This flat is the perfect retreat for those seeking both inspiration and grounding in an unparalleled setting. My mother and I needed a quiet place to rest and recharge; this home overlooking the garden and sea was truly extraordinary. The apartment, with its bay windows, is perfect—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. We spent our days marvelling at the lush garden, chatting in the spa or gazing out at the open sea—watching surfers and letting the rhythmic crash of the waves lull us into deep relaxation. I can't stress enough how magical the garden is—every corner is bursting with life, from vibrant flowers to fruit trees, herbs, and vegetables. We cooked with the windows wide open, letting in the fresh air and ocean breeze, and dining outside, immersed in the scents and sounds of nature. Julls and the team were fantastic—warm, welcoming, and attentive. Just a few minutes from world-class surf and fifteen minutes from Raglan, this home is a true oasis, radiating love and care.

Great place to stay. Close to bus stops and easy to get around without a car. Awesome hosts, even getting the place ready for earlier than expected check in. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay, highly recommend Lil's place. The location is awesome, so relaxing, comfortable bed, everything you need for a great stay is provided, love there is a full size fridge, BBQ, washing machine and dryer amongst other essentials. Lil is very helpful and there is plenty of information about walks, where to go and what to see. Being able to walk across the road to the water each day was a bonus and the views from the unit are forever changing as the tides come and go and the sun rises and sets. Some days there are cattle next door at the fence. I highly recommend staying and will return in the near future.

Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! Beds are very comfy and great shower too ! We also want to thank our hosts for the quick responses and flexible check in ! Many, many thanks !

Iain's place was right in the heart of the city. Loved the location. Easy to get to everything in the center of town. The place was as described and we took full advantage of the rooftop pool and spa. Would recommend staying if you are in Auckland.

Loved the apartment! It looks exactly as the pictures. It is very comfortable, has looks of space and is beautifully decorated. I also loved having 2 balconies and the washing/drying machine was an added bonus and very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and I really appreciated the different types of pillows. It was also very quiet, so I was always able to get a good nights sleep. The apartment is in a great location, close to everything. I also felt very safe in the apartment. In the evenings you can only access the building with your key fob. You also need it to get access to the elevator. So this made me feel very safe, especially while traveling alone. I had great communication with Hannah. She always replied fast and I also really loved the video she sent a few days before check-in showing how to access the apartment and different details of the apartment. That is a great idea! Will definitely recommend this apartment to others. Loved it!

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

Julia and her husband are amazing hosts. The directions to their home were spot on. The kitchen was stocked so well one could stay there a week and never have to shopping. They really exceeded any expectation anyone would have of a host. They recommended we go to another town for something called the Beach Hop - what an amazing experience. Thanks to Julia, it was an amazing day. They provided a shovel for use at the Hot Water Beach. All in all this was simply one great place to stay. We were there for three nights but felt so comfortable, if time had permitted, we would have stayed longer. One suggestion though is that if you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you. Although you are perched on a hillside, downtown is a short stroll downhill

The house was perfect for the five of us. It has lots of space, the hosts were very generous with the condiments and the space was light, comfortable and really clean and tidy. The wi fi was also brilliant!. While the house is nice and peaceful it is a short drive to the shops and about 10 minutes from the beach. We didn’t find this a problem and Leone and Mark were awesome to deal with.

Great small apartment which offered everything a couple would need when visiting Hamilton. Very close to the main centre and other attractions. We loved how quiet the neighbourhood was and felt safe.

Absolutely incredible. We had the most wonderful experience from beginning to end. Rozelle is a really lovely person and host who goes above and beyond with your stay with her kindness, responsiveness, detailed recommendations, thoughtfulness and helpfulness. The views are something from a postcard and the fact that you can see these from every room is spectacular. The peace, quite, and beauty is absolute bliss. The bus route is right there so it’s easy to get places and there is also a more coastal walk that you can do to Oneroa which is beautiful and not too strenuous. The accommodation is wonderful. It has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. You felt that you had luxury throughout. Highly recommend :). Thank you for a perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Séjour paradisiaque ! Idéalement situé, les pieds dans l’eau. Environnement fabuleux ! Voisinage calme. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs. Nous serions volontiers rester quelques jours de plus , ne serait-ce que pour prendre le petit déjeuner le matin en regardant la mer 😊

it was great, we totally enjoyed our stay. very centrally located to many options such as shopping, dining, walking etc. She has a lovely garden growing, so peaceful for us ❤️ not fond of the twin beds as a couple but we managed. Sandra is super host, we really enjoyed our time with her and our conversations.

This was a great apartment to stay in, super easy to get in (very detailed instructions), handy to the Wynyard Quarter and the Viaduct. Great views, nice and spacious - fantastic for a group.

Phenomenal location and unique location right on the marina, with spectacular views of Viaduct Harbour and Sky Tower.

Ian was a great host, very helpful i would recommend this place to anyone. it was a peaceful relaxing place that's well located with an excellent bus service right on the door step. the weather was amazing, we will see you in 2027 if you will have us back? ..
