The location of this place is central to delhi but is yet a quiet place to relax. The apartment is a very cosy place for both family and friends and good facilities are available. The host is very cooperative and supportive in all the situations which makes it feel like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend it to all the travellers who would like to experience Delhi with ease and comfort.

We had a nice stay at Sameer place, house was clean and exactly as per image. Location of property is highlight as it is easily reachable and lots of restaurant around and above that Sameer was always there. Although we had to leave early but place highly recommended!

We had a great stay in the apartment. The place was clean and a crew came in daily to clean the floors and bathrooms (they do not do dishes or beds). The bedrooms are equally large and have attached bathrooms. The guard is pleasant and helpful. The kitchen is also clean and easy to use. It was wonderful to have a peaceful place after a hectic day in Delhi. I would definitely come back on my next visit to Delhi. Only issue: drainage in the showers. Water puddles very quickly. Note: had trouble finding the location on google maps and Uber with the address. Using the address of the next door neighbor worked better.

Located in a green, safe, and upscale colony Kailash Hills, with excellent connectivity to major city landmarks like ISKON Temple(2 mins drive), Lotus Temple (5 mins drive) and India Gate (15 mins drive). 2. Sparkling clean and well maintained space, with top notch hygiene.The washroom had body wash, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer. 3. Spacious balcony with a serene green view, rare in Delhi. 4. Fully automatic washing machine in the balcony. 5. Well equipped kitchenette with a gas stove and essential appliances like an air fryer, toaster, and microwave. 6. Complimentary welcome drinks and snacks provided upon arrival was a sweet gesture. 7. Cook available at no extra cost 8. Caretaker available 24/7 to assist with luggage, cleaning, and general help. 9. Peaceful environment 10. Kunal is a humble and proactive host. Cons 1. The apartment is on the third floor without a lift. 2. parking is available 400 mtrs I highly recommend

I honestly thought staying in Gurgaon won't be that good because of all the scams we hear every day about the place, but whatever I spoke with Naren initially it was exactly like that, we came from Chennai and expectations were very less but when we entered it was better than our expectations everyone liked it. Must visit place affordable and great!!!

Nikhil was a great host. He made sure everything went smoothly. Place was clean and every furniture was comfortable with enough area for even more than 8 people. I decided to extend my stay in New Delhi for a day and Aditya was very accommodating offering me this space. The apt is large with a balcony overlooking the street and large TV. The bathroom was large and kitchen was well equipped… The building is located in a great neighborhood and is very secure, with a gate and security guard. I would highly recommend staying here.

The place is actually beautiful and relaxing ! ❤️ The caretaker too is very helpfull and he helped us with all the luggages. Hardik has maintained the place exceptionally well and all the facilities avaialble are 5/5 ! 🔥

One of a greatest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It was equipped with all required amenities. Caretaker, Krishna bhaiya was soo helpful and was available right on a call when ever needed. Karan responded quickly and was really helpful all the time.

This is an amazing high end duplex apartment which is even better than it looks in the pictures. The host was super responsive and there were helpers and a cleaner available to make our stay comfortable. The please is a short walk from the famous M block GK 2 market. There is also a nice park next to the apartment for your quick morning walks. All in all a super duper stay and highly recommended.
