and super cute. I felt safe and the location was great…quiet yet close to many activities. Thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The home was not only gorgeous but also cozy and welcoming. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The backyard was absolutely stunning, with a fantastic play area and a wonderful pool—perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time. We had so much fun and truly appreciated every. We would love to come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

Victor and Eileen’s place was beautiful, it felt like a relaxing retreat. Communication was great any time I had a question I had a response quick! They were both very nice and sweet, my family and I definitely had a great time here. The neighborhood feels safe and it is a great location not far from everything.

The Airbnb was in a great area, close to a lot of restaurants, the mall, and freeway. Lots of things to do around! The place was cozy and well equipped. Thanks so much for hosting me and family!

It was our first time visiting Puerto Rico so we weren’t sure what to expect but this place was clean, no bugs or roaches of any kind which we have seen a lot of other places have that issue and understood it’s common to have in the area. But this place was immaculately clean. The neighborhood to someone coming out for the states would appear to be questionable but as we found out everyone was very friendly and gave you privacy. Even the stray animals in the neighborhood were friendly. I would say if you plan on staying somewhere near the airport this is the best deal. The inside of the place looked really cool and the led lights were a plus ! Highly recommend and will return next trip down here !

Location & Value for Location! What a value! Leon’s place is clean, well organized & equipped with everything you’ll need. It’s located next to the Old San Juan hotel giving you access to amazing restaurants just a walking distance away. You walk out to the pool, a park and the beach right at your footsteps. There are Jet ski rentals on the beach, and a fun beach restaurant just 2 doors down to enjoy cocktails or a meal. There are beach chairs and umbrella rental available on the beach but no worries because Leon also provide chairs. We really loved this place and would love to return. Thanks Leon!

First time in Puerto Rico - everything was made smoother based on Dakota's responsiveness, location to beach, restaurants, car rental, etc. Condo staff was very good when needed. Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Supermarkets are a bit of a walk but manageable. Great experience and look forward to my next visit.

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

My family of 6 stayed in the Pent House and it was perfect! The building felt safe, people were kind. Direct access to the beach and the house had everything we needed for the beach! I have 3 small children and they loved it. Watching the waves and the sunrise were priceless! Tons of things walking distance.. , Walgreens, fast food, Asian food, pizza, not far from a lot most attractions. Can’t wait to come back!

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

Beatrice’s apartments are always the best to stay in. They are very comfy, in a great location and always clean and inviting. She has everything you need in the apt. If there is ever an issue, she answers back right away and takes care of the issue but we have never had any bad issues while staying in her apartments. We love staying at Mar Bella apts and looking out over the beach! Beautiful views! Another great stay vacation!

Rufo was a great host, very responsive. Location was amazing, plenty of pool/beach things for use (chairs, boogie board, noodles, and many towels at time of our visit), walkable to restaurants and a really nicely stocked market/liquor that would be worth checking out before longer jaunt to Walmart, etc. Apartment was not large but matched description well.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed to step off the plane and head straight to the beach. We enjoyed the beach chairs towels and umbrella. Peace of mind having a gated key fob entrance as well! Hope this available next year when we come back!
