A lovely property featuring high quality furnishings. The kitchen was very well equipped with a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There were also laundry facilities if required Mary was very responsive when asked for a replacement lightbulb The Wi-Fi and TV equipment were very good and there were copious amounts of literature to explain the local area The house was situated very close to the centre of Napier We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so many thanks to Mary

What a beautiful place. Went there beginning of 2025 and again for my birthday early February. Absolutely loved it and a beautiful long beach. Good to walk or run on. Surfing spot.

Marie’s place was absolutely delightful. We absolutely loved it there. We loved everything about it. The access to the beach was immediate yet private. The view of the beach and sea was amazing. Almost lost for words. It had everything that we needed

We had such a lovely time at the property, thank you. Plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors - nicely decorated and homely. Fantastic heated swimming pool! The kitchen was really well equipped - the coffee machine was excellent. Also really appreciated the aircon on a hot day. Would love to come and stay again sometime, thank you.

The house is set on lovely grounds with ample activities for the children: tennis court, swimming pool and a table tennis table in the garage. The inside of the house is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Although a teeny tiny imperfection is the absence of a microwave oven, this does not detract from the overall charm and functionality of the house. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

What a lovely stay! A perfect house with everything you could need, and visits from a super cuddly cat - what more could you want? Very well located to reach Havelock, Hastings and Napier, as well as beautiful beaches to the South. If you stay here, do not miss Brown Dog Espresso in Haumoana!

Beautiful modern extremely clean home. Close to shopping and Italian restaurant Acosta the road is exceptional. Place is modern, very clean, high end linens and kitchen accessories. Loved that the host promoted local product art, plants and products. Tania was easy to communicate with, positive and friendly. We would highly recommend and we would stay again if in the area. Wonderful apartment in the heart of Napier city, where you could walk to restaurants. The apartment was beautifully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. Keri was super friendly and responded to questions really quickly. Our group really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The only drawbacks would be if you struggled with stairs and if you preferred your car close by.

We had a wonderful 2 nights at Lynne’s place. From the moment we drove in, Lynne met us and showed us around. She was the perfect host - so welcoming and friendly - made us feel right at home. The property was perfect. So modern, clean and had everything you could possibly need. The glorious views and 10/10 weather topped it all off. Thank you Lynne.

The only sad thing that I can say about Lynne & Steve's wonderful house (with water views) is that we didn't stay long enough. Napier has a lot to offer and Lynne & Steve's house is the ideal home-base from which to explore the town and the region. The house offers all possible comforts and is exceptionally well appointed. The little touches that Lynne & Steve have done made our stay there quite special. Thank you to both of them.

great place close to Havelock North. little touches mean alot home cooked biscuits and home made jams and marmalade. highly recommend
