We loved this home and the host! It was so relaxing, very accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed for staying in and cooking, even down to the crock pot. Justin was wonderful with communication and details when asked questions. Most importantly in our opinion, is that the place was very very clean and spotless! We are big on cleanliness and this home did not disappoint. Also, great location. We had a fun relaxing time, and I’d highly recommend anytime!

We chose this amazing beach house for our honeymoon. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet area, and the perfect size for a couple. We enjoyed the location, including a lovely restaurant right next door, close by several beaches (we went to the 4x4 beach), and local to several attractions. It was a very enjoyable stay, easy to relax and feel comfortable. We plan on coming back in the future. :)

Heba’s place is an excellent listing with a great location on Hwy 12 in Frisco. It offers just about every amenity needed for a Hatteras Island visit. Even though my wife and I visited in the winter, we still felt there was much to do outside during our visit. The kitchen was great. The bathroom was clean with a solid shower. The bed was very comfy for those who like a more firm bed. I loved the electric heater in the living room and the TVs in both the living room and the bedroom were a bonus. Ample amounts of parking available and quite private, even though you are a few feet away from other dwellings. There is a great restaurant across the street within walking distance and a gas station only a minute away. 10 minute drive to Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, or the Hatteras Ferry and less than 5 minute drive to Frisco Beach. Definitely recommend and would stay here again if this listing is available in the future.

This house was perfect for our group of seven. There are three private bedrooms and 4 bunks in the fourth room which worked well for us. Kitchen amenities were great and the beds were very comfortable! We want to go back. The walk to the beach was short, though there was some serious dune erosion when you arrive at the beach, so did require some added effort to scale steep dune when carrying things to and from the beach (would prove difficult for anyone with mobility issues). Would highly recommend this house. Thanks Karl!

My family and I loved our stay at Beverly’s beach house. The house was beautiful and the location and views of the ocean could not be beat! Beverly was quick to respond and helpful when we had a couple of questions during our stay. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful home! This is a well designed home with easy access to the beach. I loved the private beach walk and campfire area. The bedrooms were perfect. The 2 level decks have a beautiful view of the ocean and lovely hammock and chairs to enjoy the sunset. The hosts were so helpful. We would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful place every minute. The hot tub and heated pool made our stay even more enjoyable. The privacy and calmness surrounding the house is amazing. Thank you for hosting us.

This was our first time to OBX, loved everything about our stay. We had everything we needed at this rental plus! It was clean, cozy and in a great spot for a relaxing, peaceful anniversary weekend. Quick walk to the beach and Rodanthe pier. We ate at some interesting (and good) restaurants, drank coffee at a few quaint coffee shops and stopped at almost every place that had ice cream and candy! Hot tub was a nice feature anytime of day or night. We felt very safe.

The home was spacious and clean. Stores, beach, restaurants, and activities all within walking distance. Highly recommend! Sandra was very responsive and the maintenance people were quick to arrive and address a burnt out light bulb even though we advised it wasn’t an emergency. Great place to stay and great people to work with.
