Haverford Township : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

Great stay! We have a group of 15 stay and we had enough room for us all. Will definitely stay again.

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Our stay at Asli’s place was wonderful - the space was clean, welcoming, and perfect for spending time with family. A small issue with the A/C was handled extremely promptly and graciously. I would not hesitate to recommend both this home and the hosts!

We had a great stay here and Angela was very easy to communicate with. Great places to visit such as The Franklin Institute and The Please Touch Museum for a kids were super short drives away.

Le logement était confortable et pratique pour nos besoins. C'était une base idéale pour explorer Philadelphie. Le quartier était mignon et agréable à parcourir. Les transports en commun sont accessibles à la marche. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs et se sont assurés que nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Lieu de résidence idéal pour un séjour dans cette région. C'était probablement l'Airbnb le plus propre dans lequel nous ayons jamais séjourné, et la plupart sont très propres, mais c'est vraiment le top ! Hôtes très sympathiques, je recommanderais certainement à tout le monde !

J'adore ce quartier de Philadelphie ! J'ai grandi à Philadelphie mais je n'ai jamais vécu dans le centre-ville, donc c'était agréable de changer un peu les choses. Pour être au cœur de tout, l'appartement est extrêmement privé et calme car il est en retrait dans une cour loin de la rue. Il peut être difficile de trouver un stationnement dans la rue dans ce quartier, mais j'ai pu le faire après seulement quelques cercles autour des pâtés de maisons, ce qui a été un soulagement surprenant ! Le salon de l'appartement est lumineux et spacieux et très esthétique. Le rez-de-chaussée est confortable avec une chambre, une salle de bain et une buanderie. La communication a été amicale, proactive et utile ! Je pensais avoir laissé une partie de mon équipement photo après le départ, mais j'ai été assuré que je pouvais revenir le récupérer de toute façon. Hautement recommandé ! Si vous conduisez votre propre voiture, soyez prêt à faire le tour de quelques pâtés de maisons une ou deux fois et à vous garer à un pâté de maisons ou deux. C'est ça, Philadelphie !

Je recommande vivement un séjour chez Nick ! C'était beaucoup et tellement d'espace - vous ne pouvez pas battre tous ces balcons et ces toits, une vue magnifique et des gens formidables ! L'espace était soigneusement et joliment décoré, j'ai adoré les livres disponibles (tampon d'approbation de la bibliothécaire), et la cuisine + buanderie ont rendu notre séjour si confortable. Mon ami et moi pensions que les lits étaient vraiment confortables, j'ai dormi si profondément ! J'avais l'impression d'avoir un peu plus besoin que d'habitude lors d'un séjour Airbnb, et Nick a été si gentil et aimable, toujours réactif et s'est assuré que nous soyons pris en charge. Vous êtes également sur plusieurs lignes de bus ; 48, 49 et 61 étaient notre destination pour explorer tous les éléments de notre première liste touristique. Ils choisissent/déposent littéralement juste en face d'Airbnb ou à un petit pâté de maisons, et Google Maps a un suivi en temps réel. Nous avions également une voiture pour une partie du séjour et n'avons jamais eu de problème de stationnement. Grand espace et emplacement pratique. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour Nick !

David était un hôte très serviable. J'ai réservé l'un de ses logements qui allait être difficile avec une poussette (pour un chihuahua gériatrique) et plusieurs escaliers, alors il m'a mis dans un autre appartement qui était extrêmement accessible et a rendu mon séjour tellement plus facile. Il a également recommandé des endroits locaux où les chiens sont acceptés. Il a été très communicatif et réactif. Je réserverai certainement à nouveau.

Lemon Street Retreat était un endroit agréable pour passer du temps dans la merveilleuse ville de Media et ses environs. Idéalement situé, beaucoup d'espace !

C'était un endroit pratique pour rendre visite à la famille et à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. La description était très précise et le logement était équipé, propre et bien rangé. Rob et Amanda ont été très réactifs avec des instructions claires sur l'entrée et le stationnement. Ils ont également été utiles avec des recommandations locales. Il y a beaucoup d'escaliers raides, mais ils se sont assurés que nous en étions conscients afin qu'il n'y ait pas de surprises.

Super séjour dans un emplacement très pratique et accessible à pied à proximité de University City. David a été un hôte aimable et communicatif !

For South Philly, it's a great location. The unit is the upper half of a two unit building. We've stayed there three times now and never had a problem. For an older part of town, the building is up to date and in very good shape. The neighbors have been very quiet. The beds are comfortable. On one occasion there were some minor maintenance issues but Andrea took care of them right away when she was notified. We hope to stay there again in the future. That said, the stools in the kitchen need to be reupholstered and a comfortable chair that one could read in would be appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly kind and provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything easy from the moment I arrived. The home itself is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. it genuinely felt like a place I’d love to live in, which is always the best sign. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

J'ai du mal à trouver les mots pour décrire à quel point notre séjour a été fantastique. Vue imprenable, propreté irréprochable et les hôtes les plus aimables que j'ai jamais rencontrés. Angel et Frank sont gentils et accueillants. Nous avons reçu toutes les commodités que nous pouvions souhaiter et de nombreux extras surprises. Ne manquez pas cette expérience, nous nous souviendrons toujours de notre séjour ici avec tendresse.

Emplacement idéal ! Beaucoup de choses à faire à quelques minutes de l'Airbnb. Logement fantastique pour les familles avec enfants. Beaucoup de jeux pour occuper les enfants pendant les temps morts. Très propre, il nous a à disposition tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'hôte a été extrêmement serviable et attentionné. Le stationnement était un peu délicat, mais à part cela, je recommande vivement ce logement ! J'adorerais revenir.

Place was lovely and very private. Easy access to the room. Free parking was good for the area just make sure you follow directions as told to get to the main building.

Jason’s place is wonderful! Great location, we love the greater Fishtown area! Easy to use parking spot and VERY well stocked Airbnb. Perfect if you have a longer stay, but we were only in town for 2 nights so always ate out. Also, was one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve seen in a while. Nothing smelled mildewy!!! Mattress is also really comfy.

Je marchais jusqu'au café Reanimator à Fishtown tous les matins et j'achetais des plats à emporter pour tout le monde. Le lit était confortable. Quartier intéressant de condos industriels + yuppie. C'était parfait pour nous.
