The photos were accurate and the place was accurately described. I agree with the one reviewer that said somethings could use attention, coffee table was old with ring stains and the small area rug has stains but it is a rental. The coffee maker was useless. The elevators were a nightmare during check in and check out, long with time. BUT, overall, the place was very nice and I would recommend staying there.

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

This is my second visit at Dana’s lovely home. Always a great time. Place is private and very clean. Dana is always very responsive. The pool is amazing! Great restaurants everywhere. Def will be back.

Beautifully decorated, wonderfully useful design and provisioned. We had a chance to stay at two of Lorelei’s Arya Condo - a 2 bd and a 1 bd. Both were immaculate with nice touches like coffee and creamer to start the stay, some snacks for the hungry traveler. I ask for her to help us smoothly transition from one unit to the other and it was a breeze. Excellent value, fantastic views, perfect location for all the spots in the grove.

Stayed at Ray’s place for a weekend and it was wonderful. Ray responded very fast and gave us everything we needed. Highly recommend Ray’s place!

This is a beautiful place to relax with friends and family. It’s a short walk to the beach and located in a charming by neighborhood. Highly recommend and would definitely book again

Our stay at this Airbnb in Miami was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as described (if not better), clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The location is ideal — in a quiet neighborhood but very close to all the main attractions, beaches, and great spots to eat and hang out. The space is modern and well-furnished, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor patio — a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. A big thank you to the host as well, who was always kind, helpful, and super responsive. We truly felt at home during our stay. We would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

Blake was great. Very responsive. Had a handyman out the next day when we had a problem with the door locks. Video explanations of things were helpful. Also very nice to have extra supplies like trash bags when most places only leave 2 for a week long stay. Also helpful to have plastic wrap, sandwich bags and spices for cooking and leftovers for the families that can't afford to eat out every night. Lots of wildlife to see in the backyard oasis. Highly recommend!

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

This home was a great stay. We came to town to see a Miami Heat game and explore Ft Lauderdale too- so perfect location between the two . The house was very clean and plenty enough room for our family of four with teen boys. When flying in for a short stay it’s hard to think and bring everything you need, but Maria the host had it all- including umbrellas for the Florida downpours. The icing on the cake for this place was the pool and backyard amenities. The pool was super clean and the furniture was perfect for grabbing sun! Thank you!

Great location, quiet and close to the beach. The beautiful garden area outside was a nice touch. The apartment was exactly as described, and Donna and Tracy were incredibly friendly. We were 4 people, and there was just the right amount of space for us. They even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Donna and Tracy—highly recommend this apartment!

What an amazing host and fantastic property. Communication was prompt and professional. The host really worked with us to help us to make our experience a great stay! We would stay again and highly recommend this property!

As perfect as anyone could expect. One minor issue that im sure they were not aware of but jumped to correct it. Two of the most important things for is is there was nothing misleading about the property description and the communication couldn't have been better.

Das Appartement war wie auf den Fotos, es lag in einer ruhigen Gegend und hatte einen privaten Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung des Appartements war ausreichend, inclusive Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief reibungslos. Sie waren gut erreichbar, haben rasch geantwortet und sind auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Zu dem kleinen Häuschen gehörte auch ein Vorgarten, wo man gemütlich morgens die Sonne genießen konnte. Es war eine ruhige Gegend und sehr privat. Bis zum Strand waren es zu Fuß 3 Kilometer, mit dem Auto paar Minuten. In der Gegend waren viele Bars und Restaurants, zu Fuß auch ca. 1-3 Kilometer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden auf jeden Fall den Aufenthalt bei Ana und Vlad weiter empfehlen 😊

Had a great stay! Everyone in my party of 11 enjoyed the property and the amenities. The theme is very cool and elevates activities on premises. The hosts were fantastic and extremely responsive. Would recommend!

Was exactly as described , great price , great location. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The airbnb host was very friendly, and not only made the check-in super easy, but also provided recommendations for things to do in the area. Basically no communication was needed, because the host was very proactive and told us in advance everything we would need to know . Would highly recommend

Christina’s place was absolutely lovely! The pool was perfect, and the backyard felt like a little oasis—so peaceful and relaxing. The interior was exactly as expected, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had such a great time and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Wow! Just WOW! I appreciate Beatriz deeply, as she was available to accommodate my family and I for a last minute reservation, as my prior plan fell through. Beatriz was easy to communicate with, very thorough, empathic and overall a sweet, genuine spirit. The home was very beautiful and clean! I was very impressed with how everything was organized and decorated. The location was serene as well. I was able to play a little pool and brush up on my skills. I wish I was able to play the other games she had available but didn’t have time. I am so happy that I was able to stay here with family. We all enjoyed it, along with the amenities (my mother was impressed with the availability of kitchen and cooking utensils!). THANK YOU BEATRIZ! I will certainly return whenever I take a trip down to Florida.

Oscars place was awesome! Just as advertised and in a great location. Perfect for a big group.

My family of 5 males with ages ranging from 75 to 21 were unanimous in agreeing that this delightful property was ideal for our needs. We had planned a week in Miami with a full itinerary including a visit to the Miami Open tennis tournament but we wanted a decent place to return to each evening with a swimming pool so Lara,s place was ideal and the only problem was we all felt we didn't spend enough time there as Miami and the surrounding district has so many attractions. To get into detail, the beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. The two bathrooms had every amenity that was required whilst the kitchen was superbly well equipped and with there being so many dining options, both inside and out, the choices to eat out or in are varied. By far the best facility though was the swimming pool where quality time can be spent in a delightful setting. Would I return if I ever made my way to Florida again? You bet I would.
