This place is amazing! From booking to our arrival, Jean Patrick provided excellent communication. When we arrived, he ensured we had everything needed to find the location via taxi. He assisted us with getting our bags up to the top floor of the building and walked us through the apartment and even met us to help get everything down at the end of our trip. This apartment is the end unit on the top floor of the building and very quiet. From first glance walking in, you feel at home and much larger than they appear in the photos. We were traveing with our three kids and they had their space and we had ours. The kitchen and bathroom are also large and spacious with the added benefit of having a washer in the apartment. Great restaurants and bakeries are within short walking distance in either direction. You are steps from the Musée de l'Armee and the Tomb of Napoleon, a very short walk to École Militaire metro, busses and a view of the Tomb and Eiffel Tower. We wish we could stay longer!

Juan was exceptionally easy to communicate with and he initiated information regularly. I appreciated how quickly I heard back any time I had a question. The apartment was as pictured and described. It was clean and well appointed. The location couldn't have been any better. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Cozy, homey, well equipped apartment in great location. Beds were comfortable. Spacious in my opinion for a Parisian apartment. We cooked a few meals at home and really enjoyed living the lifestyle. Rue Cler is just steps away and has all you need for restaurants, shops, etc...Great neighborhood and was quiet at night. I would love to return.

We stayed at Charles’ place for the Olympics and was a great decision! The apartment is close to all attractions and venues in Paris and is only 5 minutes away from a train station that gets you right into central Paris!! The apartment had all amenities for our stay and felt right at home. The local area also has nice restaurants and pubs. Charles was always very responsive and he also arranged for me a flexible checkout time!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a cosy place in Paris!!!!

We loved our stay at Adrienne’s place. It is their home so is completely in the spirit or Airbnb and it has the character that comes with staying in someone’s home. We were 6 people there over New Years with our adult children and their partners, and the comfortable living room was fantastic for hanging out and visiting. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The entire apartment was very quiet, as it is in a back courtyard. Adrienne left us Nescafé pods, bread and spreads for breakfast (although we went to a nearby boulangerie everyday for pastries) and a bottle of wine that we had for our New Years dinner. She was very responsive and friendly. The location is a lovely residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby are we were able to take the metro everywhere. I highly recommend Adrienne’s place!

The place was absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and modern. We were 2 couples and the kitchen and living/dining area offered everything we needed. The Metro was steps from the front door Fantastic bakery on the corner and grocery store just a block away. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it for anyone visiting Paris. Would love to go back.

Séjour agréable, la proximité du RER est très appréciable. Communication simple et fluide avec Christel. Rien à ajouté, vous pouvez faire confiance les yeux fermés!

Nous avons passé un super week-end entre amis dans la maison de Taous, qui est un hôte très accueillant et réactif !! La maison était propre et correspondait parfaitement aux photos :) Je recommande à 100%

The house was very nice and the hosts are very friendly. 10min walk to the metro station, easy to reach the city center.

Excellent séjour chez Brigitte qui nous a très bien accueillis ! Grand appartement impeccable et très bien équipé. On se gare facilement et gratuitement dans la rue. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Pierre was wonderful host and gave us fast solution, this place was fantastic location of Paris. Very close to Bon Marche (everything was here) and subway, lots of bakery and restaurants. Place was little small than photos but every Paris staying the same. guest should bring sleepers, floor was stone and cold but their fireplace was warm enough and cozy and private.

Wow, what a find. We have stayed in Paris many, many times in our lives, sometimes in the 'centre' and sometimes in Colombes, where we have family. This home was easily our favourite and one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed in. A beautifully presented house over 4 floors, everything you could need is here. When we arrived, the dining table was made up and a bottle of wine and Belgian chocolates set out. Such lovely touches. The house is warm and in an extremely quiet street. No neighbourhood noise at all. For those with young children, there is a park a few doors down. The home is 1 street from the High street and no more than 3 or 4 minutes walk to the train station. The train will have you in the centre of Paris within 11 minutes. We would absolutely stay here again. The home is excellent value for money and makes much more sense than staying in a small hotel room on a large street in the centre of Paris for the same price (or more).

We had a great time in Paris, Bertrand was the very good host, answered within minutes and was so eager to help and fruendly. Check-in was also so easy and had good instructions. Location was not the best but good. Apartment was like the description, surroundings was quite and after a long day trip we could sleep well.

Notre séjour de 5 nuits chez Brigett s'est très bien passé. L'appartement correspond tout a fait a la description, fonctionnel, très bien situé (a 2 pas du parc des expos), proche des transports, dans une résidence calme.
