This was our third booking with Simarjeet and we have stayed in both of his guest house locations in the Safdarjung Enclave. Simarjeet is very friendly and he is extremely communicative and he ensures your arrival experience is as smooth and seamless as it can be. He has an excellent team of staff who will welcome you, and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay in a vibrant and buzzing neighbourhood. Breakfast and all refreshments are provided and other meals are also available on request. The beds are comfortable with clean linen and towels are provided for use in the ensuite shower room. A walk out to Green Park will reward you with good restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. The nearest Metro station is 5-10 mins walk away and there are always tuktuk drivers buzzing around that are willing to take you anywhere. Simarjeet is also a fantastic and knowledgeable guide , you will not regret choosing to stay here.

We had a pleasant stay at apartment. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The apartment itself was spacious for our family of 6. Would recommend for future stays!

I visited blu O Stays for 1 night from 13 dec 2024 till 14 Dec 2024. Amar was my POC and he was always proactive and courteous in answering my queries or while reaching out. the place was great and had all the amenities + was clean/maintained and had access too good restaurants nearby. Also, I loved the complimentary snacks that were put up as welcome. the place had room heater / extra towels / air purifier / TV with streaming services / balcony and was a great fit for my needs. I'd recommend this place to others too.

It's a very good location and the service provider caretaker are very good everything were awesome.... Anybody won't feel they are away from their home.... I wish the owners carry on their service the same way....

I had come to Delhi for a short visit of 2 days due to work and didn't want to stay too far from the airport. This property turned out to be exactly what I was looking for!! The place is perfect for 2 adults and is really cozy. The place has all basic amenities and is very well maintained. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a private location.

It was a short stay of couple of days with my daughter.Host Maneesh ji was nice and reachable. One can stay with family and feel safe. Caretaker Arvind was nice and a good cook. Overall a nice experince.

The place was much better than what I had expected. The host was very responsive and was very friendly as well. Vishwadeep ensured we had a peaceful stay. There are Gyms, Salons, and great options to dine within 300 mtrs. I had a lovely time with my family. Will definitely stay here every time we visit Gurgaon.

The place is exactly like it is shown in photos, the location is good, right near metro station. Rakesh was so helpful and made the entire check in process smooth and easy. He took care of every query and resolved any issues within minutes.

Kuvera was very helpful in making me feel at home and helping me do some groceries shopping. The accommodation is spacious and clean. He is always there or a phone call away to help you. I would 100% recommend

The place is just as the picture, it is clean, fresh and homely!! Washroom’s always a problem for us but this one was just fresh!! Staffs are always just one call away!! Why pay more at an overrated Hotels while you can get the same at a much affordable and friendly place!! Had a great time!! Thanks Sonam!!

Harsh, the Host was very helpful & Courteous, attended to issues promptly. Cleaning Staff was also good However, TV had no channels to watch, you could only watch You Tube, so TV should not be listed as an ammenity till Set Up Box is installed

We had such a wonderful stay here. The place is beautifully designed with so much thought put into every detail—it felt super cozy and welcoming. The host went above and beyond with the amenities. Everything was spotless, and the space had everything we needed. Honestly, it was even better than we expected. This is already our 2nd stay here and surely will come again.

This is our first time in India. We stayed our first few days at the appartment. We're leaving 5-star review because the bathroom, bedroom and living room were very clean and the functionalities of the appliances we needed to use worked. But they have seen a lot of years of very intensive use. Caretaker Das was very helpful and friendly. The Sector 14 has security personnel which keeps the main street environment at bay so the steet in front of the building is relatively calm. Zomato, Swiggy, Uber worked great. However, coming from europe, be cautious that I'm applying a relative Delhi scale in this rating. You will have full blast india experience as soon as you leave the colony and walk towards any metro station. At the dual carriage main road there is working market, crowds, huge traffic, cows, litter, people begging... You must cross this road to get to metro. For us it was fun but there is a level of risk involved and you will leave your european comfort zone. You see real Delhi.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at in Delhi. Its homeliness is the moat remarkable feature of this apartment. It was so cozy in the winter when I visited, and it had all the amenities I needed. The terrace garden is the best part of this apartment. The location is extremely easy to access, and I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo female traveller. The hosts were wonderful- extremely nice, helpful, and made me feel right at home. I would recommend this place to everyone, but particularly to those looking for a longer stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

1st time I used airbnb and this accommodation is superb . Specially its a private studio and not anything common to share. Only thing its bit far from Gurgaon main developed sectors like phase 2 , 4 or you wanna travel cyber hub.
