This was my first time using the site. I must say I hope they all are like this. Communication was easy very responsive. The place looked exactly like the photos. The receptionist were friendly and helpful. If I’m I need of a place again I will definitely consider Seckou’s listing. Thanks !

This is a great place to stay. We had plenty of room for six. It was clean and comfortable. Ear plugs and a white noise machine were provided but we didn’t have any trouble with the noise level (understanding we were in a big city and across from the Liberty Bell which our crew thought was cool)! The host was very responsive, but we didn’t need anything at all since check in was easy. We enjoyed the pool table in the common area. The location was fantastic and across the street from Independence Hall.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Fantastic apartment . Great location. Very clean apartment. Great amenities in the building . Host was responsive & friendly. I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

This was a very neat stay! The building is gorgeous and full of historical charm, the room was very ‘builder grade’ bland but plenty clean and free of clutter! Check-in was very easy, no issues and the front desk guy was very nice! Bed was clean, comfortable, in the loft area (I had no trouble with the ceilings and I am 5’11). Kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed. Really appreciate the ear plugs as freedom does ring all night long, haha!Overall great, I would stay here again!

Seckou was an amazing host and the stay was even better. The directions that were given were clear and we had no trouble getting inside the apartment. The location was perfect close to downtown where we could easily drive to get a bite to eat. I felt safe knowing there was someone always at the front desk. I would stay again!

Great location and easy access to all the Philadelphia has to offer!

I had a wonderful stay with Angel and Frank. Angel was exceptionally proactive and reached out to help coordinate my arrival beforehand. She was extremely responsive and flexible when it came to the timing of my departure and was super friendly. You can tell she takes great pride in her place as well as being a host. There were tons of little extras that were pleasantly unexpected such as snacks and a bathroom with toiletries that you would have to request a hotel to provide. I highly recommend this place and would certainly stay with them again.

This place is the perfect spot. The gym in the basement is great and the location is nice and close to Wells Fargo center. Among other things. Although this place is clean and in my opinion. 5stars keep In mind the building is old. There’s some character that newer buildings don’t always have.

What a great find! Rare to find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and the parking spot was one of the reasons I chose this place and I’m so glad I did. It was quiet inside, probably thanks in part to the 24-hour security on-site. I never made it to the gym but I’m sure it was nice.

We had an awesome stay at 1100 Broad St! We felt very safe with a gated garage spot and a 24 hour security guard in addition to cameras surrounding the property. The area felt safe enough that I could send the boys across the street to Target without worry. My husband had a concern about something and the security guard addressed it immediately. My teenage grandsons loved the basketball court! I have mobility issues and was able to navigate the space easily with my walker. We had to travel to other parts of the area and the location was easy to navigate from. The apartment itself felt very homey. COMFORTABLE beds!! I can imagine that no windows may be less than desirable for the spring or summer, but it made for a cozy winter stay. Liz was right on top of two maintenance issues that arose and the maintenance staff at the building were great- polite, friendly, and quick. All of the appliances were clean and in perfect working order. I would highly recommend a stay at 1100 Broad St!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away and to catch a concert at the Fillmore. Overall, our stay was great. It was surprisingly quiet for being in a pretty active and bustling neighborhood. I felt very safe and we walked to and from our show late at night and we did most of our travel around the area by foot. It was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the Nespresso as I require good coffee in the morning and don’t always wanna walk haha. Two things, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great. I was able to get by but it took a while to shower. The parking situation isn’t great either, we were able to park in a public lot but it cost about $30/day. There is definitely opportunity for street parking but many areas had 2-3 hour limits and the spots were incredibly difficult to come by. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Philly. Very comfortable, safe and walkable. Go Birds! 🦅

Elizabeth was very responsive, kind ,and helpful. She explained everything I would possibly need to know in very detailed terms. The space itself was very spacious and beautiful. The location was perfect, you can see city hall straight down the street, there’s a sprouts, target, giant, starbucks and many food places right outside of the building. Very convenient location and there’s free 24 hr parking. absolutely loved this property and can’t wait to come back here i definitely will be booking with Elizabeth in the future!!

We came for opening baseball game at Rutgers so this place was super close. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and full of snacks and drinks, to include some wine. I mentioned it was my birthday and Jodatur left me a birthday card and a basket of snacks. The beds were comfortable, the whole place smelled lovely and the two bathrooms made it easy for 4 people to use. The apartment was in a safe location and the garage parking added another level of comfort. Staying here was a much better option than the nearby hotel and much more practical than staying in Philly. We went out for dinner and brunch in Philly and everything is super easy to get to from this apartment. I hope when we go back for more baseball we are able to stay here again. Thank you!

My friends and I came in town for a festival and had the best stay while in Philly! Jason has a beautiful home and was such an awesome host! I would definitely recommend and/or stay here again myself!

The townhouse was even better than the photos and descriptions. Archway was the most responsive owner we have ever experienced. The trains, however were very loud. Still, I give it 5 stars.

Amazing girls weekend! David and Teresa were excellent hosts and communicated very well upon checking in and out. The house was absolutely beautifu! The decorations and ambiance were very relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. The showers were a great experience with the waterfall shower head. The beds were very comfortable and the whole property was sparkling clean. The sidewalks and driveway were cleared and salted upon our arrival. The house is conveniently located to awesome restaurants and shopping. We were able to easily travel into the city and we also frequented some of the great local spots. It is a very convenient location and would love to stay here again! Thank you for hosting our girls weekend!

Logan and Lou Lou’s cottage was an amazing place to say for a valentines day getaway. We had the best time and the hosts were so sweet and welcoming. The cottage at the mill felt like home instantaneously. There are so many amenities and it was just an amazing experience. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

Great home - spacious, modern. Great space for our daughter. Perfect location near Rittenhouse but on a quiet street. Host is friendly and very helpful. Perfect family getaway in Philly.

This place is awesome! It’s right in Passyunk, close to Broad Street Line and super easy to get to from Amtrak at 30th Street Station and Sports Complex.

We were very comfortable in Rod’s home. It was convenient to everything. Loved being able to walk places and having a place to park. Everything in the house is very nice, comfortable beds and space to spread out. One of our favorite stays we’ve had.
