Wonder place in a great location. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a vacation at the beach. Hatteras Village is a wonderful place to get away and enjoy.

the place is exactly what it looks like in the pictures, the staff are very courteous, they communicate very quickly via Airbnb as well. I usually don't throw around five star reviews willy-nilly, but I really couldn't think of anything negative

I loved everything about the place especially Wanda. She was as attentive and helpful. The only thing I would say is the ice maker needs to be fixed upstairs. The place is right around everything you need especially if you fish like us!

Our stay was magical. The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful and the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. Everything we needed was available, even a crockpot which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. It was also nice that linens and towels were provided. The keypad on the door was a bit difficult to activate but once it came on we got in without a problem. There is a laundry facility on premises as well as carts, similar to a hotel to bring your luggage to your condo. It would have been nice to know exactly where they were located. Thankfully there were some friendly owners who clued us in. We are anxious to stay in this particular location again. We loved the proximity to the beach, the elevator, the view and all the amenities. Local restaurants were excellent. We cant say enough good things. Vacasa has been great to deal with!

Not my first time staying, love the place and location. The only downside was the pool was closed for our stay due to maintenance and checking in was later then expected since they didn’t clean the room yet when we arrived. But otherwise place was awesome and beach was supper close! Would definitely come back next year again!

Stayed for our first trip to the OBX. Unit exceeded our expectations from the photos. The two bedroom suites are on opposite sides of the unit which our two boys (10 & 17) loved. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were super comfortable! Only slight critique was a clump of hair in the drain in the king bathroom tub and the shower curtain looked moldy all along the bottom. For our active family there wasn’t too much for us to do in the immediate area other than water sports, which they tired of quickly. So we spent quite a bit of time driving to other towns. But, that was partly our fault for not doing enough research. If you’re looking for fishing, kite boarding, or just a quiet escape, this place definitely fits the bill!

There is a few things I want to mention this is a great place to stay but the elevator was turned off and not working. My father in law has heat issues and it was difficult for him, not sure why it was not working. The 2nd issue was the tubs do not drain which is most likely an issue with the complex not the unit. The host is responsive and the unit is a great unit. I did give it 5 stars and would recommend booking this location and will book again if in the area.

Very communicative, bare bones, just as advertised. The home was pristinely clean. The views were beautiful, gorgeous sound views from the balcony. The beach is just a short walk away and the pier is a 5 minute drive. Perfect location in Avon & Mike is super friendly! Be mindful that you will have to bring bath towels, but other necessities were supplied by the cleaners and lasted us through a full week. This was transparently advertised though. The living room is not quite as comfortable as we would’ve liked, but that’s just our preference. The rest of the house was very comfortable and we were pleased with the furnishing. The space is clearly well taken care of. Avon overall is a wonderful place to visit. The locals were probably the most friendly we’ve experienced in the OBX. The area is very remote and you can see the stars and even have a bonfire on the beach. Plenty of free parking and easy public beach access. Really good restaurants too. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Wahoo was an awesome spot with great views of ocean & quaint little town of Hatteras Village...

My entire Hatteras experience was fantastic. The condo is located in a quiet space, lots of beach and pool time with minimal noise and crowds. The room was clean and just as described. Very serene and peaceful experience for me and my family. A bonus for us is that we had an awesome dolphin siting from the beach in front of the condo. If you enjoy sunsets, the best location is the ferry docks. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you for the memories!

Lovely location right on the beach of Outer Banks. We were able to enjoy both the sunrise and sunsets every day on the front and back decks. We traveled during the off season timeframe so not everything was open, but that made it all the more peaceful and not overcrowded. Kitchen was stocked well for home cooking. Perfect amount of space for our family of 6.
